The wargame deduction is the application of wargame. It refers to the use of boards and wargame pieces representing the battlefield and its military power, or based on the virtual battlefield environment and force of the computer, based on military rules and probability theory, simulating war confrontation. The process deduction and evaluation optimization of the combat plan is an activity that uses wargame to simulate war and is a tool for combat simulation. In this paper, the actual or assumed situation is used to simulate the military actions of two or more opposing parties. The deep reinforcement learning and exploration strategy is used to improve the realistic function of the wargame simulation and the deductive pushability function, and systematically study the wargame technology. Advancing operational decision-making and military training has certain practical and strategic significance. © 2019 IEEE.

Wargame can effectively improve the fidelity and efficiency of combat deduction, and has the ability to solve complex military problems. It is theoretical and military significance to carry out the research on the development and application of computer wargame system. In this paper, the method of knowledge representation and reasoning of fuzzy Petri nets is applied to the strategy of wargame deduction. The characteristics of the graphs are used to represent different variables with different symbols, which can form a concise PN map. This PN map can be used for the force representation and reasoning strategy in the wargame system. The results show that the Petri net-based knowledge representation and reasoning algorithm is very effective for the wargame strategy. © 2019 IEEE.

Synthesizing recent researches of Internet traffic measurements and analyses, a model for packet switched core networks of packet-level and a model for circuit switched core networks of flow-level are founded respectively, and the methods of figuring the core link bandwidth are presented according the sufficient condition for the network to guarantee the media synchronization as the demand of performance metrics for streaming media. Numerical calculating and analyzing on the statistical data from actual networks shows that packet switched core networks and circuit switched core networks can provide similar service for streaming media in delay and delay jitter performance. ©2010 IEEE.

This correspondence investigates a system of intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) backscatter downlink multi-user communications coexisting with radar sensing. In the system, the radar signal for target detection is harvested by the IRS to realize downlink communications with multiple users by using the backscatter technology. The goal of this work is to maximize the weighted sum bits per unit bandwidth for the communications by jointly designing the transmitting signal at the radar, the passive beamforming at the IRS, the time allocation among all the users, and the receiving beamforming at the radar. To address the corresponding non-convex optimization problem, a method of alternative optimization as well as fractional programming is developed to handle the objective function and the coupled optimization variables. The simulation results demonstrate the communication performance of system coexisting with the radar sensing and validate the feasibility of the proposed scheme. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

In the context of personalized learning, the recommendation method aims to provide appropriate exercises for each student. And individualized knowledge status may give more effective recommendation. In this study, a priority recommendation method based on cognitive diagnosis model is proposed, and cosine similarity algorithm is applied to improve the accuracy and interpretability of recommendation. Then the performance of the methods was compared under cognitive diagnosis models. The experimental results show that the method proposed achieves more accurate results and better performance.

Equivalent Version Sets Testing Method for Android Applications based on Code Analysis

The Android system is an open source mobile operating system that has been released in numerous versions. Android fragmentation is becoming more and more serious. This paper shows how different Android runtime environments affect test coverage results. To address this limitation, we run apps on all Android versions to collect coverage rate and also present an algorithm to generate equivalent test runtime-environment-set to exercise mobile apps. Our approach is to systematically test the targeted code of Android apps based on code analysis. It analyzes the decompiled code that identifies the code related to the Android SDK version and then generates the corresponding test cases. An empirical study of the practical usefulness of the technique is presented for six widely-used industrial apps. The test result shows that our equivalence test runtime-environment-set only requires less than half of all versions, which dramatically reduces the test resources. Moreover, the method coverage of these applications increased by an average of 49.3% on all versions and 46.8% on equivalent test runtime-environment-set, respectively. © 2019 Totem Publisher, Inc. Test set augmentation technique for deep learning image classifiers

Widely applied in various fields, deep learning (DL) is becoming the key driving force in the industry. Although it has achieved great success in artificial intelligence tasks, similar to traditional software, it has defects involving unpredictable accidents and losses due to failure. To ensure the quality of DL software, adequate testing needs to be carried out. In this paper, we propose a test set augmentation technique based on an adversarial example generation algorithm for image classification deep neural networks (DNNs). It can generate a large number of useful test cases, especially when test cases are insufficient. We briefly introduce the adversarial example generation algorithm and implement the framework of our method. We conduct experiments on classic DNN models and datasets. We further evaluate the test set by using a coverage metric based on states of the DNN. © 2019 Totem Publisher, Inc. All rights reserved.

Bug report classification based on vector space model

As a vehicle for recording and tracking defects, bug reports provide a basis for solving software quality problems. Currently, software testing is often carried out in a multi-person and parallel state. The integration process of numerous bug reports, such as moving fake or duplication bug reports, is facing severe challenges. Therefore, this paper proposes an automatic detection modus for bug reports based on the vector space model. After pre-processing the bug report, a matching library is created according to the test requirements and test report samples. The vector space model is used to calculate the similarity between the two, and the correctness of the bug report is detected based on this. Experiments with the data of a software test contest show that the modus proposed in this paper can correctly judge most bug reports, effectively improving the efficiency of de-false and de-duplication. © 2019 Totem Publisher, Inc. Metamorphic testing for oracle problem in integer bug detection

Integer defects are an important cause of software quality degradation. An explicit expected output plays an important role in the traditional theory of software testing, but it is very difficult for much software to get the expected output since ascertaining the validity of the actual output is very hard. Integer bugs are always ignored because of the Test Oracle problem. A metamorphic relationship that can find out the potential error is presented. The experimental results show that the mean of integer bugs detection based on the metamorphosis relation can detect the invisible unexpected output, which is unable to get in traditional means. In addition, the effectiveness of detecting integer defects is improved. © 2018 Totem Publishers Ltd. All rights reserved.

Aiming at the problem of insufficient utilization of author information and low accuracy of the existing name disambiguation methods, a name disambiguation method based on commonly used author information entity relationship graph is proposed. The entity relationship graph is constructed according to the information of the co-authors and the authors’ affiliated institutions, years of birth, gender and degrees, and the edges in the graph is divided into two categories: the vertices in the first type edges are the authors, and the vertices in the second type edges must include any one of the affiliated institution, year of birth, gender and degree. The connection strength of two authors with the same name in the graph is calculated by following steps: first, the length of the paths is limited;second, the first type edges and the second type edges are searched respectively in the graph;then, the connection strengths of different types of paths are calculated and normalized according to the number and the length of paths, and weighted summed to obtain the connection strength between two authors;finally, the obtained connection strength is compared with the threshold to realize name disambiguation.
