Music recommendation algorithms aim to predict the songs that users might be interested in based on various factors, such as their listening history. The best existing method is Bert_Music, a sequential music recommendation model based on Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformer (BERT). This model leverages user sequence context information to improve recommendation performance. However, Bert_Music only considers the sequence information of songs and ignores their content characteristics. To address this limitation, we propose an improved version of Bert_Music, which is a sequential music recommendation model based on Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformer with tag information (BERT_MUSIC_T), uses song ID (Identity) and tag information to make more accurate recommendations. We compared the performance of Bert_Music_T with that of the Bert_Music model on the *** dataset and found that the Precision has increased by up to 2.85%. These results prove the validity of our method.

Random bit generators are critical for information security,cryptography,stochastic modeling,and *** and scalability are key challenges faced by current physical random bit ***,we propose a massively parallel scheme for ultrafast random bit generation towards rates of order 100 terabit per second based on a single micro-ring resonator.A modulation-instability-driven chaotic comb in a micro-ring resonator enables the simultaneous generation of hundreds of independent and unbiased random bit streams.A proof-of-concept experiment demonstrates that using our method,random bit streams beyond 2 terabit per second can be successfully generated with only 7 comb *** bit rate can be easily enhanced by further increasing the number of comb lines *** approach provides a chip-scale solution to random bit generation for secure communication and high-performance computation,and offers superhigh speed and large scalability.

A prediction method of distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability is proposed based on ridge regression. First, the factors influencing the distributed photovoltaic accommodation capacity are analyzed, and the concept of the contribution degree of distributed photovoltaic accommodation is introduced. The gray relation analysis method is used to evaluate the correlation between different factors and distributed photovoltaic accommodation, and a model of factors affecting distributed photovoltaic accommodation is constructed. Then, a prediction model of distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability is established based on ridge regression. The factors with high photovoltaic accommodation contribution degrees are incorporated in the prediction model. The mapping relationship between the driving factors of distributed photovoltaic accommodation and the prediction model is derived, then the development strategies for future photovoltaic accommodation capacity are formulated. Finally, simulation is performed on the SPSSPRO platform, and the results show that the proposed method can predict the distributed photovoltaic accommodation capability accurately and provide strategic suggestions for improving future photovoltaic accommodation capacity. © State Grid Electric Power 2025.

With the acceleration of modernization and the rapid development of popular music, the splendid culture of Guqin, a type of Chinese traditional musical instrument which has lasted for nearly 1,000 years, is facing a serious inheritance crisis. Therefore, how to make full use of modern technical means to digitally store and manage the valuable traditional music cultural resources is the current *** response to the aforementioned challenges, this study focuses on the Guqin, an emblematic Chinese traditional musical instrument. By employing advanced audio feature extraction techniques, this research systematically analyzes the diverse playing techniques of Guqin, thereby establishing a comprehensive acoustic dataset. This endeavor not only facilitates the digital preservation and management of the Guqin’s musical heritage but also pioneers a standardized framework for the creation of acoustic datasets. This framework serves as a benchmark for the development of similar datasets, thereby promoting the conservation and standardization of resources associated with Chinese traditional musical instruments. This will provide a scientific basis for the inheritance, standardized management and construction of more acoustic datasets of ethnic musical instruments in the future.

High-frequency transformers are a vital component of isolated DC/DC converters, and its leakage inductance can be adjusted by changing the winding method of the two-phase windings. Nanocrystalline magnetic cores have been widely applied due to their advantages in high-saturation flux and high magnetic permeability. However, their quite high electrical conductivity can easily lead to appreciable eddy current loss. This paper investigates the mechanism behind the eddy current loss caused by leakage flux by varying the number of windings cross turns, and verifies through simulation that the eddy current loss of nanocrystalline high-frequency transformers increases with increasing leakage inductance. © 2023 IEEE.

Image generation technology, which is often used in various applications of intelligent image generation, can learn the feature distribution of real images and sample from the distribution to obtain the generated images with high fidelity. This paper focuses on the feature extraction and intelligent generation techniques of Peking opera face with Chinese cultural characteristics. Based on the creation of a Peking opera face dataset, this paper compares the impact of different variants of a Style-based generator architecture for Generative Adversarial Networks (StyleGAN2) and different sizes of datasets on the quality of face generation. The experimental results verify that the synthetic images generated by StyleGAN2 with the addition of the Adaptive Discriminator Augmentation (ADA) module are visually better and have good local randomness when the dataset is small and unbalanced in distribution. © 2022 IEEE.

Orthogonal chirp division multiplexing(OCDM) has emerged as a promising approach for underwater acoustic(UWA)*** the constraints of limited bandwidth resources in the underwater environment,enhancing the data transmission rate necessitates leveraging spatial resources ***,we should integrate multiple-input multipleoutput(MIMO) technology with OCDM UWA communication ***,existing MIMO OCDM systems ignore the interference caused by carrier frequency offset(CFO),which is a primary challenge faced by co-located MIMO systems in underwater *** this paper,we propose a CFO estimator based on the null symbols of the Fresnel domain tailored for MIMO OCDM *** estimator regards the energy leakage on null symbols as the objective function to identify the optimal CFO ***,we design pilot allocation strategies for different transmitters to mitigate co-channel interference in MIMO *** enables the estimation of the channel transfer matrix and simultaneous transmission of information,thereby enhancing adaptability to dynamic UWA ***,we derive a low-complexity equalizer *** simulations,the proposed algorithm demonstrates superior communication performance compared to existing algorithms with and without CFO interference.

Building paired datasets in low-light enhancement entails significant cost and time, making such datasets precious commodities. Many researchers focus on how to enable models to learn more information from limited datasets. A prevalent strategy involves employing semi-supervised learning techniques to enhance model performance through additional unpaired images. However, one of the main challenges faced is the scarcity of a vast number of unpaired images from the same domain as the original low-light images. Consequently, we introduce a semi-supervised image enhancement method using pseudo-low-light images. Initially, we generate pseudo low-light images with less noise compared with the source domain image by the Signal-to-Noise Ratio prior and diffusion models. We then employ the Mean-Teacher network and the feature constraints of the pseudo-low-light images to realize low-light image enhancement. Comprehensive experimental results validate the efficacy of our approach on real-world datasets.

Virtual concerts have become an emerging form of music performance, and it casts a perspective on the development and exploration of real-time interactive virtual spaces as well as the creation of digital twins. This paper introduces a customizable interactive immersive concert hall system, which can meet the diverse needs of different roles such as audiences, musicians, conductors and audio engineers. It supports switching between different concert hall scenes, changing the placement of orchestra, adjusting instrument volume, and listening to selected instrument ensembles while performing in the concert hall. The system also supports real-time switching between different music pickup types and microphone frequency responses. The system simulates the architectural acoustic environment of outstanding concert halls around the world, and is enabled with real-time auralization. © ICA *** rights reserved

Audience sentiment analysis is a popular research task in Music Information Retrieval (MIR). In this work, we aim to lean the prediction model of fine-grained music emotion for intelligent editing and retrieval. To satisfy the properties of time-series of music, the RNN-based model of BILSTM was selected as the bone. In particular, the traditional features and deep features extracted from the CNN architecture of spectrogram was fused with attention mechanism to enhance the recognition ability for different emotions. The ablation experiment has proved the necessary of the multi-dimensional features. Finally, the contrasting experiments on recent algorithms demonstrate that our proposed method for emotion prediction is effective, which is also suitable for small data sets.
