Human Machine Interface (HMI) system can effectively detect Electrooculogram (EOG) signals of eye movements, extract intension of users, and convert them into control commands of computer or rehabilitation aid devices. Thus, HMI system is easily accepted by the majority of persons with disabilities. Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) method was mainly used in feature extraction of EOG signals, but Traditional DWT method was always suffered from severe frequency aliasing and poor shift invariant. In this paper, Dual-tree complex Wavelet Transform (DTCWT) with a novel threshold calculation method was proposed for feature selection of EOG signals. To verify the proposed method, The EOG signal was collected from 5 normal subjects in the laboratory, and featured selected. Then, Support Vector Machine (SVM) was applied for classification. The average correct detection rate of proposed method was 96.11%, which was higher than Traditional DWT method. These results demonstrate that the DTCWT-SVM algorithm provides high classification accuracy, and suitable for clinical medicine field.

Short-term load forecasting is essential in the safely assigning of every electricity production and distribution facility. So a short-term load forecasting model and algorithm based on the weighted least squares support vector machine within the Bayesian evidence framework is proposed. The optimal parameters of models can be found through three-layer Bayesian evidence inference. To improve the robustness of the model, WLS-SVM regression model with good generalization performance is established by giving a different weight coefficient to each sample error, which further improves the prediction accuracy of the model.

This article introduces the principle of a solar air-source heat pump water heater system, and using a hotel in Tianjin as the research object to the dynamic characteristics of the actual operation is based on the establishment of a focus on maximizing the use of solar hot water system and improve the system integrated energy efficiency energy saving control method then using the BP neural network model to establish a system of solar collectors, as well as according to the formula derived and established a model of air source heat pump collectors through a series of experiments to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the model and proposed the control scheme predictions for the system in the future promote the use of energy provides a theoretical guidance.

Focusing on the current issues like the complexity in design, high energy consumption, high costs etc., this article presents a project including a 2KW proton exchange membrane fuel cell control system's design and implementation which takes STM32 MCU as a core control unit. This system adopts industrial sensors to collect all varieties of parameters of the fuel cell, achieving the hydrogen supply, monitoring and detecting the signals of sensors, detecting and controlling the subsystems like auxiliary power module, and it also has functions like information visualization, historical data preservation etc.. This system has such a favorable human-computer interaction that it is convenient to carry on a real-time monitoring. The results of on-site operation illustrate that the system is reliable and stable in operation.

In order to solve the contradiction between wireless communication service demand and spectrum resource shortage and enhance the utilization rate of spectrum, Cognitive Radio technology is necessary. Firstly, this paper presents a cognitive engine framework structure, and then the concept of bio-inspired and its application in CR computing were emphatically introduced. Finally, in order to solve spectrum parameters problem, this paper proposed based on autonomously search algorithm. Based on population evolution,ASA algorithm employs the foraging, reproduction, selection and mutation operators, and was tested under the multicarrier simulation environment. The experiment results show that ASA algorithm can better adjust each subcarrier communication parameters according to the requirement of cognitive engine parameters optimization, which include transmitted power,modulation mode, and bit-error-rate and so on, and finally satisfy the channel condition and the dynamic changes of the user service.

Signal processing of electroencephalography (EEG) plays an important role in brain-computer-interface (BCI) system. It is crucial to select suitable features from EEG signals. This paper proposed a feature selection method which combing independent component analysis (ICA) and common spatial patterns (CSP) to improve the performances of classification. Firstly, EEG signals were filtered with 8-30HZ bandpass filter. Secondly, relative frequency band signals were decomposed into independent components to obtain the solution matrix by ICA, and then the EEG signals were reconstructed from the main components to improve the signal-to-noise ratios. CSP was used to extract the features of EEG signals. Finally, linear discriminate analysis classifier (LDA) and support vector machines (SVM) were used to classify the EEG feature signals. The experiment results showed that the average accuracy achieved by the proposed method were higher, compared common CSP method.

A novel grey neural network corrector model is presented in this paper,because mid-term load forecasting is affected by many factors and has large research *** method combines BP neural network with 3 kinds of grey models,and selects influential factors by grey related analysis method,and then adds the equal dimension and new information *** validity of the novel model can be tested by utilizing actual data of a certain *** with 3 kinds of grey models,the novel model can improve the accuracy of load forecasting *** results prove that this method is feasible and effective to mid-term load forecasting.
