Skeleton-based human action reco gnition has attracted considerable research interest due to its robustness to dynamic environments and complex *** based on graph neural networks have achieved great success in this ***,most of these graph neural network based methods adopt a single-branch or two-stream structure with limited input *** to the separation of space and time,many methods cannot pay attention to the critical information of human skeleton sequence,and multi-scale spatial-temporal dependent attention modeling becomes the key to *** paper proposes a novel multi-branch Spatio-temporal attention graph convolutional neural network(MB-STAGCN) to recognize human actions from skeleton *** proposed model adopts a multi-branch structure,fuses three-stream features,and then inputs them into the backbone network to extract features from multiple perspectives to a greater ***,we design a new temporal convolutional block for multi-scale extraction of information in the backbone *** also propose an attention block named Spatio-temporal Concat Attention(STCatAtt) to capture critical *** on benchmark datasets show remarkable performance for human action reco gnition,demonstrating the effectiveness of our method.

Star centroid extraction is the precondition of star recognition in star navigation *** image will be motion blurred under high dynamic *** methods such as Wiener filter method,restore the blurred star image with an estimated PSF to calculate the star *** unique characteristic of star images different from general images is ignored in conventional *** addition,the error of motion blur parameters estimation and the approximate linear motion model can decrease the accuracy of star centroids *** paper proposes a method utilizing the prior Gaussian distribution information of star energy to deal with the motion blurred star *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method gets smaller error in star centroids calculation compared with the conventional estimation method.

An Optimal control-Based Distributed Reinforcement Learning Framework for A Class of Non-Convex Objective Functionals of the Multi-Agent Network

This paper studies a novel distributed optimization problem that aims to minimize the sum of the non-convex objective functionals of the multi-agent network under privacy protection, which means that the local objective of each agent is unknown to others. The above problem involves complexity simultaneously in the time and space aspects. Yet existing works about distributed optimization mainly consider privacy protection in the space aspect where the decision variable is a vector with finite dimensions. In contrast, when the time aspect is considered in this paper, the decision variable is a continuous function concerning time. Hence, the minimization of the overall functional belongs to the calculus of variations. Traditional works usually aim to seek the optimal decision function. Due to privacy protection and non-convexity, the Euler-Lagrange equation of the proposed problem is a complicated partial differential ***, we seek the optimal decision derivative function rather than the decision function. This manner can be regarded as seeking the control input for an optimal control problem, for which we propose a centralized reinforcement learning(RL) framework. In the space aspect, we further present a distributed reinforcement learning framework to deal with the impact of privacy protection. Finally, rigorous theoretical analysis and simulation validate the effectiveness of our framework.

Based on the analysis of the Cusp magnetic field suppression convection principle, the simulation model of superconducting Cusp magnetic field is built by the finite element method. In the case of satisfying the magnetic field strength of the crucible wall and giving the excitation current, the number of layers of the superconducting coil is calculated by using the established model. The influence of coil spacing, thickness of shielding thickness, horizontal distance between coil and shielding thickness and longitudinal distance on magnetic induction strength, horizontal distance and longitudinal distance between coil and the shielding are analyzed under the condition that the number of superconducting coils is constant. The influence of the force on the coil, the influence of the thickness of the shielding body on the magnetic leakage strength of the magnetic field. The simulation results show that the optimized Cusp magnetic field structure parameters can be used in the actual design. © 2018 IEEE.

To meet the demand of the laser application market for semiconductor laser function diversification, this paper proposes a handheld multi-wavelength laser stack packaging module. The 808 nm, 915 nm, and 980 nm semiconductor laser bars are selected for the integrated assembly of the multi-wavelength module. However, with the continuous increase of the optical power density of the integrated packaging module, thermal management has become a key factor affecting the performance and life of the device. In this paper, the finite element analysis method is used to analyze the influence of the arrangement of three laser stripe chips in the stacked packaging structure on the heat dissipation of the multi-wavelength module. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation efficiency of the multi-wavelength module can be improved by 13.74 % by changing the arrangement of chips. A back heat dissipation packaging structure with higher heat dissipation efficiency is proposed, and the influence of chip arrangement and working mode on the thermal characteristics of the device in the new packaging structure is simulated and analyzed. According to the simulation results, a chip arrangement that can make the heat dissipation effect of the multi-wavelength module achieve the best is determined. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. Autonomous tracking control is one of the fundamental challenges in the field of robotic autonomous navigation,especially for future intelligent *** this paper,an improved pure pursuit control method is proposed for the path tracking control problem of a four-wheel independent steering *** on the analysis of the four-wheel independent steering model,the kinematic model and the steering geometry model of the robot are *** the path tracking control is realized by considering the correlation between the look-ahead distance and the velocity,as well as the lateral error between the robot and the reference *** experimental results demonstrate that the improved pure pursuit control method has the advantages of small steady-state error,fast response and strong robustness,which can effectively improve the accuracy of path tracking.

Preserving Topology of Network systems: Metric, Analysis, and Optimal Design

Preserving the topology from being inferred by external adversaries has become a paramount security issue for network systems (NSs), and adding random noises to the nodal states provides a promising way. Nevertheless, recent works have revealed that the topology cannot be preserved under i.i.d. noises in the asymptotic sense. How to effectively characterize the non-asymptotic preservation performance still remains an open issue. Inspired by the deviation quantification of concentration inequalities, this paper proposes a novel metric named trace-based variance-expectation ratio. This metric effectively captures the decaying rate of the topology inference error, where a slower rate indicates better non-asymptotic preservation performance. We prove that the inference error will always decay to zero asymptotically, as long as the added noises are non-increasing and independent (milder than the i.i.d. condition). Then, the optimal noise design that produces the slowest decaying rate for the error is obtained. More importantly, we amend the noise design by introducing one-lag time dependence, achieving the zero state deviation and the non-zero topology inference error in the asymptotic sense simultaneously. Extensions to a general class of noises with multi-lag time dependence are provided. Comprehensive simulations verify the theoretical findings. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

It is difficult to rescue people from outside, and emergency evacuation is still a main measure to decrease casualties in high-rise building fires. To improve evacuation efficiency, a valid and easily manipulated grouping evacuation strategy is proposed. Occupants escape in groups according to the shortest evacuation route is determined by graph theory. In order to evaluate and find the optimal grouping, computational experiments are performed to design and simulate the evacuation processes. A case study shown the application in detail and quantitative research conclusions is obtained. The thoughts and approaches of this study can be used to guide actual high-rise building evacuation processes in future.

As an effective implement, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) is widely applied in the security of system for practical application. Nowadays, many methods determine the order of fault mode by a crisp risk priority number (RPN). However, these methods exist several shortcomings, for instance, the correlation of the assessments given by team members are not fully considered. In this article, a new method for risk assessment and sequence for failure modes in FMEA is proposed on account of the D-S evidence theory and the evidential correlation coefficient. By using the proposed approach, the weights of team members for each failure mode and risk factor is obtained. Then the weighted assessments are used to perform the aggregation process by Intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging (IFWA) operator. A classic application regarding risk assessment is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2019 IEEE.

In this paper, the influences of system parameters on stochastic resonance output effect is analyzed, which takes the multi-stable stochastic resonance system as the model. That is, the vibration condition of multi-stable stochastic resonance system, and weak signal detection method based on the multi-stable stochastic resonance under α stable noise is investigated. Then considering the real-time detection of weak signals in practical engineering, the multi-stable stochastic resonance system parameters a, b, c are optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO), which takes the output signal-to-noise ratio(SNR out ) as the fitness function. Finally, multi-frequency weak signals detection with α stable noise is achieved, and the above method is applied to the vibration fault diagnosis of turbine. Both simulation and experiment results show that this method can quickly and effectively detect multi-frequency weak signals submerged in strong noise background, which lays a foundation for its application in engineering practice.
