A Large-Scale Scheduling Method for Multiple Agile Optical Satellites

This study investigates the scheduling problem ofmultiple agile optical satelliteswith large-scale *** problem is difficult to solve owing to the time-dependent characteristic of agile optical satellites,complex constraints,and considerable solution *** solve the problem,we propose a scheduling method based on an improved sine and cosine algorithm and a task merging *** first establish a scheduling model with task merging constraints and observation action constraints to describe the ***,an improved sine and cosine algorithm is proposed to search for the optimal solution with the maximum profit *** adaptive cosine factor and an adaptive greedy factor are adopted to improve the ***,a taskmerging method with a task reallocation mechanism is developed to improve the scheduling *** results demonstrate the superiority of the proposed algorithm over the comparison algorithms.

As one of the most important part of weapon system of systems(WSoS),quantitative evaluation of reconnaissance satellite system(RSS)is indispensable during its construction and *** at the problem of nonlinear effectiveness evaluation under small sample conditions,we propose an evaluation method based on support vector regression(SVR)to effectively address the defects of traditional *** the performance of SVR is influenced by the penalty factor,kernel type,and other parameters deeply,the improved grey wolf optimizer(IGWO)is employed for parameter *** the proposed IGWO algorithm,the opposition-based learning strategy is adopted to increase the probability of avoiding the local optima,the mutation operator is used to escape from premature convergence and differential convergence factors are applied to increase the rate of *** experiments of 14 test functions validate the applicability of IGWO algorithm dealing with global *** index system and evaluation method are constructed based on the characteristics of *** validate the proposed IGWO-SVR evaluation method,eight benchmark data sets and combat simulation are employed to estimate the evaluation accuracy,convergence performance and computational *** to the experimental results,the proposed method outperforms several prediction based evaluation methods,verifies the superiority and effectiveness in RSS operational effectiveness evaluation.

In artificial intelligence(AI)based-complex power system management and control technology,one of the urgent tasks is to evaluate AI intelligence and invent a way of autonomous intelligence ***,there is,currently,nearly no standard technical framework for objective and quantitative intelligence *** this article,based on a parallel system framework,a method is established to objectively and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of an AI agent for active power corrective control of modern power systems,by resorting to human intelligence evaluation *** this basis,this article puts forward an AI self-evolution method based on intelligence assessment through embedding a quantitative intelligence assessment method into automated reinforcement learning(AutoRL)systems.A parallel system based quantitative assessment and self-evolution(PLASE)system for power grid corrective control AI is thereby constructed,taking Bayesian Optimization as the measure of AI evolution to fulfill autonomous evolution of AI under guidance of their intelligence assessment *** results exemplified in the power grid corrective control AI agent show the PLASE system can reliably and quantitatively assess the intelligence level of the power grid corrective control agent,and it could promote evolution of the power grid corrective control agent under guidance of intelligence assessment results,effectively,as well as intuitively improving its intelligence level through selfevolution.

The Autonomous and controllable of the spacecraft component is of great importance for the development of our space industry. The key step of the spacecraft component is the production. Many researchers focus on the estimation of the autonomous and controllable of the spacecraft component production. This paper model the evaluation method including the construction of the evaluation index system and the estimation method. The proposed estimation method is based on the fuzzy model to synthesize the qualitative, quantitative indicators and the according weights. Compared to mapping the qualitative value to a fixed number, the proposed method avoids the effect of the subjectivity. The experimental results show that the proposed method tend to think highly of the quantitative values when the qualitative values are not very too much so as to avoid the effect of the subjectivity for the qualitative indicators in the evaluation. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

To address the problem of effectiveness evaluation of space reconnaissance systems with limited data sets, vast array of indexes and inadequate model interpretability, an interpretable effectiveness prediction method based on Light Gradient Boosting Machine(LightGBM) and the Shapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP) is proposed. The thorough evaluation process is given and the index system of space reconnaissance systems is built. Then LightGBM is used to establish a nonlinear mapping the model between the indexes and the effectiveness. Additionally, the model's hyperparameters are adjusted using Bayesian optimization to improve accuracy and lessen computational load. Furthermore, the feasibility of the proposed method is validated by modeling and evaluating the performance of the space reconnaissance system under a particular operational scenario. The experimental results show that compared with other mainstream machine learning methods, the proposed method has higher prediction accuracy and can efficiently extract the potential characteristics of the space reconnaissance system. © 2024 IEEE.

With the surge of earth observation demands, the agile optical satellite scheduling has become a practical problem, which is hard to solve owing to the huge solution space and complex constraints. This paper proposes an agile optical satellite scheduling method based on Transformer networks to tackle this problem. A network model based on Transformer networks is proposed to generate high-quality solutions, and a masking mechanism is designed to improve the generation process. An Actor-Critic training algorithm is adopted to train the proposed network model. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms three comparison algorithms in terms of training effect, solving ability, and computing efficiency. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. As one of the most important railway signaling equipment,railway point machines undertake the major task of ensuring train operation *** fault diagnosis for railway point machines becomes a hot *** the advantage of the anti-interference characteristics of vibration signals,this paper proposes an novel intelligent fault diagnosis method for railway point machines based on vibration signals.A feature extraction method combining variational mode decomposition(VMD) and multiscale fluctuation-based dispersion entropy is developed,which is verified a more effective tool for feature ***,a two-stage feature selection method based on Fisher discrimination and ReliefF is proposed,which is validated more powerful than single feature selection ***,support vector machine is utilized for fault *** comparisons show that the proposed method performs *** diagnosis accuracies of normal-reverse and reverse-normal switching processes reach 100% and 96.57% ***,it is a try to use new means for fault diagnosis on railway point machines,which can also provide references for similar fields.

Aiming at the problem that the intermediate potential part of the traditional bistable stochastic resonance model cannot be adjusted independently, a new composite stochastic resonance(NCSR) model is proposed by combining the Woods–Saxon(WS) model and the improved piecewise bistable model. The model retains the characteristics of the independent parameters of WS model and the improved piecewise model has no output saturation, all the parameters in the new model have no coupling characteristics. Under α stable noise environment, the new model is used to detect periodic signal and aperiodic signal, the detection results indicate that the new model has higher noise utilization and better detection ***, the new model is applied to image denoising, the results showed that under the same conditions, the output peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) and the correlation number of NCSR method is higher than that of other commonly used linear denoising methods and improved piecewise SR methods, the effectiveness of the new model is verified.
