A C2 computing framework for unmanned systems to perform complex tasks is proposed using methods of system of systems engineering, which is formed by combining the macro-scale command and control (C2) process mechanism model (PREA loop) and micro-scale C2 process mechanism model (OODA loop). Guided by PREA loop and OODA loop, the computing framework is divided into four steps and three kinds of transformations. The four steps are design, construction, operation monitoring, and assessment. The three transformations are tactical feedback, campaign feedback, and strategic feedback. A C2 organization model of joint landing combat force is established against the background of a typical complex task of joint landing operation, and the C2 computing framework based on the PREA &OODA is used to implement the C2 activities of the joint landing combat force. The influence of the computing framework on the performance of unmanned systems under different task conditions is verified, including task coordination load, task efficiency and sensitivity of unmanned systems response. The rapid development of the Internet has revo-lutionized our lives, providing us with an array of convenient services. However, this revolution has also led to the problem of data overload. Personalized recommendation services have been widely recognized as an effective solution to this problem by both the industrial and academic communities. Accurate prediction of click-through rate (CTR) is a critical task in personalized recommendation systems since it can improve the user's shopping experience, ultimately increasing revenue for the platform. To achieve accurate CTR prediction, it is crucial to capture user interests. While several methods for interest modeling exist, challenges related to user interest evolution and user behavior noise need further attention. This paper proposes a novel CTR prediction model named the Evolutionary Interest Representation Network (EIRN), which learns the evolving interest representation of users from their behaviors, profiles, and environmental attributes. In the model, we introduce an advertisement correlation graph decomposition layer and a noise filter layer to enhance and purify the user behavior representation. An interest extraction layer is designed to capture sequential correlations and common characteristics between user behaviors, representing their interests. Additionally, as user interests evolve over time and their importance changes, an attention-based interest evolution layer is designed to track the evolution of user interests. Our proposed method is validated using four public datasets and an industrial dataset, showing its superiority over existing CTR prediction methods. © 2023 IEEE.

The evaluation model of artillery firing efficiency is widely applied to firepower command&control and large-scale simulation, it is very important for improving precision and speed of calculation to enhance capability of firepower command&control and large-scale simulation. Two-dimensional subsection Simpson integration was introduced to evaluation the artillery firing efficiency model, the analysis of two-dimensional subsection Simpson integration in theory showed that convergence speed of two-dimensional subsection Simpson integration enhance to O(h4). The simulation results indicate that, speed of two-dimensional subsection Simpson integration is higher 20 times than statistics experiment method, precision of two-dimensional subsection Simpson integration is a little higher than the typical numerical integration such as midpoint formula integration and statistical experiment method, but it can promote precision by 10% than approximate computation method.

Secure short-packet communications using a full-duplex receiver

In this work, we consider the physical layer security in short-packet communications, where a full-duplex (FD) receiver receives information signals from a source while generating artificial noise (AN) to confuse an eavesdropper. Taking into account the finite blocklength coding and the self-interference (SI) in FD mode, we derive new approximation closed-form expression for the secrecy throughput. Moreover, we analyze the asymptotic secrecy throughput in two distinct scenarios, i.e., high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regime and infinite blocklength coding, to gain more insights. Our examination illustrates the correctness of our expressions and shows how the critical system variables affect the secrecy throughput. © 2023 The Authors

This paper proposes a two-stage point cloud super resolution framework that combines local interpolation and deep neural network based readjustment. For the first stage, the authors apply a local interpolation method to increase the density and uniformity of the target point cloud. For the second stage, the authors employ an outer-product neural network to readjust the position of points that are inserted at the first stage. Comparison examples are given to demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves a better accuracy than existing state-of-art approaches, such as PU-Net, Point Net and DGCNN(Source code is available at https://***/qwerty1319/PC-SR).

To enhance the convergence capability of grey wolf optimizer (GWO), this research investigates an evolved GWO using weighted-leader strategy (WLS), namely WLSGWO. The key issue of WLS is realizing the adaptive adjustment of position weighting according to the control parameters, thus well overcoming the drawback of premature convergence in the basic GWO. The newly developed method’s performance is assessed through experiments conducted on a standardized test suite. Additionally, comparisons are made by utilizing GWO alongside other advanced optimization techniques. The results of non-parametric studies validate the outperformance of the WLSGWO, thus proving the efficiency of the proposed strategy. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

IEEE 802.11 Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) is a popular way for mobile devices to access the Internet. Operators and service providers often increase the density of wireless access points in order to provide users with better connections and user experience. As a result, WLAN users find themselves covered by multiple access points. In traditional wireless multi-hotspot networks most user terminals choose the access point with the strongest signal without considering the existing load on that access point, leading to severe congestion and load imbalance problems. This paper proposes an improved NSGA-II-based load balancing strategy for wireless multi-hotspot networks, which determines which hotspot should be associated with each user terminal by taking into account the current access point load, the received signal strength and the throughput size of the user terminal. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional strongest signal First (SSF) strategy, the proposed load balancing strategy can improve the network throughput by more than 30%. © 2022 IEEE.

The accurate segmentation of stroke lesion regions holds immense significance in shaping treatment strategies and rehabilitation protocols. Due to the large difference in the volume of stroke lesion areas and the great similarity between lesion areas and normal tissues, most of the existing methods for lesion segmentation cannot deal with these problems well. This paper proposes a novel network named MD-TransUNet for the segmentation of stroke lesions, whose framework is based on the UNet architecture. To fully obtain deep image features, it uses ResNet50 for downsampling. MD (multi-dilated) module is employed as the skip connection to gain more receptive fields. Different receptive fields can adapt to varying volumes of lesion areas. Then, a feature extraction module with multi-level attention mechanism is designed using ConvLSTM, non-local spatial attention, and channel attention modules to suppress useless information expression in skip connections and upsampling processes while focusing more on effective spatial and channel information in features. The experiments show that our proposed network gets superior performance than benchmark methods and indicates the generalization and effectiveness of the proposed model. © ICST Institute for Computer sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering 2024.

As a key space structure in geostationary orbit, 100-meter level large ring-column antenna satellite is tasked with providing high-speed information transmission and stable communication Service in this orbit. This requires satellites having precise orbit maintenance and attitude control capabilities. Due to such satellites typically having larger masses and special structural designs, here, the high-precision orbit prediction algorithm was used to finely model and analyze effects of key space environmental factors of solar pressure, non-spherical perturbations and 3-body gravity on space Operation of such spacecrafts. Furthermore, referring to the design concept of formation-flying gravity field measurement satellites, a distributed füll thrust control strategy based on thruster layout optimization for such spacecrafts was proposed. Then, an improved explicit model predictive control algorithm was proposed based on Laguerre function to convert device capability limitations and Performance requirements into input-output constraints, combine multi-parameter programming, and realize attitude-orbit integrated control of such satellites. The simulation results showed that during stable Operation, position maintenance errors of such satellites can be controlled within a meter-level ränge, and attitude angle errors are better than 0. 03°;the computational efficiency of the proposed control algorithm is significantly higher than that of the Standard model predictive control algorithm and Laguerre function-based model predictive control algorithm;the hardware memory occupied is much lower than that of the explicit model predictive control *** theoretical analysis and numerical verification, it was shown that this study can provide an effective solving scheme for füll thruster integrated control of large ring-column antenna satellites in oomplex space environment using onboard Computers with limited Computing power. © 2025 Chinese Vibration Engineering Society.
