The basic set of test problems for ODE system solvers

Known mathematical packages, MATLAB, Maple, Mathematica, MathCAD and others may get wrong, often plausible, the result of numerical solution of ODE systems with low, given by default, the requirements for mathematical accuracy of the results of the numerical solution of ODE systems. Since ODE system parameters obtained usually experimental, with a low mathematical precision, so the requirements for the precision of the results of mathematical solutions of ODE systems is low (for example, in MATLAB package required precision is 0.001). The article offers a basic set of tests to assess the range of applicability of the relevant solvers. The basic set of test problems for ODE solvers systems include linear ODE systems with the known analytic solution and nonlinear systems with known graphics solution. Presented comparative results of solutions for proposed problems using MATLAB solvers and manzhuk program from a library of standard mathematical programs SADEL (Sets of Algebraic and Differential Equations solvers Library), which has been designed for reliable and accurate solving of systems of linear algebraic equations (LAE) and ODE systems. The results can be used in mathematical modeling of dynamic systems described by ODE systems.

The aim of the work is to improve the coordination of engineering processes in the creation of offshore oil and gas facilities and methods of managing the business processes of the operator's company. The concept of using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) system for the projects of offshore oil and gas facilities (OF) is presented. The main problematic aspects of implementing a large-scale project: the layout of technological equipment in a limited space;maintenance of accuracy of calculations;insufficiently effective application of PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) principles and data management in design and construction. The main routes are proposed, in accordance with which the modeling and management of engineering data is carried out. The structure of the information model and the algorithms proposed for its construction within the framework of the Russian design and construction system are developed. A tool is proposed that allows the company to the operator and subcontractors involved in the construction project to optimize their work and improve the quality of operating activities. The loss of time for communication and information retrieval for decision making is minimized, the burden on the project team members is reduced, the efficiency of the design and construction organization is significantly increased. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The article presents an analysis of the optimal criterion. The role and significance of certain properties of fuzzy logic in predictive analytics of technical systems to support the functioning of the optimal level of production processes are considered. The role of calculation of the degree of inclusion of fuzzy sets is justified by the example of transfer characteristic functions in the generalized case. The author's research on the optimization value of the investigated mathematical apparatus is presented on the example of the synthesis of the industrial Internet of Things system within the framework of the model of automatic control of the air temperature in the greenhouse.

The desire to share and unite remote digital assets motivated the development of the classical internet, the enabler of the entire 21st century economy and our modern way of life. As we enter the quantum era, it is to be expected there will be a similar demand for networking quantum assets, motivating a global quantum internet for bringing together the world's quantum resources, leveraging off their exponential trajectory in capability. We present models for quantum networking, how they might be applied in the future, and the implications they will have. Socially, economically, politically and geostrategically, the upcoming era of quantum supremacy will be as significant for the 21st century as the transistor was for the 20th. The inherently different scaling in the computational power of quantum computers fundamentally changes the dynamics of how they will operate in the future. Given their high expected initial cost, a client/server model for outsourcing computation will be essential for enabling the accessibility and proliferation of this technology, and ensuring its economic viability. We therefore anticipate the emergence of cloud quantum computing, a model for outsourcing quantum computations to the network. We argue that economic efficiency will mandate that all future quantum computers be united into a single global virtual quantum computer, offering exponentially more power to all network participants than if they were to keep their resources to themselves. This model for the allocation of computational resources is uniquely quantum, with no classical analogue, completely altering the economic landscape for the future of computation. Given the sensitivity of much of the data to which future quantum computers are going to foreseeably be applied, protocols for encrypted quantum computation will be essential - the outsourcing of computations that neither an eavesdropper nor even the server performing the computation can spy upon. In this investigation, a novel three-degree-of-freedom laser interferometer is proposed which enables to determine the motion parameters including linear displacement, horizontal and vertical straightness in a linear axis. The modified common-path Fabry-Pérot interferometer consists of two optical arrangements for measuring the linear displacement and the straightness respectively. In the optical arrangement of the linear displacement measurement, the one eighth waveplate in the Fabry-Pérot optical cavity constructed with a planar mirror and a corner cube retro-reflector (CCR) is employed to form the orthogonal phase shift between interferometric signals and then they can be acquired by two photodiodes (PDs) to detect the linear displacement. In the other optical arrangement, a quadrant photodetector (QD) serves to inspect the lateral displacements induced by the dynamic offset of CCR. Furthermore, the relevant measuring characteristics of the self-developed laser interferometer are compact optical arrangement, convenient operation and efficient inspection. It would be beneficial for the linear positioning measurement and calibration of precision machines, e.g., linear positioning stages or high precision machine tools. © 2018 CURRAN-CONFERENCE. Text passwords are the most widely used authentication methods and will also be used in the future. Text passwords can be regarded as meaningful strings, and deep learning methods have an advantage of text processing. LSTM, RNN, GAN and other deep learning models have been using in password guessing and password strength measurements. In the paper, we make a survey on state-of-the-art deep learning methods for password guessing and password strength evaluation, including password pattern extraction, candidate password generation and password strength measurement. Compared with traditional methods, neural networks based methods can achieve better results and performance.

Ensuring the Safety of Gas Distribution Stations When Increasing Capacity

The paper shows the dynamics of accidents and industrial fatality injuries at the Main Pipeline Transport of Hydrocarbons in the Russian Federation. The features of operation of a Gas Distribution Station (GDS) as one of the Hazardous Production Facilities of Main Pipeline Transport of Natural Gas are considered. The main technological units and systems for ensuring the complex safety of automated low-performance GDS are presented. The main factors contributing to the occurrence and development of accidents at the GDS are listed. To increase gas supplies to the consumer, the calculation of the technically possible throughput capacity of the existing GDS with a design capacity of 20 thousand m3/hour was carried out. Using a software complex 'Vesta-GDS' we built process flow diagram that under the given constraints (pressure, temperature, gas velocity in the pipeline and the degree of opening of the gas pressure regulator valve) determined that the technically possible throughput capacity of GDS is 16.37 thousand m3/hour more than design capacity. With technically possible increased productivity, a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the risk of an accident at the GDS II class of danger was made, as a result of which the risk was assessed as 'low' and not exceeding the background indicators of the oil and gas industry of the Russian Federation.
