With the advancement of technology and emergence of blockchain, it has become quite a popular tool which is often integrated with systems and processes that require decentralization, traceability, consistency etc. One such area is of supply chain management. Often the raw materials used to make a final product do not come from a single source and hence there has been always a risk of making counterfeit, cloned item of the same. Same goes in the case of tea powder production too. Seeds used and leaves planted come from different sources which collectively determine the quality of the end tea powder. The proposed work tackles issues not only by providing traceability but also contributes in the overall security of the system by making use of Hyperledger fabric and Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA). In addition to these features, cross platform payment is also made possible by integrating the system with bridges. By making use of Hyperledger fabric and Interplanetary File System (IPFS), latency is decreased as well as throughput is increased. Additionally, making use of ECDSA provides same level of security with smaller key size and generates signature faster as compared to other cryptographic algorithms like Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA). © 2024 IEEE.

Federated learning is an emerging privacy-preserving distributed learning paradigm,in which many clients collaboratively train a shared global model under the orchestration of a remote *** current works on federated learning have focused on fully supervised learning settings,assuming that all the data are annotated with ground-truth ***,this work considers a more realistic and challenging setting,Federated Semi-Supervised Learning(FSSL),where clients have a large amount of unlabeled data and only the server hosts a small number of labeled *** to reasonably utilize the server-side labeled data and the client-side unlabeled data is the core challenge in this *** this paper,we propose a new FSSL algorithm for image classification based on consistency regularization and ensemble knowledge distillation,called *** algorithm uses the global model as the teacher in consistency regularization methods to enhance both the accuracy and stability of client-side unsupervised learning on unlabeled ***,we introduce an additional ensemble knowledge distillation loss to mitigate model overfitting during server-side retraining on labeled *** experiments on several image classification datasets show that our EKDFSSL outperforms current baseline methods.

Many organizations use tendering including government to obtain goods and services from the providers of the service and manufacturing companies. There has been an advanced evolution in the process from traditional hardcopy-based to modern electronic-based tendering. Since in the present scenario Internet is being used there are many security implications that can be associated with it. Blockchain having decentralization of information and other features like immutability can be used as a step to mitigate the implications. In this paper, a distributed e-tendering system based on smart contracts and hybrid cryptography is explored. The design consists of sections based on the way the tendering and bidding organization participates like creation and publication of tender by the tendering organization, bidding process by the bidder, evaluations of the proposed bid, and selecting the best one to declare the winner. Maintaining transparency, fairness, and security is kept in mind throughout the process which is the main motive of this paper. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The advent of electronic voting (e-voting) systems has promised greater accessibility, efficiency, and transparency in the process of electoral. However, by adopting e-voting systems, they bring forth significant challenges, primarily related to security and scalability. Old e-voting systems encounter threats such as vote manipulation and denial-of-service attacks, making it imperative to design robust and secure solutions. This research focuses on addressing these challenges through a collaborative approach utilizing sharding technology with interoperability enabling it to handle a vast number of votes simultaneously without compromising performance or security. Recognizing the importance of seamless data exchange, our e-voting system places a strong emphasis on interoperability. The consensus mechanism providing rapid transaction finality, enhanced security, and resilience against malicious actors. It ensures the integrity in the process of voting and safeguards against alterations. We present a pioneering approach to reduce all kind of challenges in existing model by giving a secure e-voting that harnesses the power of sharding blockchain, interoperability, and a novel consensus mechanism. The analysis of blockchain structure that provide blockchain as a service initiates the article. Then, based on blockchain technology, we suggest a unique electronic voting method. That resolves all the issues we found. This reduces the cost of holding a national poll and enhances security. © 2024 IEEE.

One of the important areas that needs attention is supply chain in this fast expansion of globalization. There are numerous tiny parts that are summed up to obtain an end and furnished product be it agricultural goods in food supply chain or even other goods such as electronics. Now the quality of the final product depends upon the quality of the raw materials used. Since raw materials are manufactured, distributed, and sold globally, ensuring the integrity and security proposes a challenging task due to widespread counterfeit, cloned items, and other infiltration of untrusted items. The proposed work will counter these issues by not only providing traceability but also empowering transparency through Hyperledger. Along with these features, bridges are added to make the transfer of assets such as payments across different blockchains. © 2024 IEEE.

Coincidence detection of two curves or two surfaces has wide application in computer-aided design(CAD)and computer-aided geometric design(CAGD).Proper reparameterization is the most complicated part in the *** paper presents and proves the efficient and necessary coincidence condition for two rational Bézier curves in a new *** also proposes an effective and efficient proper reparameterization method,Algorithm 1,for detecting a rational Bézier curve which can be degenerated into a new one of a lower degree.A numerical proper reparameterization method,Algorithm 2,and examples are also *** 1 is up to ten times faster than other prevailing methods,and Algorithm 2 is twice as fast and half as close as other prevailing *** CAD systems using Algorithm 1 and Algorithm 2 will hold accuracy and little computation time.

Medical imaging has been used extensively in healthcare in recent years for a variety of purposes, including disease diagnosis, treatment planning, and tracking the course of an illness. These applications entail taking pictures of the afflicted organ using a variety of modalities. Image segmentation and classification is two important process performed in disease diagnostic application. Deep reinforcement learning approach applied in many gaming application. DRL provides the accurate result in many real world applications, so researchers pay attention in DRL in medical data that helps the physicians in treating the patient. This study focus on surveying the various applications such as Image registration, lesion localization, image segmentation, image classification and Landmark detection using deep reinforcement learning in healthcare. In addition, this study investigates on the various DRL algorithms (Qlearning, deep deterministic policy gradient (DDPG), Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (TDDDPG), Deep Q Network (DQN) and Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) in Alzheimer's disease prediction. Among the DRL methods the DDPG achieved the highest accuracy in detecting the Alzheimer's disease with 97%. © 2024 IEEE.

Cooking is an important life skill to master. Despite the importance, a study suggests that there is a decline in cooking skills between generations. In accordance with that, serious games emerge as a form of solution which has purposes to solve the problems in an entertaining way. Serious games are often presented to solve numerous real-life problems, such as education, medical, and even culinary. This literature review studies a few of the many benefits of serious games that may help solve problems in the realm of cooking. The study focuses primarily on cooking serious games due to their capabilities to solve problems in an entertaining manner. The result indicates that there are positive benefits in utilizing serious games to solve certain problems not only in cooking, but also other issues such as cognitive skills. The findings from this research are intended to be the preliminary in developing serious game to compensate the problem from cooking domain. © 2024 IEEE.

Blockchain and the Internet of Things (IoT) are revolutionizing healthcare, presenting the potential for transformation. The IoT is achieving more and more confidence as the infrastructure for future applications. Therefore, based on the comprehensive integration of Blockchain (BC) technology with IoT, security requirements are provided through security frameworks built into BC. Healthcare IoT applications in BC technology are revolutionizing industries. It also analyzes the potential benefits of BC implementation in IoT and healthcare for securely transferring medical data. Blockchain's decentralized and immutable nature of medical data sharing offers secure ways to store and transmit data. However, it is necessary to protect the data's privacy stored and shared securely. This review paper evaluates the algorithm based on Rivest, Shamir, and Adelman (RSA), Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Lionized Golden Eagle-based Homomorphic Elapid Security (LGE-HES), and BC-Assisted Secure Data Management Framework (BSDMF). This survey paper describes Blockchain technology-based medical data transfer based on IoT medical systems. The performance evaluation regarding Root Mean Square Error (RMAE), MSE, time complexity, and security performance compared to standard technologies can be analyzed. © 2024 IEEE.

Customer Segmentation plays a vital role in CRM, where we are managing all your organization's relationships and interactions between the customers. It helps to find potential customers and to take proper decisions in digital marketing. Segmenting or grouping the customers based on various attributes like age, gender, interest, and purchase behavior helps e-commerce companies to increase their revenue. One of the major problems today in customer segmentation is the level of noise in the data, which increases the data storage as well as impacts the data mining analysis results. This research focuses on filtering the noise in the data and a comparison study of various clustering algorithms will be done, and results will be analyzed, and a new generic data model will be built that works with any e-commerce platform data. More than doing the customer segmentation in this study we will also analyze how customers responded to the marketing campaigns. © 2023 IEEE.
