Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by cognitive decline and memory loss. Precise and timely identification of this condition is significant for proper treatment. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a widely employed technology for analyzing brain structures and identifying abnormalities interconnected with AD. The recent advancements in medical fields, including the introduction of Deep Learning (DL) approaches, have automated the AD diagnosis process. However, achieving high accuracy remains a challenge due to the complexity and heterogeneity of AD manifestations. In this proposed work, we introduce a novel hybrid deep learning architecture designed to improve the accuracy of AD classification. The proposed architecture combines the strengths of convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for feature extraction and Autoencoder for capturing temporal dependencies in sequential MRI scans. Utilizing the Dragonfly optimization technique for fine-tuning the parameters and hyperparameters of deep learning models utilized in AD classification. The developed strategy was trained and validated using the publicly available AD and Munich databases. The proposed method achieved an overall accuracy of 98.34 %, precision of 99.06 %, recall of 99.65 %, and f-measure of 99.90 %. We anticipate that the proposed hybrid architecture will improve AD classification models' discriminative power and robustness, thereby offering early and accurate diagnosis of this debilitating disease. © 2024 IEEE.

This research paper presents a comprehensive case study on the digital transformation of the back-office operations within destination management companies. In an era marked by technological advancements, DMCs find themselves at the intersection of manual, labor-intensive processes and the vast potential of modern digital solutions. The study examines the pivotal role played by an innovative web application, developed and deployed by the author, in automating and streamlining the back-office functions of a DMC. This transformative project replaces manual collaboration on Excel spreadsheets, voucher generation, and invoice processing with a secure, efficient, and user-friendly system. The technology stack utilized includes HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery for the front end, Python and Jinja for the backend, MySQL for database management, and the Django framework, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Through this case study, we delve into the tangible impacts of this digital transformation, including enhanced efficiency, reduced operational overhead, and improved responsiveness to partners and clients. The system offers real-time access to services, inventory, and pricing, simplifying the booking process, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting. Additionally, the paper explores the broader implications of this project for the B2B destination management industry as a whole. It highlights the potential for technology to revolutionize traditional workflows, improve customer experiences, and increase competitiveness in a global market. In a nutshell, this case study of digital transformation serves as a testament to the power of technology in reshaping traditional B2B destination management operations. A sizable portion of Indians view agriculture as their primary source of income. The cultivation of crops is crucial to the economy. Crop production of poor quality is frequently the result of choosing the incorrect crops for the wrong soil or not knowing enough about the growth potential of various crops. The suggested method, which bases crop suggestion on machine learning, is based on measurements of soil properties that have been previously recorded This method helps to maintain crop health and reduces the likelihood of soil degradation. Numerous elements, among them rainfall. Temperature, pH, N, P, K, and humidity are all analyzed using machine learning techniques including random forests, decision trees, and support vector machines. Based on these analyses, recommendations are provided for cultivating an appropriate crop. © 2024 IEEE.

In the process of random access, the backoff algorithm is a very common congestion control method. A reasonable backoff algorithm can effectively alleviate system congestion. However, due to changes in the network state, the backoff algorithm cannot quickly select the most suitable backoff window. This may lead to oscillation of backoff window length. In this paper, an adaptive backoff algorithm is proposed to dynamically adjust the backoff window based on the current number of loads. The backoff window length is adjusted after the transmission of data packet. When the number of loads is small, the node will have a high probability of resetting the window length to the initial value. When the number of loads is large, the node will have a greater probability of maintaining the current backoff window length. Consequently, the proposed algorithm could avoid the occurrence of doubling the backoff window length multiple times. Simulations are performed to verify the superiority of the proposed algorithm. © 2023 IEEE.

It is known that stock system is chaotic, nonlinear and un-stationary system. Stock market analysis system including deep learning method and generative models usually utilize historical datasets to get the stock market features to predict the future trend. The nonlinearity of the stock market system have determined that although the features can be acquired by deep learning and generative models, it consume considerable resources including labelled cost and computing. In order to analyze such system, researchers have proposed a novel wavelet based nonlinear model, along with the interpretable feature from nonlinear and unstationary series data. Wavelet based OLS method is able to get the features of nonlinear system in a relative low cost with the acceptable result accuracy decline. What's more, it will give an interpretability analysis form the model analysis. To sum up, the Comprehensive performance shows that the predictive power of nonlinear wavelet models outperforms than other baseline methods. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper designs a simulation platform monitoring system implemented by data distribution services to solve the problem that traditional network transmission is not flexible enough in the simulation platform monitoring system. First, an user profile based system monitoring network architecture is proposed;Second, we design a profile based board level automatic data distribution service establishing method;Third, the system monitoring software is designed to ensure that the whole system is controllable by monitoring each board and sending modified profiles;The experiments show that the proposed simulation platform monitoring system based on data distribution service proposed in this paper has the advantages of perfect quality of service control strategy, high quality of service, strong scalability and flexibility. © 2023 IEEE.

By analyzing this data, recommendation systems can predict user preferences and recommend videos that users are likely to like. Companies are using social media to grow their business, and data mining and analytics are very important today. This article describes trend analysis for short videos on YouTube. Creators are encouraged to create compelling video content. These user characteristics such as views, comments, likes and dislikes are used for analytics. Sentiment analysis is a method used to identify and understand user opinions and viewpoints regarding a product or service. YouTube, one of the most popular video-sharing platforms, garners millions of views daily, resulting in a plethora of user comments that hold valuable information for improving video rankings. To extract sentiment from these comments, Machine learning techniques and natural language processing (NLP) are used.. Various attempts have been made to classify sentiment into two (positive or negative), three (positive, negative, and neutral), or multiple (e.g., happy, surprised, sad, angry) classes. In today's dynamic software development landscape, Agile methodologies have established themselves as essential for organizations striving to swiftly adapt to evolving customer needs and market demands. A cornerstone of the Agile framework is the concept of User Stories, a concise format for expressing software requirements from an end-user perspective. The manual generation of User Stories from unstructured requirement texts proves to be a labor-intensive endeavor, riddled with challenges related to maintaining consistency and adhering to specific organizational practices. This research underscores the profound importance of Agile Methodology in contemporary software development and underscores the critical role that User Stories play within this framework. To address the inherent inefficiencies associated with manual User Story creation, this paper introduces a novel and innovative AI-powered approach that uses the advanced capabilities of the GPT-3.5 language model. This approach facilitates a seamless and efficient transformation of software requirement text into standardized User Stories by studying various prompting techniques. In this research paper the practical implementation of our approach have been illustrated, we have developed an application harnessing the natural language processing capabilities of GPT-3.5 where in the user can enter or upload the requirement text and it will be transformed into user stories. © 2024 IEEE.

Event extraction aims to detect occurrences of specified types and extract corresponding event arguments from unstructured data input, which is an integral part of information extraction [1]. Many downstream tasks, such as text summarization, causal relationship identification, and event reasoning, make extensive use of event extraction. However, most of the existing research on event extraction remains at the sentence level. Document-level event extraction is still under exploration and lacks relevant review. Focusing on the task of document-level event extraction, this survey first divides the existing technologies into three categories and introduces the most representative models;Then, we list some commonly used datasets for document-level event extraction with their usage messages;Finally, we analyse the current research gaps of document-level event extraction and future research trends. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
