There has been a growing interest in the sidechannel analysis(SCA)field based on deep learning(DL)*** DL network or model has been developed to improve the efficiency of ***,few studies have investigated the impact of the different models on attack results and the exact relationship between power consumption traces and intermediate *** on the convolutional neural network and the autoencoder,this paper proposes a Template Analysis Pre-trained DL Classification model named TAPDC which contains three *** TAPDC model detects the periodicity of power trace,relating power to the intermediate values and mining the deeper features by the multi-layer convolutional *** implement the TAPDC model and compare it with two classical models in a fair *** evaluative results show that the TAPDC model with autoencoder and deep convolution feature extraction structure in SCA can more effectively extract information from power consumption ***,Using the classifier layer,this model links power information to the probability of intermediate *** completes the conversion from power trace to intermediate values and greatly improves the efficiency of the power attack.

The solar energy harvesting communication system is the basic support layer that is associated with the Internet of Things (IoT). However, the inherent stochasticity of solar energy brings about extensive research on energy allocation in the system. In this paper, we propose an energy allocation algorithm for maximizing the data transfer (MDT) of a solar energy harvesting communication system while jointly considering the practical constraints of battery capacity and link capacity restrictions. We can solve it through the convex optimization problem, but the solution is extremely complicated. This complexity is the result of the coupling of energy allocation problems caused by restricted battery capacity and link capacity. To simplify the solution process, we propose a decoupled energy allocation (DEA) algorithm. Simulation experiments are conducted through real energy harvesting data sets, and the results show that DEA outperforms the other two heuristic schemes. © 2024 SPIE.

Cognitive diagnosis is an important issue of intelligent education systems,which aims to estimate students'proficiency on specific knowledge *** existing studies rely on the assumption of static student states and ig-nore the dynamics of proficiency in the learning process,which makes them unsuitable for online learning *** this paper,we propose a unified temporal item response theory(UTIRT)framework,incorporating temporality and random-ness of proficiency evolving to get both accurate and interpretable diagnosis ***,we hypothesize that stu-dents'proficiency varies as a Wiener process and describe a probabilistic graphical model in UTIRT to consider temporali-ty and randomness ***,based on the relationship between student states and exercising answers,we hy-pothesize that the answering result at time k contributes most to inferring a student's proficiency at time k,which also re-flects the temporality aspect and enables us to get analytical maximization(M-step)in the expectation maximization(EM)algorithm when estimating model *** UTIRT is a framework containing unified training and inferenc-ing methods,and is general to cover several typical traditional models such as Item Response Theory(IRT),multidimen-sional IRT(MIRT),and temporal IRT(TIRT).Extensive experimental results on real-world datasets show the effective-ness of UTIRT and prove its superiority in leveraging temporality theoretically and practically over TIRT.

This paper presents an observation of improving clinical picture classification via transfer getting to know and meta-studying. Switching getting-to-know and meta-learning methods are usually employed in medical imaging class tasks. The authors compare the effectiveness of the proposed strategies in five publicly available medical imaging datasets. Effects have shown that the proposed techniques notably advanced the usual type accuracy for a few datasets. Furthermore, it was found that the 2-step technique showed higher performance than the one-step technique. Clinical imaging techniques such as X-ray, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and laptop Tomography (CT) scanners are used to diagnose, compare, and deal with sufferers. Automatic Anomaly Detection is an automatic technique for identifying and diagnosing abnormalities in clinical imaging. It has been diagnosed that Support Vector Machines (SVM) can be effectively used to generate correct automatic anomaly detection for scientific imaging. SVM is an approach that uses supervised getting-to-know to create a choice boundary between classes, with the decision primarily based on the information to be had. The gain of SVM is that it plays an automatic function extracting from the medical imaging facts and uses those extracted capabilities for anomaly detection. It combines photograph segmentation and classification to classify the abnormal regions in an image. So one can enhance the accuracy of SVM;it's miles viable to use an expansion of kernel capabilities and unique parameter tuning. Moreover, introducing an automatic pipeline from training to deploying SVM reduces the efforts of manual feature extraction from photos. In this paper,we propose a new lightweight block cipher called *** main purpose of SCENERY design applies to hardware and software *** is a 64-bit block cipher supporting 80-bit keys,and its data processing consists of 28 *** round function of SCENERY consists of 84×4 S-boxes in parallel and a 32× 32 binary matrix,and we can implement SCENERY with some basic logic *** hardware implementation of SCENERY only requires 1438 GE based on 0.18 um CMOS technology,and the software implementation of encrypting or decrypting a block takes approximately 1516 clock cycles 0118-bit microcontrollers and 364 clock cycles on 64-bit *** with other encryption algorithms,the performance of SCENERY is well balanced for both hardware and *** the security analyses,SCENERY can achieve enough security margin against known attacks,such as differential cryptanalysis,linear cryptanalysis,impossible differential cryptanalysis and related-key attacks.

The study of sentiment analysis in natural language processing (NLP) holds tremendous promise for extracting meaningful emotional cues from textual data as a part of its core capabilities. This paper conducts an extensive exploration of sentiment analysis techniques powered by machine-learning classifiers, tailored to accommodate a variety of datasets. As a critical tool for assessing public opinion and sentiment, this study guides you through the crucial steps of data acquisition, preprocessing, feature extraction, and classifier selection, which are integral to the assessment of public sentiment. The research examines machine-learning approaches to sentiment analysis using a wide range of datasets, including social media content, product reviews, news articles, and much more, to determine if they are adaptable and scalable. In this study, "a number of classification models are examined, including Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines, Random Forests, and deep learning models, and how their performance varies depending on the type of data". As a result of this analysis, the paper emphasizes the importance of utilizing machine-learning classifiers to distill nuanced sentiments, enabling applications in a wide range of fields, from brand reputation management to political sentiment tracking. The foundation of smart microgrid DC topologies are EPCs, or electrical converters of power. Most of the components are intended to be linked to the various busses via EPCs in order to improve the system's autonomy. Thus, the behavior of all EPCs and their control loops determines the microgrid's electrical supply, peace of mind, the dynamic responsiveness. Furthermore, because of the significant degree of unpredictability in their operating circumstances brought about by the intermittent nature of renewable sources of energy and user utilization of energy, DC micro grids represent an innovative model in energy distribution networks. Moreover, the power converters might alter their mode of operation in order to cope with this unpredictability, which complicates the system's fluidity and evaluation of stability. A brief description of the many quantitative experimental blackbox is modeling techniques used with smart DC micro/nanogrids is provided in this work. A study of several nonlinear as well as linear modeling techniques is conducted, outlining both their advantages and disadvantages. Lastly, using illustrated instances, distinctions between blackbox architectures will be shown. © 2023 IEEE.

This study presents a novel cooperative control method for an interconnected hybrid DC/AC microgrid that uses an infinite impulses (IIR) filter as its core element. The creation of a digital proportional-resonant (PR) electrical controller forms the basis of the control system. The controller's integrated adaptive neural fuzzy induction system (ANFIS) effectively monitors the system's maximum battery life point (MPP). A particle swarm optimizing (PSO)-programmed ANFIS controls the inverter current that is output, ensuring that solar PV systems using boost converters and inverters may extract maximum power quickly and without oscillation. The suggested PR controller has the ability to cancel harmonics and shows remarkable gain at the resonance frequency. Fast reference signal tracking, flexibility in response to grid rate drift, a simple system design, and the lack of steady-state error are important characteristics. A frequency-domain study of the PR limiter is included in the report. Without changing the figure description, the proposed strategy improves the transient as steady-state responses and helps to stabilize the voltage. © 2023 IEEE.
