A microgrid is a generating source used to decentralise the centralised power supply in a small community. It produces, distributes, and regulates the community's power. It can balance the load demands of clients with fluctuating power needs since it is adaptable, dependable, and able to deliver uninterrupted electricity. The utility grid is connected to smart Microgrids, which assist the powering industries' requirement for electricity. They rely heavily on contemporary, integrated information and communication technologies (such as edge computing, cloud computing, fog computing, IoT sensors, etc.). Despite the low cost of the services offered by cloud computing, response, processing, and resource management times are issues. As a supplement to cloud computing, edge computing develops, offering services and tackling issues like latency, security, and traffic. The edge servers are used by smart meters to offload their computational tasks. The energy usage is rising as more data is processed in the edge servers. In order to reduce energy usage, this article suggests optimized task scheduling to edge servers using human urbanization optimization algorithm (HUOA). © 2023 IEEE.

Social technology has grown rapidly and effectively as a result of new information technology. The importance of the big data approach, which was among the most prominent current occurrences, has improved as a result of the amount of information generated from social media. For the installation of renewable energies, the Energy Network seems to have become a central feature. Because there are so many different sustainable energy sources and how they interact with the grid, the system is extremely complex and presents a number of intrinsic challenges, such as the coordination and monitoring of distributed sustainable energy generation, which can be extremely difficult to handle. This study presents a blockchain-based approach for managing digital information in a network as a solution to these problems. Blockchain is a distributed ledger that implements agreement, inevitability, and transparency for online data using encryption schemes, hash chains, and consensus mechanisms. The suggested approach can employ blockchain's features to achieve efficient network content creation management, copyright management, system administration, and user instructional techniques. Our suggested method can consistently provide the network media platform with crucial assistance, enabling it to pursue long-term, ecologically sustainable expansion. © 2024 IEEE.

With the wide range of cloud services, including flexibility, high scalability, and the least upfront capital investment, it also offers machine learning services that are utilized in various applications, such as medical diagnosis, risk analysis, and product recommendation. Since it has many advantages, many organizations move their data to the cloud platform for storage, processing, and distribution intentions. The classification service is offered by the cloud service provider so that owners can assess their data. It gathers the data from the owners' side for training the machine learning model and accomplishing the classification task. The cloud servers handled by a third party might not be totally trusted by the data owners. However, data privacy is a significant challenge among the critical barriers to preserving data while distributing it. A novel data protection model is proposed, driven on machine learning and differential approaches that carry out classification tasks while protecting the owners' data through noise addition. The model enables the different owners to store, share, and utilize data on the cloud platform. The experiments are carried out on Cleveland, New-Thyroid, and SA-Heart datasets to determine the effectiveness of the model in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that it achieves high accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score up to 88.37%, 83.28%, 98.41%, and 82.91%, respectively. © The Institution of engineering & Technology 2023.

Present Information Technology scenario is engulfed with exponential rise in mobile computing devices mostly embedded in diverse equipments of our daily life. In the early stages of a person’s existence, it is common practice to screen for the presence of brain tumors. Nevertheless, in the current day, it has been improved using various AI computations. Along these same lines, in order to diagnose a patient with a brain tumor, we take into consideration the data of patients, such as MRI scans of the patient’s brain. Our main concern at this point is determining whether or not the tumor is present in the patient’s brain. For a patient to have a healthy lifespan, it is essential for the tumor to be identified at the earliest possible stage. During this phase of the project, we use a calculation called a convolutional neural network to determine the level of severity, which provides accurate results. The division of tumors is an essential and challenging task that falls within the purview of clinical image production. This is due to the fact that human-aided manual characterization might result in erroneous anticipations and discoveries. We proposed the use of a convolutional neural network as a means of differentiating cancers from 2D appealing resonance brain imaging (MRI). The exploratory study was carried out on a dataset that included tumors with a wide range of dimensions, localizations, configurations, and picture forces. Convolutional neural networks, which are built using Keras and Tensorflow, were chosen for usage by our team because, in comparison to regular neural networks, they provide a much-improved presentation. During the course of our investigation, CNN demonstrated an accuracy of 98.73%. Because of its great speculation capacity and quickness, the CNN design that was only recently developed has the potential to be employed as an effective decision-aid device for radiologists working in clinical diagnostics. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The IT team working in the manufacturing industry may use this paper to learn about the results of the recently established hybrid software development model with the aid of this paper. The IT team’s needs, difficulties, working practices, past working strategies, and the client’s expectations in the manufacturing firm all play a role in determining how the hybrid model is implemented. The IT team was able to accomplish goals such as on-time delivery with quality improvement, more accuracy, reduced maintenance cycle, the involvement of clients, reduced development time, and improved defect removal efficiency by utilizing a new model and adopting appropriate features from Traditional and Agile methodologies. This article presents a guideline on prior outcomes for the IT team at a manufacturing business and results after using a hybrid approach. The results of deploying a hybrid software development paradigm inside an in-house IT team that works in the manufacturing business are the subject of this research, which explores those results. This study intends to evaluate the effects of combining conventional and agile approaches for software development by thoroughly examining software development practices and determining how successful this combination is. The research investigates the subsequent enhancements in project delivery deadlines, product quality, and team cooperation. The findings provide light on the possible advantages and drawbacks of using a hybrid method. Now a days, with the rising demand for vehicles, the rate of accidents is also increasing. Speedy roads like expressways where people avoid the idea to stop and help the victim. Victims of accidents happening on isolated roads also die due to a lack of immediate help. Due to these reasons, the rate of these deaths is rapidly rising. In this paper, we propose a device that can be installed in vehicles that can detect an accident and inform the nearest hospital automatically. Online communication has become quicker and simpler as a result of the growth of the internet and the advancement in technology. People are using multimedia data in almost all spheres of life. The amount of multimedia data transmitted has been increasing at a massive rate. Multimedia data delivered over open and unreliable networks are susceptible to unauthorized access. As a result, a cryptographic standard is needed to securely and efficiently transmit multimedia data such as images over the networks. This study uses cellular automata and an XOR-based continuous tone MSS approach to create an image encryption method. The suggested approach has eliminated VC's drawbacks, including secret/share quantity constraints, unpredictable share patterns, codebook requirements, and pixel extension in shares and recovered secret pictures. The recommended approach uses an (n,n) multi-secret sharing system that can send n secret photos simultaneously. At the time of encoding, the master share overcomes been made using the secret key, and it may be successfully retrieved when decoding using a comparable secret key. The exploratory results and security examination shows the proficiency of the given approach. The complexity of the proposed approach can be adjusted by using the different combinations of cellular automata rules.. © 2023 IEEE.

The ability of humans to communicate more effectively via the use of gestures is widely recognised as one of the most important aspects of human interaction. Because of the inextricable link that exists between body language and successful communication, there has been a significant amount of study conducted in the domains of computer vision and human–computer interaction (HCI). Signal recognition is one of the most important aspects of this study. Signal recognition attempts to analyse and decode the information that is transmitted by human motions. These movements include gestures such as hand and facial expressions. Signal recognition is a key bridge that enables people with varying skills to successfully communicate and connect with others. This is particularly true for those who have trouble understanding speech. There is a possibility that algorithms developed for signal detection can help bridge the communication gap and make interactions more welcoming to all parties involved. These attempts constitute a big step forward in the direction of making interactions with computers seem more natural and more analogous to communication between humans. Static signals and dynamic signals are the two basic types that may be distinguished within the field of signal recognition. These critical frames act as turning points, summing together the most important aspects of the meaning sent by the signal. The purpose of this study is to investigate the area of dynamic signal identification and key frame extraction in order to shed light on the advantages and disadvantages associated with both of these processes. By investigating these facets, our ultimate goal is to get a more profound comprehension of the complexities involved in interpreting dynamic gestures and the possible uses of these gestures. Objective: To develop an effective underwater packet scheduling algorithm considering the freshness of information. Underwater Communication has gained interest in recent days and Energy consumption, Freshness of information is considered to be an important metric. applications include defense-based applications, environmental monitoring, pollution detection, and ocean study. This paper works on the Age of Information-based concepts to ensure that information’s freshness is sustained. Peak AoI is used as an important metric to assign priority to the packets resulting in less packet delay and loss. Congestion is reduced as it works on the principle of backlog. And normalized class-based AoI helps in giving importance according to the importance of packets. As the value of information reduces over time, the proposed technique helps to maintain freshness. By varying the number of nodes and speed of nodes simulation results are shown, and delay, throughput, packet delivery ratio, and energy consumed are calculated. Energy consumed is almost reduced to two third and as Information freshness is given importance, packet loss and delay are reduced. © 2023, International Journal of Systematic Innovation.
