With the development of social network,group emotion analysis on social media such as Facebook,Twitter and Weibo becomes a new trend in recent *** different methods have been proposed for group emotion analysis,including traditional methods like SVM and NB and deep learning methods like RNN and *** paper proposes a CNN model with *** first analyze the characteristic of weibos to collect features including basic features,user-based features and content-based *** introduce these features to our CNN model to analyze emotions for Weibo events,which has been proved in experiment that it is effective to get the accurate sentiment of *** crawl 5,319,687 weibos about 724 events from Sina Weibo and apply several feature matrices to classify them to 4 *** use the new model to analyze 4 kinds of events to get the group *** results suggest that the classification we suggested can capture the emotions within different event group.

This work demonstrates the first nonpolar vertical GaN-on-GaN p-n power diodes grown on m-plane free-standing substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The SEM and HRXRD results showed the good crystal quality of the homoepitaxial nonpolar structure with low defect densities. The CL result confirmed the nonpolar p-GaN was of high quality with well activated Mg acceptors and considerably reduced deep-level (DL) states. At forward bias, the device showed good rectifying behaviors with a turn-on voltage of 4.0 V, an on-resistance of 2.3 mO·cm2, a high on/off ratio of ~ 1010, and a low leakage current of ~ 10-7A/cm2. At reverse bias, the current leakage and breakdown were described by the trap-assisted space-charge-limited current (SCLC) conduction mechanism, where I was proportional to V4.5. The critical electrical field was calculated to be 2.0 MV/cm without field plates or edge termination, which is the highest value reported on nonpolar power devices. The high performance m-plane p-n diodes can serve as key building blocks to further develop nonpolar GaN power electronics and polarization-engineering-related advanced power device structures for power conversion applications. Long Short-Term Memory Recurrent neural networks (LSTM-RNNs) have been widely used for speech recognition, machine translation, scene analysis, etc. Unfortunately, general-purpose processors like CPUs and GPGPUs can not implement LSTM-RNNs efficiently due to the recurrent nature of LSTM-RNNs. FPGA-based accelerators have attracted attention of researchers because of good performance, high energy-efficiency and great flexibility. In this work, we present an FPGA-based accelerator for LSTM-RNNs that optimizes both computation performance and communication requirements. The peak performance of our accelerator achieves 7.26 GFLOP/S, which significantly outperforms previous approaches.

Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) is one of the major disease which affect the human life. The stages of CRF start with loss of renal functions and gradually it leads to complete failure of all kidney functions. This disease is fatal at its end stage unless a replacement of kidney or a dialysis process which is an artificial filtering mechanism is not done. So an early prediction of disease is very important to save the human life. Machine learning is a part of artificial intelligence that uses a variety of techniques to learn from complex dataset. Machine learning techniques are widely used in medical field for disease prediction and prognosis. The objective of this work is to develop a clinical decision support system using machine learning techniques. In this paper first the classification techniques like neural network based back propagation (BPN), probability based Naive Bayes, LDA classifier, lazy learner K Nearest Neighbor (KNN), tree based decision tree, and Random subspace classification algorithms are analyzed. The accuracy of each algorithm found is 81.5%, 78%, 76%, 90%, 93% and 94% respectively on a dataset collected from UCI repository which contains 25 attributes and 400 instances. From the results obtained, the algorithm which gave better result was used for the developing the Clinical Decision Support System. © 2016 IEEE.

Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is an infrastructureless, self-configuring, dynamic changing wireless ad-hoc network in which, each node forward packets in multi-hop fashion. Each node in MANET possess minimal transmission range, minimal energy and minimal computational capacity. Thus, each attributes of MANET escalating attention of researchers. In MANET, various exicting and serious issues emerges due to limited resources. The limited resources of wireless network combined with the highly dynamic routing infrastructure need additional attention because packets may traverse with longer path and can get lost in a network. Therefore, the lost packet needs to be retransmitted which results in doubling the overall delay in the network. In this research article, we present an improved version of Petal Ant Routing (PAR) which makes data packets traverse within the petal region and achieve lesser delay of the packets. The simulation results shows that, the proposed method achieve better performance by reducing the overall delay of the packet and provide better throughput than actual PAR algorithm.

For the context of entity relation instance in TCM acupuncture and moxibustion field, effective words, syntax and semantics features are chosen to combine into feature template, and the entity relation instances are vectorized. The classification models of entity relations in TCM acupuncture and moxibustion area are trained by the machine learning method which is based on support vector machine. The experimental results show that the feature template of entity relations in this thesis have excellent effects on the entity relation extraction in TCM acupuncture and moxibustion area. The F-measure of entity relation classification model of DM, HM, AM and DRM reached 93.25%, 87.19%, 86.57%and84.57% respectively. © 2017 ISSN.

We extend the spherical code based key distribution protocols to qudits with dimensions 4 and 16 by constructing equiangular frames and their companions. We provide methods for equiangular frames in arbitrary dimensions for Alice to use and the companion frames, that has one antipode to eliminate one of the possibilities, made up of qudits with N = 4, 16 as part of Bob's code. Non-orthogonal bases that form positive operator valued measures can be constructed using the tools of frames (overcomplete bases of a Hilbert space) and here we apply them to key distribution that are robust due to large size of the bases making it hard for eavesdropping. We demonstrate a method to construct a companion frame for an equiangular tight frame for Cp−1 generated from the discrete Fourier transform, where p is any odd prime. The security analysis is based on the assumption restricting possible attacks to intercept/resend scenario highlighting the advantages of a qudit over qubit-based protocols. Construction of the recognition model for trigger words of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events

The recognization of trigger words for Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events is a key step in the extraction of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events. It plays an important role in knowledge mining in the field of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion. This paper extracts the manually annotated trigger words from the training corpus, constructs the table of trigger words for Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events, then expands this table with the Tongyici Cilin (Chinese thesaurus), and identifies the candidate trigger words for Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events based on the extended trigger word table;and then according to characteristics of the expressions in the field of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper prepares the filtering rules for candidate trigger words for Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events. This paper uses the above techniques to construct the recognition model of trigger words for Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion events that integrates dictionary matching and rule-based filtering. The results of the experiment show that this model has a good trigger word recognition function, and F-measure of trigger words recognition for the cure and health events reaches 88.28% and 34.15% respectively. © 2017, Ubiquitous International. Inter-relay interference (IRI) challenges the operation of two-path relaying systems. Furthermore, the unavailability of the channel state information (CSI) at the source and the limited detection capabilities at the relays prevent neither eliminating the interference nor adopting joint detection at the relays nodes. Improper signaling is a powerful signaling scheme that has the capability to reduce the interference impact at the receiver side and improves the achievable rate performance. Therefore, improper signaling is adopted at both relays, which have access to the global CSI. Then, improper signal characteristics are designed to maximize the total end-to-end achievable rate at the relays. To this end, both the power and the circularity coefficient, a measure of the impropriety degree of the signal, are optimized at the relays. Although the optimization problem is not convex, optimal power allocation for both relays for a fixed circularity coefficient is obtained. Moreover, the circularity coefficient is tuned to maximize the rate for a given power allocation. Finally, a joint solution of the optimization problem is proposed using a coordinate descent method based on alternate optimization. The simulation results show that employing improper signaling improves the achievable rate at medium and high IRI.
