Today, the Internet of Things has been widely used and is becoming an increasingly vital part in various areas of human activity, which helps to effectively solve various real-life tasks and problems. The infrastructure of the Internet of Things includes a lot of heterogeneous devices with limited capacities, which makes it difficult to control them in order to detect cyberattacks. The increase in the number of attacks on the infrastructure of the Internet of Things indicates the relevance of developing new solutions for detecting attacks on the networks of the Internet of Things. One of the possible approaches to identify attacks is to analyze the physical parameters associated with IoT devices that describe the behavior of devices on the network, such as power consumption. Power analysis allows you to detect power-hungry attacks such as crypto mining and denial-of-service attacks. The paper proposes a new method for cyberattack detection in the infrastructure of the Internet of Things that is based on the analysis of energy consumption. In order to improve the accuracy of detecting cyberattacks, the approach also uses the analysis of the actions of the IoT software. The proposed approach makes it possible to detect attacks such as DoS/DDoS with high efficiency with a level of detection up to 99.95%.

The article is devoted to the development of means for recognition of the emotions of the speaker, based on the neural network analysis of fixed fragments of the voice signal. The possibility of improving recognition tools through the use of a convolutional neural network of the GoogLeNet type is shown. The expediency of training the network on the examples of the TESS database is determined. A procedure for representing a voice signal in the form of a square grayscale image has been developed. Based on the use of the specified database, the modification of the GoogLeNet network was carried out. The architecture and software implementation of the recognition module have been developed. With the help of computer experiments, it has been established that after 150 epochs of training on a fairly limited training sample, the modified GoogLeNet makes it possible to achieve an accuracy of recognition of the speaker's emotions of approximately 0.97 on test examples. The obtained accuracy is comparable to the accuracy of the best modern systems of this purpose and confirms the promise of using neural network models like GoogLeNet for emotion recognition based on voice signal analysis. The need for further research aimed at reducing the resource intensity of the neural network model is shown. © 2022 IEEE.

Currently, there is a need in Ukraine for the design and development of multidisciplinary decision support systems (DSSs) for the medical and other related spheres - for example, the medical law sector, in particular, the DSS for the surrogacy's legal regulation field. This DSS will be able to protect doctors from potentially wrong decisions by taking into account all available information when making the decisions. For design such DSS, it's necessary to conduct the modelling of the decision-making process on surrogacy's legal conducting, that is the goal of this research. In this paper, there are the theoretical foundations of using the ontologies for the decision-making process on surrogacy's legal conducting, a model of base ontology with the necessary requirements and recommendations for conducting the surrogate motherhood, and ontology-based model of the decision-making process on surrogacy's legal conducting. The conducted modelling is a theoretical basis for the development of methods and design of DSS in the field of legal regulation of surrogate motherhood.

The purpose of this study is the development of the method of activity of ontology-based intelligent agent (OBIA) for evaluating the software requirements specifications (SRS). OBIA works on the basis of the developed method, and evaluates the sufficiency of information in the SRS for assessing the non-functional software features - provides the conclusion and the numerical evaluation of the level of sufficiency of information in the SRS for assessment of non-functional features.

The paper focuses on the problem of technical social engineering attacks that encompass the manipulation of individuals to reveal sensitive information, execute actions, or breach security systems. These exploits frequently capitalize on human psychology, trust, and a lack of vigilance to attain unauthorized entry to networks, systems, or data. In contrast to traditional social engineering tactics that center on psychological manipulation, technical social engineering attacks employ technological means and strategies to manipulate and beguile individuals. The paper presents an attempt to detect social engineering attacks. The approach utilized four machine learning algorithms (decision tree, random forest, K-nearest neighbor, and extreme gradient boosting). The analysis is centered on data collected from network hosts, which may serve as indicators of a potential social engineering attack. The empirical results demonstrated high detection accuracy.

The methods of digital and pulse signal modulation in modern computer systems of data transmission are analysed. Process of forming non-redundant coding that use the errors detection and correction in the Galois basis are offered. Structures of special processors for forming signal correcting codes are built. Working algorithms for proposed coding methods are developed and their software implementation are offered. Circuit design of Galois code sequence generator is implemented. Work simulation and synthesis on FPGA of Xilinx are performed.

This paper describes the development of an auto-active verification technique in the Frama-C framework. We outline the lemma functions method and present the corresponding ACSL extension, its implementation in Frama-C, and evaluation on a set of string-manipulating functions from the Linux kernel. We illustrate the benefits our approach can bring concerning the effort required to prove lemmas, compared to the approach based on interactive provers such as Coq. This paper presents dynamic behaviors of autonomous solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) with AC bus control. Both voltage and frequency control are utilized to achieve load-sharing of the studied SOFC feeding isolated loads. A DC-to-DC converter is connected to the output terminals of the studied SOFC for stabilizing output voltage and current fluctuations under different loading conditions. The PWM inverter connected to the output terminals of the DC-to-DC converter is operated under voltage-controlled mode to regulate the voltage profile across the connected loads. It can be concluded from the simulation results that the proposed voltage and frequency droop controllers of the PWM inverter may operate satisfactory under stand-alone mode.

In recent decades, global climate change has become one of the most critical environmental issues, leading to increased environmental and social concerns about the sustainability of logistics networks. This study proposes a novel multi-objective, multi-facility location–allocation model for a two-stage solid logistics network that supports green practices. To account for uncertainty in real-world problems, some parameters of the model are represented as triangular type-2 neutrosophic numbers to deal with hesitant situations. The fuzzy model is then converted into a deterministic one using a new ranking approach. Three conflicting objective functions – minimizing total financial costs, maximizing customers’ satisfaction levels, and ensuring sustainable and effective conveyances – are simultaneously optimized using the ϵ-constraint approach. The proposed model and solution approach are tested with two numerical examples. A comparative study is also presented, comparing the proposed approach with other Pareto-based multi-objective approaches, such as the global criterion approach, multi-objective fuzzy programming, and weighted Chebychev programming. Finally, the paper concludes with some remarks. © 2023

ROLE OF SIMULATION IN RAPID PROTOTYPING FOR CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

作者： KING, JF BARTON, DE J. Fred King:is the manager of the Advanced Technology Department for Unisys in Reston Virginia. He earned his Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Houston in 1977. He has been principal investigator of research projects in knowledge engineering pattern recognition and heuristic problem-solving. Efforts include the development of a multi-temporal multispectral classifier for identifying graincrops using LANDSAT satellite imagery data for NASA. Also as a member of the research team for a NCI study with Baylor College of Medicine and NASA he helped develop techniques for detection of carcinoma using multispectral microphotometer scans of lung tissue. He established and became technical director of the AI Laboratory for Ford Aerospace where he developed expert scheduling modeling and knowledge acquisition systems for NASA. Since joining Unisys in 1985 he has led the development of object-oriented programming environments blackboard architectures data fusion techniques using neural networks and intelligent data base systems. Douglas E. Barton:is manager of Logistics Information Systems for Unisys in Reston Virginia. He earned his B.A. degree in computer science from the College of William and Mary in 1978 and did postgraduate work in London as a Drapers Company scholar. Since joining Unisys in 1981 his work has concentrated on program management and software engineering of large scale data base management systems and design and implementation of knowledge-based systems in planning and logistics. As chairman of the Logistics Data Subcommittee of the National Security Industrial Association (NSIA) he led an industry initiative which examined concepts in knowledge-based systems in military logistics. His responsibilities also include evaluation development and tailoring of software engineering standards and procedures for data base and knowledge-based systems. He is currently program manager of the Navigation Information Management System which provides support to the Fleet Ballistic Missile Progr

A valuable technique during concept development is rapid prototyping of software for key design components. This approach is particularly useful when the optimum design approach is not readily apparent or several known alternatives need to be rapidly evaluated. A problem inherent in rapid prototyping is the lack of a "target system" with which to interface. Some alternatives are to develop test driver libraries, integrate the prototype with an existing working simulator, or build one for the specific problem. This paper presents a unique approach to concept development using rapid prototyping for concept development and scenario-based simulation for concept verification. The rapid prototyping environment, derived from artificial intelligence technology, is based on a blackboard architecture. The rapid prototype simulation capability is provided through an object-oriented modeling environment. It is shown how both simulation and blackboard technologies are used collectively to rapidly gain insight into a tenacious problem. A specific example will be discussed where this approach was used to evolve the logic of a mission controller for an autonomous underwater vehicle.
