This paper introduces 'SmogMaster: Your Smart Driving Companion, ' the Visual Editorial Quality Assurance, an intelligent Smart Driving Assistant System (SDAS) in areas with high foggy weather affected by heavy fog. This system is installed with a RP Lidar Al sensor, camera, and the Yolov8s model for real-time feedback. By using Lidar technology, the system identifies obstacles and objects in order to create some kind of a point of cloud, which helps to avoid collisions and accidents. The Yolov8s model is equipped with a camera to identify the objects/obstacles and to calculate the distance between preprocessors using real part identification barrier to prevent accidents. SmogM aster is specially designed to be installed/implemented in the areas which are heavily affected by fog to provide accurate and timely heavy smog warnings and thus making it safer to drivers. This paper includes the development, implementation, and testing of SmogMaster, demonstrating that it has an order of magnitude lower risk acceptance potential to low-visibility accidents. The results demonstrate that The range of systems the SmogMaster helps discriminate against drivers, raising the bar for intelligent driving systems in unfavorable weather. © 2024 IEEE.

The field of the tissue engineering has witnessed remarkable-progress in recent years, largely propelled by the convergence of the smart biomaterials and AI-driven methodologies. Biomaterials with their great ability to interface with the biological systems but also have revolutionized tissue engineering by providing the scaffolds that mimics the native extra-cellular matrix. Concurrently, the well-known AI-artificial intelligence has become a formidable tool for the data analysis, prediction, and an optimization. Assimilating the vast data-sets from the genomics, proteomics, and the clinical studies, AI-driven algorithms guide biomaterial-designs patient specific treatments strategies, and the diseases modeling. This review paper systematically examines recent studies and developments where the synergy of the smart biomaterials and AI-driven approaches have contributed to the tissue engineering advancements. Moreover, this study-paper highlights how AI-algorithms deciphers the complex biological data-sets, offering insights into disease mechanisms and aiding in the customization of biomaterials-based interventions. This as-well under-scores their collective potentials to re-define the landscape of tissue engineering, creating personalized treatments, accelerating drug discovery, and ultimately improving the patients outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.

To manage the personal daily life data storage on digital equipments and programs, Cyber security plays a vital role. Slowly and gradually, it is going to become a global issue of our society and related to this, it is also very important to have the awareness about it. On different levels there are many platforms that provide awareness about this, such as social media and telecommunication related media. But it is also very important to measure and analyze how many people, especially youth have the information regarding cyber security issues. This study highlighted those cyber security issues that should be known by the students at sir syed university of engineering and technology (SSUET). Also, this study measures and analyzes the current level of cybersecurity awareness (CSA) among the students of SSUET. A total of 256 students have participated in this analysis which is done by using the questionnaire. A total of 33 questions have been asked to each student to measure the cybersecurity students' awareness level. The proposed study has been concluded with different findings which not only show how our youth is taking seriously about the issues which are related to cyber security. Also, what efforts should we take to increase the knowledge among the students. And what should be the role of our society to deal with these issues. © 2025 IEEE.

Some of the most fundamental aspects of cybersecurity include authentication, confidentiality, integrity, and security. In this review paper, we provide a review of different existing Internet of things (IoT) devices like smart home devices, smart buildings, smart factories, etc. based on three factors of authentication. The solution of IoT applications anticipated by wireless networks to legitimate clients and users. For making secure IoT solutions for users, numerous mechanisms and protocols and cryptographic techniques have been studied which are proposed by some researchers. Things need a proper authentication system. Different research papers are reviewed that are based on Physically Secure lightweight protocol, multi-Gateway secure IoT Environments protocol, Tele biometric objects (TAO) with biometric sensors and telecommunication networks, and Multi-Factor Authentication that prevent for the users to avoid threats and man-in-The-middle attacks, etc. The paper concludes with some services that can benefit from security techniques anticipated from future technology. © 2023 IEEE.

In today's networking environments caching algorithms plays a very important role to get the best use of resources and maximizing performance of networks. In this paper, we conduct a comparative analysis of the three caching algorithms: Dependent set, Cover set and Mixed set. Every algorithm is intended to solve one problem of rule dependency management and cache optimization in the network switches. Each has its strengths and trade-offs, and a detailed comparison across dozens of dimensions, throughput, adaptability, memory usage, cache-hit rate, execution time, resource efficiency, scalability (both operational- and system-level), flexibility in supporting different workloads, robustness to system behavior changes independent of user behavior (like the slow generation asymptote), and operational stability just to name a few popular ones, are relevant for many high-scale web services products. There are many other dependencies in the region, so pay a lot of memory which is not acceptable for the very first versions. The Dependent Set algorithm is designed to be an optimized memory, easy to adapt and resource-efficient rule dependency manager. This further enforces the emphasis on rule coverage policies of the Cover Set algorithm, improving cache performance and scalability. The Mixed Set algorithm combines the strengths of both methods providing a rounded approach, with throughput, adaptability and resource allocation. The study examines the benefits of each algorithm in real-world situations. It shows how they improve network efficiency and adaptability. This research expands our understanding of caching algorithms. It explains how they optimize networks. This paves the way for better network management and performance. By comparing these algorithms, the paper provides useful information. It helps network administrators and researchers enhance caching mechanisms in networks. © 2024 IEEE.

The Underwater Acoustic Sensor Network (UASN) is based on the sensory elements that detect the environmental conditions of submerged regions and transmit the information through acoustic waves at the sink node placed on top of the water. All these sensory elements are battery-operated just like the Terrestrial Wireless Sensor Network (TWSN). However, these nodes are not stationary, unlike the nodes in TWSN. Thus, routing with limited energy and ever-changing topology decreases the reliability of the network and increases the chances of Void existence. This research paper focuses on the comparative analysis by critically reviewing some of the state-of-the-art routing protocols which are based on the effective usability of the limited energy resource, reliability of the network, and Void occurrence issues. An analytical method is employed to examine the strengths and shortcomings of existing routing protocols, with a specific emphasis on the identified difficulties. It provides a solid foundation related to UASN routing protocols which are primarily designed with a focus on resolving issues such as limited energy, low reliability, and high chances of void occurrence. The contribution of this comparative study helps the research partners from the academy and industry which are new to this field of study and would like to contribute. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent times the use of small computing devices for gathering information from the real world is increasing day by day. The devices like wireless sensors, RIFD tags, embedded devices and IoT devices are required to transmit huge amounts of confidential data for monitoring and controlling. IoT applications have now become an important factor across various industries. That is why the security of IoT device is always been an important issue, because they transmit private and sensitive data. For handling the security issue cryptography is one the way for handling the security issues of IoT devices but sometimes cryptographic algorithms are cracked and as well as very costly. Lightweight cryptography requires less memory and less computational cost. Substitution box is a very useful concept in generating the lightweight cryptographic algorithm that provide robust security in the process of encryption. This study produces lightweight cryptographic encryption and decryption algorithm with the help of substitution boxes. The provided scheme not only provides the encryption procedure but also generating a flexible key structure which enhances the security for IoT devices where lightweight image encryption is crucial. The provided technique will be beneficial for those places where confidential public data has to be secured. The aim of this paper is to recommend effective original and straightforward techniques of encryption and decryption by using the substitution box. Experimental results show the efficiency of the suggested technique in terms of execution time and throughput. © 2025 IEEE.

Cancer is a disease that threatens majority of the world's survival rate. Lung cancer is one of most deadly malignancies, having a high rate of morbidity and death compared to other cancers. The goal of this paper is to identify lung cancer from a CT scan by employing image processing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification of lung cancer with stage detection to find reliable results. Artificial Neural Network has been used for classification and staging of cancerous nodule. This concept is built on Android smartphone technology, and it aims to make cancer diagnosis as simple as possible. Early detection of lung cancer opens the gate to a variety of treatment options, effective recoveries, and eventually, increased survival prospects. The proposed work intends to promote early detection of cancer in lung with stage detection. Our system is able to obtain an accuracy of 96.5%. © 2023 IEEE.

Developing countries in the world have been fighting street crime for a long time. This problem has become so serious that many times people's lives are lost in this robbery besides the loss of property. The biggest tragedy is that there is no restriction on the free sale of such snatched or stolen items within the market and there is no record of such items anywhere to show that these devices are from someone snatched or stolen and no one should buy them in the market. To address this problem, a user-friendly web application has been proposed that enables users to report stolen devices by providing their IMEI and other relevant identifiers along with location and time of events. Additionally, potential buyers can verify the legitimacy of a product before purchase. This platform aims to create a centralized database to curb the resale of stolen items, enhancing the chances of recovery. The proposed system is based on two algorithms to process the date and to produce results in the form of reports. First algorithm has been presented to provide area wise stolen items with location and time. Second algorithm provides total no. of stolen items with their classification. The results shows that the algorithms have put a significant impact in reducing no of crimes in the city. This solution has the potential to significantly reduce the circulation of stolen devices in the market, benefiting both original owners and potential buyers. Further the application is enable to report the events to law enforcement agencies to control these kind of events. © 2024 IEEE.

The rise in Internet of Things (IoT) devices with inadequate resources resulted in the emergence of the fog-computing, an extension of the cloud computing paradigm. In cloud computing, the network edge contains all fog cells that cause a reduction in the latency. It enables the implementation of IoT applications on the resources of computational Fog. IoT implementation aims to optimize the need for quality service (QoS) while maximizing fog resource utilization. Fog computing also enables a new generation of services and applications by extending the Cloud Computing paradigm to the network edge. Fog is defined with the help of the characteristics such as Mobility, location awareness and low latency, a significant number of nodes, major wireless access role, extensive geographical, prevalent real-Time applications, and streaming. In this study, comprehensive taxonomy is proposed, a comparison between cloud and fog computing has been highlighted, the key features of Fog Computing, also Fog-based applications is presented in detail. Moreover, it is argued that Fog is a suitable platform for various IoT applications. These characteristics include Actuators Networks, Wireless sensors, smart cities, smart Grid, and connected vehicles. At last, the paper elaborates the potential trends of Fog Computing. © 2023 IEEE.
