A method for managing, securing, and validating health data distribution records using a genetic-based hashing algorithm in a decentralized environment is presented in this research report. The rationale for choosing blockchain is to secure the transaction of health data and protect these data from manipulated fraudulent movement and corruption by a contributor to the chain, or any individual. Our approach uses technology that provides an efficient surveillance measure, including transparency of records, immunity from fraud, and protection from tampering, as well as sustaining the order of data. For medical research, the results here provide a genetic-based hashing algorithm for data security, which has lower computational complexity, low space coverage, higher security and integrity, and a high avalanche effect. The simulation will show the validity, immunity, and integrity of the data record. The technique modified in this secure decentralized network is a cryptographic hashing algorithm for 512 bits. In this study, a genetic algorithm (GA) is used to generate a key that must be used in the encryption and decryption of medical data. A GA is a metaheuristic approach in-spired by the laws of genetics;and it is generally used to generate high-quality solutions for complex problems. Applications of GAs are possible in medical fields, such as radiology, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, surgery, oncology, and radiotherapy in healthcare management. © 2023, Partners in Digital Health. Developing countries in the world have been fighting street crime for a long time. This problem has become so serious that many times people's lives are lost in this robbery besides the loss of property. The biggest tragedy is that there is no restriction on the free sale of such snatched or stolen items within the market and there is no record of such items anywhere to show that these devices are from someone snatched or stolen and no one should buy them in the market. To address this problem, a user-friendly web application has been proposed that enables users to report stolen devices by providing their IMEI and other relevant identifiers along with location and time of events. Additionally, potential buyers can verify the legitimacy of a product before purchase. This platform aims to create a centralized database to curb the resale of stolen items, enhancing the chances of recovery. The proposed system is based on two algorithms to process the date and to produce results in the form of reports. First algorithm has been presented to provide area wise stolen items with location and time. Second algorithm provides total no. of stolen items with their classification. The results shows that the algorithms have put a significant impact in reducing no of crimes in the city. This solution has the potential to significantly reduce the circulation of stolen devices in the market, benefiting both original owners and potential buyers. Further the application is enable to report the events to law enforcement agencies to control these kind of events.

Many researchers are trying hard to minimize the incidence of cancers, mainly GC. For GC, the five-year survival rate is generally 5-25%, but for EGC, it is almost up to 90%. Among the cancers, GC is very deadly. It is difficult for doctors to assess its threat to patients as it requires years of medical practice and rigorous testing. The healthcare sector has benefitted from AI for the early diagnosis or classification of GC. However, the current AI-based techniques need further improvement in clinical testing. Heterogeneous GC characterization requires more optimized methods for early detection of GC because of its type and severity. Hence, it is essential to investigate this area further and develop more optimized approaches for early diagnosis. Early detection will increase the chances of successful treatments. In this study, we have conducted a literature survey detailing the role of AI in the healthcare sector for GC diagnosis. We discuss basic principles, advantages and disadvantages, training and testing of data, and integration of applications like DSS, CDSS, KDD, ML, DM, BD, and DL, and their relevance to the healthcare industry. The study focuses on the application of ML techniques used in the diagnosis of GC. This review paper also introduces DM techniques, their application in the healthcare industry, limitations, roles, and operational challenges. These assist pathologists in helping minimize their workload while increasing diagnostic accuracy. These techniques will further assist medical practitioners with their decision-making process. © 2021 Slovene Society Informatika. All rights reserved.

Emotion recognition from facial expressions is an important research area in the field of artificial intelligence. In this study, a novel deep-learning model is proposed for emotion recognition from facial expressions. The model uses a combination of modifications in COGMEN (Contextualized GNN-based Multimodal Emotion Recognition) to extract features from facial images and other modalities and capture temporal dependencies between frames. The model was evaluated on the IEMOCAP dataset, achieving an accuracy of 87.8%, outperforming (mostly) existing state-of-the-art methods. Furthermore, the model has a lower computational complexity compared to other methods, making it more practical for real-time applications. A high F1 score was reported for each emotion category, indicating good performance across all classes. The results demonstrate the potential method for improving emotion recognition from multiple modalities (i.e.: Audio, Visual & Text) and have implications for a wide range of applications such as affective computing, human-computer interaction, and mental health monitoring.

In this project, voice recognition controls the wheelchair. This invention helps disabled, ill, or elderly wheelchair users since the design allows sick or disabled people to navigate by voice. Disabled people need wheelchairs because of weak upper limbs. Since a 24-hour caretaker is unrealistic, a voice-controlled motorized wheelchair is beneficial. As many sick or disabled persons as possible must have inexpensive access. The main purpose is to design a fully voice-controlled wheelchair prototype that can assist disabled people. We used ADUINO to design the prototype and conducted numerous test-runs to measure the efficiency of the system. The built prototype was quick, effective, and highly specific. The use of ARDUINO makes this prototype one-of-a-kind.

As Internet of Things (IoT) is evolving very rapidly which is producing massive amount of data and normally all this data is shifted towards the cloud for further execution which puts burden on the cloud and doesn’t fulfill QoS requirements. In order to overcome this problem computing facility were extended towards the edge of the network and the concept is known as Fog computing. Due to heterogeneity of fog nodes and dynamic user requirements, task scheduling in fog computing has become the big challenge. This paper covers the literature review which classify the task scheduling algorithm in terms of approaches, it highlights the parameters mostly used, it also covers the analysis among the available simulation tools and highlight the open issues and challenges which will help the researchers for their problem formulation.

A modern formulation has been created with the concern of group refractive-index of optical fiber within the backscattered control of Optical-Time-Domain-Reflectometer OTDR that results to a more improved measurement.

The analytical and modelling precision required to build modern wind turbines makes them stable, controlled, and observable. This article presents a state-of-the-art method for lowering the model order of a wind turbine driven by a double-fed induction generator, where the rotational speed varies over time. The suggested approach uses state-space representations to set up a comprehensive and systematic framework for analysing wind turbine performance and checking for compliance with grid standards. A time-constrained Gramians-based novel balanced realization approach is employed to reduce the dimensionality of the large-scale wind turbine model. Stability and reduced approximation error are two benefits of the lower-order system. The proposed method also gives researchers an a priori formula for the error-bound, making computations faster and more efficient. Using substantial simulation data, we show that our method improves upon previous methods in optimising models that include wind turbines with changing rotational speeds, taking into account both stability and error computation. To enhance the efficacy and accuracy of their modeling procedures, academics and researchers analyzing wind turbines should incorporate this new methodology. © 2024 IEEE.

Facial emotion detection is a technique for identifying human emotions from facial expressions. Autism Spectrum Disorder is an advanced neurobehavioral disorder, autism is a vast field with many problems, including hyperactivity, sensory, speech, etc. Children with autism who have behavioral problems are the focus of this research. This research is on an automatic detection system that will detect the expressions of autistic children and generate a report explaining their behaviors during their therapy sessions. This automatic system is primarily focusing on three main behavioral issues: happy, neutral, and irritated. This research is done to provide facilities to the parents, therapists, and Autistic Rehabilitation Centers to keep records of their children’s and patients’ progress in the form of reports. This is carried out using machine learning and image processing methods. The autistic children's faces are used to extract the features using local binary patterns. The proposed system uses CNN, Haar Cascade object detection Algorithm, and TensorFlow. The classification of emotions and face detection is done using the CNN algorithm and Haar Cascade object detection algorithm. Helping Hands Rehabilitation Center, a Pakistan-based autism rehabilitation center has provided its utmost assistance to make this research possible.

This study examines the complex relationship between Bitcoin and the Dark Web, two giants who have changed the digital world. Private correspondence and illegal transactions are carried out over the 'Dark Web' online. Due to its decentralization and anonymity, Bitcoin is excellent for many covert transactions. We thoroughly analyze Bitcoin's appeal on the Dark Web, how it aids unlawful behavior, and its challenges for international regulatory organizations. The report also examines how this link may affect cybersecurity, law enforcement, and the global economy. Our findings demonstrate the need for revised legal frameworks and proactive methods to address the growing issues caused by the Dark Web and Bitcoin. This abstract summarises the paper's major points and briefly overviews its size and findings. © 2024 IEEE.
