Breast Carcinoma, generally known as breast cancer, primarily affects women, though men can develop it as well. Because of the existence of breast tissue and exposure to female hormones, notably oestrogen, women are at a higher risk It's critical to diagnose breast tumors early. Several techniques based on machine learning (ML were used in this study to classify breast cancer using a dataset that was made available to the public. F-score, recall, precision, preciseness, and other performance metrics were used to evaluate these ML algorithms. Previous research and experimental findings indicate that Random Forest achieved the highest accuracy, with a remarkable accuracy rate of 99.12%. © 2024 IEEE.

The big data processing framework Spark is used to power a parameterizable recommender system that can make recommendations for music based on a user’s individual tastes and take into account a variety of musical tonal qualities. The system as it is presently built is completely scalable, which means that additional songs can be contributed to the data, the cluster size could be increased, and new types of audio information, in addition to more cutting-edge similarity evaluations, may be included. Another issue discussed in this research paper is the parallel collection of required audio characteristics on a computer cluster. Song recommendations for a dataset including more than 114,000 songs may be created on a Spark cluster with 16 nodes in under 12 s by integrating eight distinct audio feature types and similarity assessments. After the features have been retrieved, they are sent to the Spark-based recommender system to be processed. The calculated distance was displayed, examined, and graphically depicted. By computing the distance depending on the melody, rhythmic, and timbral components of the music, the final software controls song suggestion. © 2023, The Author(s).

The internet has been of great use in assisting users with various services like information access and communication. Normal people adapt quickly to the internet age without much difficulties, but persons with visual impairments find it difficult to use the internet and its services. Communication and information access are some of the important use cases of communication. Therefore, the availability of opportunities will significantly increase with the creation of voice accessible applications assisting the visually challenged people. This work aims to provide the development of a voice assistance system to visually challenged people facilitating speech recognition to access Email. Additionally, this work facilitates detection of users documents. The suggested method integrates a voice-assist system to find critical documents and access the mail system. It uses the best aspects of the given dataset and outputs the results using webcam. Its primary foundation is interactive voice response, which might make it simple to operate. Mail system provides information on the voicemail system architecture that a blind person can utilize to send emails. The deployment of voice assistance to a system allows easy access for the visually challenged. © 2023 IEEE.

Fruits are absolutely delicious for the most part, but more importantly, they are good for healthy life. Fruits are nature's candy and offer all sorts of health benefits besides the great taste. They provide necessary nutrients to the body so that it will not be susceptible to disease or other ailments. Fruits contain enough fiber to keep our digestive system in top health form. Fruits also helps to regulate the water level in body as well as your blood sugar levels, which means that will usually feel hungry less often if we consumes a lot of fruits. The easier it is for people to recognize that a fruit is ripe and ready for selling at the market allows the farmers, in some cases, to sell their crop early before it would normally spoil. If we look closely, we see that many times people don't buy something because it appears rotten or way past its peak ripeness, which demonstrates how products spoil right on time. This study proposed a user-convenient system for fruit ripeness detection using the convolutional neural network (CNN) based on RipeNet structure. © 2025 IEEE.

This research introduces DeepFakeGuard, a hybrid deep learning framework designed to detect fake profiles on social media platforms, addressing the growing threat of fraudulent accounts online. DeepFakeGuard integrates multiple data modalities, including textual, visual, behavioral, and network features, to accurately classify profiles as real or fake. Leveraging advanced deep learning models such as BERT for textual analysis, ResNet for image processing, and LSTM for modeling behavioral patterns, DeepFakeGuard provides a comprehensive and robust solution for identifying fake profiles across diverse platforms. The framework processes a rich set of profile characteristics, including account information, posting behavior, post sentiment, and network relationships, ensuring a multi-dimensional analysis of social media accounts. The hybrid architecture of DeepFakeGuard merges outputs from individual sub-models, which are then processed through dense layers for final classification using a sigmoid activation function. This multi-faceted approach significantly enhances detection accuracy, precision, and recall compared to traditional methods. The framework is highly scalable and adaptable to various social media platforms, offering a versatile tool for strengthening online security. With strong performance metrics, including high classification accuracy, DeepFakeGuard demonstrates its potential for real-world applications in mitigating the risks associated with fake profiles. By fostering secure and trustworthy social media environments, this research contributes to the ongoing fight against fraudulent accounts, paving the way for safer online interactions. © 2025 IEEE.

An improved lattice based certificateless data integrity verification techniques for cloud computing

Today, cloud computing security schemes face many challenges, risks, and pitfalls. Digital signatures are vital security measures that must not be overlooked in present advancement. As a result of the difficulty involved in verifying and enforcing digital signatures, classic public-key approaches are vulnerable to security threats. Numerous assaults on cloud-based vital services such as search engines, storage systems, and crucial applications ranging from healthcare to defense have recently been reported in the literature due to advances in quantum computing. A collection of post-quantum cryptography primitives is being created to assist users in deciding which to utilize to overcome the present migration. This paper reviews the work done by Yongqiang Zhang et al. and Yang et al. Crypto Scheme. Using our technique, users may generate a Lattice-based public key without offering a Certificate-based method for Data Integrity Verification, as proposed in this study. It has the additional benefit of lowering the cost of the signature algorithm. This paper presents various Post-Quantum security attacks based on the AVISPA tool and Vulnerability attacks of existing security. We demonstrate that our technique is probably safe for usage in the random oracle model using this way. As an additional benefit, it is more secure than past alternatives. After demonstrating the effectiveness of our approach in the random oracle model, we tested its safety by examining the recent techniques. The various cryptographic protocols from literature surveys do not entirely cover the complete security attacks. This paper cryptanalyzes these cryptographic protocols with Cloud data integrity verification techniques and also provides a Proposed Lattice based Certificateless Data Integrity Verification Model for Cloud Computing (CDIVM), using AVISPA (Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocol and Applications Tool) and BAN logic. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer

While passive side-channel attacks and active fault attacks have been studied intensively in the last few decades, strong attackers combining these attacks have only been studied relatively recently. Due to its simplicity, most countermeasures against passive attacks are based on additive sharing. Unfortunately, extending these countermeasures against faults often leads to quite a significant performance penalty, either due to the use of expensive cryptographic operations or a large number of shares due to massive duplication. Just recently, Berndt, Eisenbarth, Gourjon, Faust, Orlt, and Seker thus proposed to use polynomial sharing against combined attackers (CRYPTO 2023). While they construct gadgets secure against combined attackers using only a linear number of shares, the overhead introduced might still be too large for practical scenarios. In this work, we show how the overhead of nearly all known constructions using polynomial sharing can be reduced by nearly half by embedding two secrets in the coefficients of one polynomial at the expense of increasing the degree of the polynomial by one. We present a very general framework that allows adapting these constructions to this new sharing scheme and prove the security of this approach against purely passive side-channel attacks, purely active fault attacks, and combined attacks. Furthermore, we present new gadgets allowing us to operate upon the different secrets in a number of useful ways. © 2024, Ruhr-University of Bochum. All rights reserved.

New Radio-Frequency Liquid Permittivity Measurement System Using Filter-Based Microfluidic Sensor

A new radio-frequency (RF) liquid permittivity measurement system using a filter-based microfluidic sensor is proposed in this article. Integrating the filter-based sensor with an RF source, a power divider, and a gain/phase detector (GPD) can form a new permittivity measurement system without using a bulky and expensive vector network analyzer (VNA) to acquire measured data. Since two coupled resonators with a strong coupling synthesize the filter-based sensor, it can provide a stronger electric-field concentration in the sensing area and improve the sensor's sensitivity. The 8- μ L water-ethanol mixtures with ethanol volume fractions (EVF) ranging from 10% to 90% in 10% increments are used as the test liquids to evaluate the proposed sensor and system. Compared with the measured results using the commercial dielectric probe kit, the maximum errors of r' and r using the filter-based sensor with a VNA are -4.34% and 13.24%, respectively. At the same time, r' andr errors are 8.28% and 14%, respectively, using the proposed permittivity measurement system. Since the proposed permittivity measurement system can flexibly synthesize the sensing area size, control the electric-field intensity, and get rid of a VNA, it makes it easier to satisfy the requirements of various microfluidic sensing scenarios. © 2001-2012 IEEE.
