The research aim is to derive connection between the parameters of dielectric resonators frequency shift and the warp defect of 3D printing filament. Object of investigation are the processes of interaction of electromagnetic wave of a dielectric resonator with filament for 3D printing. The proposed model describes the connection between the frequency shift and defect warp of filament frequency pulling depending on the load. © 2024 IEEE.

Vaccination stands as the most reliable defense against a spectrum of life-threatening diseases. However, the eq-uitable distribution of vaccines in developing and least-developed nations face formidable challenges due to the absence of efficient and transparent cold chain management systems. This article introduces a real-time data-centric monitoring system designed to track the distribution and transportation of vaccines. Additionally, this research presents an energy-efficient vaccine carrier based on thermoelectric cooling, boasting minimal power consumption requirements. This innovative carrier ensures the safe transportation of vaccines even to the most remote regions. Moreover, the proposed system regulates the temperature and humidity of individual carriers by continuously monitoring sensor data. Furthermore, the system includes real-time tracking and reporting features. Anticipated outcomes include a significant increase in vaccination coverage in remote areas and enhanced transparency in the distribution process.

In Dung’s seminal work, an argumentation framework was defined by a set of abstract arguments and a binary (and also abstract) relation between these arguments, called attack relation and expressing conflicts between arguments. Due to its simplicity and the power of its abstraction, this representation has been intensively used by the community for over 25 years. Another advantage of this approach is the ease with which we can extend the framework, weighting arguments or attacks, using priorities or pre-orderings on the sets of arguments, considering that these interactions are no longer binary ones over the set of arguments (e.g. collective attacks), adding new kinds of interactions (e.g. supports), and proposing that the targets of these interactions can also be interactions themselves (i.e. higher-order interactions). These last two points are the core of this chapter, in which we present a survey of the proposed approaches existing around the notion of higher-order interactions (attacks and supports) in an abstract argumentation framework. © 2021, College Publications. Pepper is cultivated all over the world and many farmers' subsistence depends on these crops. But unfortunately, farmers who are involved in the cultivation of pepper, have to fall on a huge loss because of the low production of pepper caused by several diseases of pepper. If the diseases can be detected accurately and in a short time, then the losses can be prevented. The incorrect identification and time needed process can't release from the diseases and also can't help reduce the losses. For acquiring great accuracy within a short time to recognize the pepper diseases, multirecognition methods can give promising results to the users. In this study, several pre-trained deep learning models such as VGG-19, Xception, NasNet Mobile, MobileNet-V2, ResNet-152-V2, and Inception-ResNet-V2 have been used to extract the deep characteristic from the images and these models provide great accuracy. Most of the diseases of pepper are caused by a fungal and bacterial attack. In this study, 386 images are used for training, 63 images are used for validation and 107 images are used for testing 4 classes of pepper diseases and one healthy image of pepper for identifying the diseases types of pepper. The customized CNN models have achieved the highest accuracy and fulfilled the target of this study. The picking accuracy has been achieved from the VGG-19 and ResNet-152-V2 is 96.26%. Also, Xception has provided better accuracy than Inception-ResNet-V2, MobileNet-V2, and NasNet-Mobile and that is 93.46%. © 2022 IEEE.

Various kinds of Information retrieval or processing task can be difficult basis on how the information is viewed or represented. Representation learning is a technique that allows a system to discover the representation of the data which used for detecting features and classifying things. As compared with learning from one representation, learning from different representations make the task easier. For example, learning something from images and their texts or learning from video and their audio produces good results than learning from one source (either image or text)or (video or audio). Learning from multiple modalities helps to achieve the target correctly within short time. This paper tries to design a Multimodal Autoencoder with minimum loss that can produce shared representation of images and its texts © 2022 IEEE.

This paper presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Thing (IOT)-based long-distance fire-extinguishment system named “Stationary 3-Axis Fire-Emergency Response Base” (STAFERB). The system aims to provide immediate response to fire hazards in various environments, including residential areas, building complexes, commercial areas, small-scale industries, large factories, dense slum areas, and remotely located forest regions. The proposed STAFERB is designed to receive fire location coordinates, fire intensity, and probable cause information. It then calculates the path of a projectile based on considering obstacles and self-detection of a clear line of sight to reach the t1arget location. The system uses this information to select the appropriate speed and type of fire retardant. The designed STAFERB features robust communication, self-path detection, auto-orientation, and reduced response time, making it a significant advancement in fire-fighting technology. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed STAFERB in mitigating fire hazards and hence can be well suited for real-time disaster management.

Data security is a major issue for computer users these days. So, we conceal the textual data using steganography, the art and science of concealing information. In this case, we conceal both the message’s content and the fact that it is being sent. In order to make it challenging to Figure out that a hidden message is present in a specific film, this technique involves concealing secret data within a conventional, non-secret file. At its destination, the secret data is subsequently removed. Several uses of steganographic technology have distinct requirements. Here, we suggest a method for concealing data, including reverse data hiding for data extraction. The textual data will be secured in different frames of the video and audio using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) and related algorithms. We can conclude that the original data will never change the characteristics of video or audio even after applying steganography techniques.

Australian bush fires have caused huge damage, not only to the environment but also to the community. In southeastern Australia, 11.5 million hectares (28.4 million acres) of bushland and forest was affected during the 'Black Summer' Bushfire of 2019-2020. The frequency of bushfires gives context for modelling different climate data to accurately anticipate future hot regions for bushfires. In this study, we have implemented a Machine Learning based Decision Tree Model to construct a Forest Fire Prediction Model using data from the last 20 years. This algorithm is derived from a collection of unrelated decision trees. Additionally, we converted observed fire spots into a continuous density of fire spots and made a choropleth map. The prediction model's structure makes it possible to produce predictions with a higher degree of accuracy. Additionally, it helps to increase assistance for fire crews at the front-line. © 2022 IEEE.

The composition and proportion parameters of temperature sensitive paint formulation are complex. The current methods have a long development cycle and low efficiency. We design a visual formulation design system for temperature sensitive paint, helps desingers use historical data to improve the efficiency of formulation design. TSPvis provides a visual formulation design function, implements the proportion decision of formulation based on decision tree, and recommends reference for ingredients proportion to the formulation designer. We use the DPC clustering algorithm to quickly obtain the radial basis center, and use the Adam algorithm to improve the weight calculation from the hidden layer to the output layer, to improve RBF neural network. TSPvis use this RBF as a model to predict performance of the formulation which designed before, and feeds back to the designer to improve the formulation designing of temperature sensitive paint.

In this paper, we investigate a deep learning-based spectral efficiency maximization in multiple users multiple simultaneously transmitting and reflecting reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (STAR-RISs) massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO)-non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) networks, where multiple STAR-RISs are deployed to assist a base station (BS) in communicating with multiple near and far users simultaneously. To improve spectral efficiency (SE), we formulate a joint optimization of the precoding matrix, the phase shift of reflection and transmission of the STAR-RIS problem subject to the individual quality of services (QoS) of each user, maximum power budget at BS and the discrete phase shift. The formulated problem belongs to the class of mixed-integer non-convex optimization problem, which is difficult to solve optimally. We first relax the formulated problem and then transform it into an equivalent non-convex one but with a more tractable form. We then apply the inner approximation method to approximate the non-convex parts iteratively. Towards real-time optimization, we propose a novel deep learning framework with a convolutional neural network (CNN) model to predict the downlink SE based on users' position information and channel gains. Numerical results show that the proposed approach improves the SE compared to the massive MIMO systems with conventional RIS. Besides, the DL framework for the proposed scheme predicts the optimal SE within a short time compared to the conventional approach. © 2023 IEEE.
