Project is a set of interrelated activities and requires skills from different professions, and also project is involved the various of stakeholders in each phase of the Project Life Cycle. Implementation of Green Supply Chain in construction projects meant to bring the concept of eco-friendly in every process from the initiation phase, planning phase, the construction phase, and the operation and maintenance phase. It is necessary to identify indicators of green initiation and green design and how to explain the relationship between the role of initiation by the owner and the design process by a design consultant. This study aims to identify the indicators of green initiation and green design concept as part of Green Supply Chain. The method used for this study is a descriptive research that identifies and develop a framework for implementing green initiation and green design in construction industry that consists of concept, dimensions, elements, and indicators. GSCM in construction projects was determined by 9 indicators in the green initiation phase and 40 indicators in the green design phase. The success of green concept in construction project is very determined from these two phases as the beginning of the process, and the most important parties are the owners and design consultants. © 2019 The Authors, published by EDP Sciences.

Purnama Beach is located along the village of Gelumpang Sukawati Village as the part of Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The majority of the population of Sukawati Village are Hindus who have many religious events especially related to the beach. The most frequently held ceremony at Purnama Beach is Tawur Agung Kesanga or Melasti ceremony, where Purnama Beach is used as the destination for a Melasti ceremony held by several areas around Sukawati District. The purpose of this study is (1) to identify the typology of spatial utilization in Purnama Beach area, (2) to formulate the various interests (actors) involved in Purnama Beach area, (3) to formulate the various functional changes that occur in the utilization of Purnama Beach area, (4) to identify the territories or zoning in Er Jeruk Temple, and (5) to formulate the various impacts that occur due to changes in the function of Purnama Beach area. So that this study can provide recommendations to mediate dualism conflicts in the use of sacred areas in Bali. It is expected to be useful in supporting regional spatial policies and sustainable tourism development. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Pedestrian path is an important element for outdoor activities in urban environment, as well as in campus area. Yogyakarta State University (YSU) is a campus which is still in progress to develop its physical environment, includes pedestrian areas. The research aims to study student's perceptions in using pedestrian path in campus area, especially in comfort aspects (direct route, line safety, and line clarity). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by giving questionnaires using google form application to students. As a result, it is concluded three comfort indicators of student's perception on their campus pedestrian. First, the degree of achievement for experience indicators is 70.61%;it means that the experience indicators giving a good influence on the perceptions of YSU students. Second, the indicator of attraction is 80.85%, shows a very good influence on the perception of the students. Meanwhile, indicator of expectation is 76.86%, it means that the expectation indicator giving a pretty good influence on the perception of YSU students on the comfort of pedestrian. © 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Survival Analysis of Kasturi Tobacco Plants in Jember District using the Stratified Cox and Extended Cox Models

In 2022, tobacco was the top export commodity, generating $106.3 million in sales. East Java Province contributes significantly to Indonesia's tobacco production, with an annual output of 188.6 thousand tons. Jember Regency is the area in East Java Province which is a Kasturi tobacco cultivation area. The productivity of Kasturi tobacco continues to decrease due to several factors that can affect the survival of the tobacco. This study aims to analyze the survival of Kasturi tobacco by creating stratified Cox and extended Cox models in order to handle factors that cannot fulfill the proportional hazard assumption. Based on the results of the analysis, the stratified Cox model is the best model with AIC and BIC values of 798.108 and 805.5748 respectively, while the extended Cox has AIC and BIC values of 840.2186 and 850.1732 respectively. Variables that can significantly affect the survival of Kasturi tobacco are the variable concentration of ZA fertilizer, pesticide concentration. The addition of ZA fertilizer must be appropriate, because if excessive it can cause poisoning of tobacco plants. Likewise with pesticides, if excessive it will cause damage to the leaves. This policy can increase the productivity of Kasturi tobacco. Then, Jember Regency contributes greater export capacity. • This paper aims to determine the factors that affect the survival of Kasturi tobacco plants in Jember • By using the extended Cox model, the best one is obtained using the Heaviside function with AIC and BIC values of 840.2186 and 850.1732, respectively • The stratified Cox model is better than the extended Cox model, which has AIC and BIC values of 798.108 and 805.5748, respectively

Genotype-to-phenotype mappings translate genotypic variations such as mutations into phenotypic changes. Neutrality is the observation that some mutations do not lead to phenotypic changes. studying the search trajectories in genotypic and phenotypic spaces, especially through neutral mutations, helps us to better understand the progression of evolution and its algorithmic behaviour. In this study, we visualise the search trajectories of a genetic programming system as graph-based models, where nodes are genotypes/phenotypes and edges represent their mutational transitions. We also quantitatively measure the characteristics of phenotypes including their genotypic abundance (the requirement for neutrality) and Kolmogorov complexity. We connect these quantified metrics with search trajectory visualisations, and find that more complex phenotypes are under-represented by fewer genotypes and are harder for evolution to discover. Less complex phenotypes, on the other hand, are over-represented by genotypes, are easier to find, and frequently serve as stepping-stones for evolution. © 2022, CC BY.

Barium Strontium Titanate (BaSrTiO3) film which was captured by carbon dot with variation container 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% using CSD method with the help of spin coating with a rotating speed of 8000 rpm has been successfully made on p-type silicon substrate 100. The film was annealed at 850 °C and held for 8 hours. Barium Strontium Titanate (BaSrTiO3) film at a concentration 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% carbon dot characterized by UV-VIS, XRD, SEM-EDX to produce bandgap energy in sequence 2.72 eV; 2.85 eV; 3.7 eV and 3.8 eV. The result of XRD characterization showed that the BST lattice structure is a cube with lattice parameters a=b=c in sequence of 4.066945 Å; 4.06868 Å; 4.072155 Å and 4.077379 Å. The result of SEM-EDX characterization showed that in the surface morphology of BST film the grain size was quite homogeneous and the corresponding atomic compositions obtained were Ba, Sr, Ti, O, and C

Nowadays, The roads have increased the number of streetlights for the roads vehicles/pedestrians, which raises investment and energy. Observations made to obtain most of the road lights are always active at night, even when there are no vehicles or pedestrians on the road. The problems that occur are the waste of energy sources that are used in streetlights. This research designs the concept of intelligent traffic flow based (LED) for energy optimization, maximum efficiency. This concept uses intelligent light architecture using the LoRaWAN Mesh network. The application of this concept offers system reliability, reduces costs, and makes user satisfaction. The results of this study are demonstrated by experimenting with comparing conventional LED lights. The proposed system, resulting in 33% to 62% energy savings depending on when the usage process in streetlights. Smart lighting LEDs with LoRaWAN provide a remote-control mechanism that can be dynamically adjusted based on environmental conditions, distance, and automatic motion.

Diabetes poses a considerable global health challenge,with varying levels of diabetes knowledge among healthcare professionals,highlighting the importance of diabetes *** Language Models(LLMs)provide new insights into diabetes training,but their performance in diabetes-related queries remains uncertain,especially outside the English language like *** first evaluated the performance of ten LLMs:ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,LlaMA2-7B,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,MedGPT,HuatuoGPT,and Chinese LlaMA2-7B on diabetes-related queries,based on the Chinese National Certificate Examination for Primary Diabetes Care in China(NCE-CPDC)and the English Specialty Certificate Examination in Endocrinology and Diabetes of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United ***,we assessed the training of primary care physicians(PCPs)without and with the assistance of ChatGPT-4.0 in the NCE-CPDC examination to ascertain the reliability of LLMs as medical *** found that ChatGPT-4.0 outperformed other LLMs in the English examination,achieving a passing accuracy of 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that of Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,and *** the NCE-CPFC examination,ChatGPT-4.0,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Google Bard,MedGPT,and ChatGPT-3.5 successfully passed,whereas LlaMA2-7B,HuatuoGPT,Chinese LLaMA2-7B,and LlaMA-7B ***-4.0(84.82%)surpassed all PCPs and assisted most PCPs in the NCE-CPDC examination(improving by 1%–6.13%).In summary,LLMs demonstrated outstanding competence for diabetes-related questions in both the Chinese and English language,and hold great potential to assist future diabetes training for physicians globally.

Identification of the quality of premium and non-premium rice based on physical characteristics using artificial neural networks and digital image processing

Counterfeiting of quality rice was rife in Indonesia. This research was conducted to develop technology to identify differences in premium and non-premium rice quality based on pre-existing digital images. Artificial neural networks and digital image processing methods to identify premium and medium (non-premium) rice quality were applied in this research. Statistical analysis of this study used the SPSS program. This research is observation-type research. This research design uses an artificial neural network with uses 3 layers, namely the results of shape feature extraction on the metric, eccentricity, area, and perimeter parameters as input or input layers, hidden or hidden layers, and premium rice and non-premium (medium) rice as output or output layers. This research uses 52 images as training and 20 images as testing. The obtained image was taken at a distance of 25 cm. This research showed that the results of training using artificial neural networks (ANN) on 52 images obtained an accuracy of 92%. The test results using 20 images obtained 95% accuracy, 63.33% sensitivity, and 10% specificity. Based on statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney test, it obtained the asymph value. Sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 indicates the difference between premium and non-premium rice using metric, eccentricity, perimeter, and area parameters.

Distance learning is a learning process that allows students and instructors are in different physical locations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, various countries including Indonesia chose the distance learning option to avoid the spread of the pandemic. However, the implementation of distance learning is not without problems. In Indonesia, the problems to implement distance learning are enormous both in terms of equitable distribution of infrastructure and costs for accessing the internet. To overcome these problems, research about best distance learning tools and its implementation strategy is really needed. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the strategies and tools for implementing distance learning that reliable and cost-effective for the student at the same time. Based on research that has been conducted by analyzing questionnaire surveys of 256 students in Indonesia, this research recommends tools combination strategy consists of Google Classroom tool as a learning app, Whatsapp group as broadcast messaging and Zoom as a video conference media for distance learning. This research also recommended to maximize the e-learning/learning app features for theoretical lessons and consider video conference just in practical lessons so that the distance learning costs become cheaper for students. © 2020 International Information and engineering Technology Association.
