Thought digitalisation and the post pandemic period online meetings increase by 12.9% and number of attendees by 13.5%. According to Zoom, Google Meets, and MS Teams they collectively increased there amount of active users from March 2020 until june 2021 by 253%. Additionally virtual meetings are becoming inefficient, unproductive and unstructured, where results are not documented correctly. The intention is to shift those statistics by revolutionising the way online meeting are held. The paper outlines the technical requirements for a user-friendly web application that allows to reproduce a virtual meeting including agreements, its participants interactions and highlighting relevant sequences, is outlined. The developed AI meeting wizard autonomously documents the discussed content in the form of notes, to-dos tasks and integrates them directly into task management, mail or calendar tools. Reinforcing the focus on the discussion by increased interaction and productivity instead of task management and note taking.

Lampung Province is one of the regions with the highest cocoa production, but many factors can interfere with cocoa production. One of them is the factor of pests and diseases of cocoa that cannot be identified and prevented beforehand. An expert system is a system that adopts expert knowledge or experts in a particular field. However, the diagnosis usually contains uncertainty in the form of answers and statements used. Certainty Factor (CF) algorithm, is one of the algorithms that is able to overcome uncertainty by providing a value for the level of trust from experts and users. However, because the CF value is based on the level of confidence in the symptoms experienced by the user, it creates a problem, namely the consistency of the user's answers. So, it is necessary to make improvements to the CF algorithm, to overcome the inconsistency of user answers through the use of Consistency Ratio (CR). Through the use of CR, inconsistencies are overcome through comparisons between the consistency index and the random index. Based on the results of the accuracy test, the proposed model is able to produce an accuracy rate of 86.67% in the diagnosis of pests and diseases on cocoa plants.

A systematic study of Al 2 O 3 and SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric on p-Ga2O3 is carried out including the effect of the forming gas annealing. Capacitance-voltage (C-V) curve of the Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack shows a large hysteresis and sweep-to-sweep C-V shift compared to SiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 case, which suggests SiO2 interlayer reduces the defect density in Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. In addition, forming gas annealing further suppresses the interface and border traps density in both Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 and SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stacks. A thin film transistor (TFT) with annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric has an on-off ratio of ~106, a subthreshold swing (SS) of ~ 0.75 V/decade, and a hysteresis width $(\mathrm{V}_{\text{Hy}})$ of~ 0.5 V compared to an on-off ratio of~105, a SS of ~1.2 V/decade, and a VHy of ~2 V in the controlled TFT with unannealed Al 2 O 3 dielectric. The increased on-off ratio by one order, reduced SS by > 400 mV/decade, and $\mathrm{V}_{\text{Hy}}$ by >1.5 V is attributed to decreased interface and border traps in annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 compared to unannealed Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. Interface trap density is calculated by $\mathbf{V}_{\text{Hy}}$ of the transistor, which showed a five-time reduction in annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 /Ga 2 O 3 compared to the unannealed A;2O3/Ga 2 O 3 gate stack. This study suggests that annealed SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 dielectric stack is promising for $\boldsymbol{\upbeta}-\text{Ga}_2 \mathrm{O}_3$ transistors.

This study is dedicated to a critical investigation of the existing approaches toward a data visualization management platform based on Fast Health Interoperability Resources (FHIR). Despite the growing popularity of FHIR, the available evidence provides a compelling reason to believe that its use is still accompanied by a significant number of technical challenges. Therefore, the development of tools to ensure its convenient visualization remains a pressing need for a variety of stakeholders operating in the healthcare industry. Results of the systematic literature review that included 26 studies provide valuable information about the most popular instruments in this area, such as the OpenEHR CKM approach. The review offers a critical discussion of the most important advantages and disadvantages of different approaches. It provides valuable recommendations for further research as well as practical recommendations concerning the best ways to utilize data visualization platforms based on FHIR. It defines the tradeoff of functionality versus the ease of dissemination as one of the most important problems facing most platforms and suggests avenues for developing additional tooling support for visualizing FHIR. The results of the research could be useful both for scientists and practitioners.

In this paper we demonstrated the UWBG Ga 2 O 3 trigate transistors heterogeneously integrated on silicon substrate. This trigate transistor operates in depletion mode having decent Ion/Ioff ratio (10 5 ) and high transconductance (1 μS). Followed by the mobility is around 1.2 cm 2 /V. s. This work suggests that the ultrawide bandgap oxide transistors can be fabricated on various heterogenous substrates to achieve highly integrated, low cost, and robust electronics.

In today's world, Bluetooth technology is integrated into almost every device we use, from wireless headsets, mice, and keyboards to cars and smart home devices. But with the convenience of this technology comes the risk of privacy and security breaches. Each Bluetooth device has potential vulnerabilities that cybercriminals can exploit and take advantage of. It is important to create awareness about various Bluetooth vulnerabilities, exploits, and ways to prevent them. This article examines the dark side of Bluetooth technology by explaining how hackers can find ways to bypass the advanced security features of laptops, phones, cars, or smart home devices to compromise the devices and steal personal sensitive data. The purpose of this workshop-designed for instructional and disciplinary STEM faculty interested in learning about qualitative research-is to (1) introduce participants to high-quality qualitative research design and (2) practice this design process alongside disciplinary STEM faculty to expand their STEM education research abilities and network. We will do so using the ProQual approach, a methodologically unencumbered and widely accessible way of thinking about qualitative research design that was deployed and refined over the last three years as part of the NSF-funded ProQual Institute for Research Methods [1]. This workshop will be conducted by ProQual Institute alumni, who are culturally sensitive to the challenges faced by disciplinary STEM faculty. Leveraging a propagation model of effecting academic change [2], the workshop leaders will serve as a community of practice to help participants move their educational research ideas forward during and after the workshop. In doing so, we strive to further FIE's mission to create a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive community of educational researchers. © 2023 IEEE.

The evolution of embedded systems has demonstrated their reliability as a solution for monitoring and controlling industrial systems, particularly in renewable energy conversion systems like photovoltaic (PV) energy. The increasing adoption of PV systems highlights the critical need for effective fault diagnosis to ensure their reliable operation. In this paper, we present a novel fault diagnosis approach utilizing Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks optimized through Bayesian optimization techniques. Our methodology is implemented on a Raspberry Pi platform, demonstrating the feasibility of deploying sophisticated fault diagnosis algorithms in resource-constrained environments. Through extensive experiments, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach to accurately diagnose faults in grid-connected photovoltaic systems, thereby improving the reliability and efficiency of integrated environmental monitoring *** obtained results highlight the potential of combining advanced deep learning techniques with embedded systems to address complex diagnostic challenges, as demonstrated by achieving a 100% accuracy rate.

Breaking safety constraints in control systems can lead to potential risks, resulting in unexpected costs or catastrophic damage. Nevertheless, uncertainty is ubiquitous, even among similar tasks. In this paper, we develop a novel adaptive safe control framework that integrates meta learning, Bayesian models, and control barrier function (CBF) method. Specifically, with the help of CBF method, we learn the inherent and external uncertainties by a unified adaptive Bayesian linear regression (ABLR) models, which consists of a forward neural network (NN) and a Bayesian output layer. Meta learning techniques are leveraged to pre-train the NN weights and priors of the ABLR model using data collected from historical similar tasks. For a new control task, we refine the meta-learned models using a few samples, and introduce pessimistic confidence bounds into CBF constraints to ensure safe control. Moreover, we provide theoretical criteria to guarantee probabilistic safety during the control processes. To validate our approach, we conduct comparative experiments in various obstacle avoidance scenarios. The results demonstrate that our algorithm significantly improves the Bayesian model-based CBF method, and is capable for efficient safe exploration even with multiple uncertain constraints. Full-marathon and Half-marathon distances are categorized as road running. Full-marathon running is becoming increasingly popular, and Half-marathon is increasing worldwide in both sexes and all age groups. Some aspects might relate to Full-marathon and Half-marathon running performance during training and races. technology also plays an essential role in supporting runners and running races. technology like artificial intelligence (AI) now supports the running athlete, not only predicting performance and results. It can also be used later to help the coach generate training programs for the athlete. This research aimed to find many aspects of marathons and performance and analyze them to see if artificial intelligence could later support them. It used secondary data and a systematic literature review proposed by Kitchenham. Out of the 58 articles, 21 of them (36.21%) received a score of 1 from Q1. Additionally, 19 articles (32.76%) received a score of 1 from both Q2 and Q3. Among the 58 articles, 9 (15.52%) received a total score of 3, with all three Q1, Q2, and Q3 scores being 1. This indicates that artificial intelligence will likely support the content of these nine articles. Several factors were also discovered to be connected to marathons and athletic performance. These findings suggested that additional investigation into marathons and performance, later backed by artificial intelligence, remained pertinent and essential.
