Nano fish tanks are highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations due to their small water volume, presenting risks to aquatic life. This paper introduces an innovative loT Web-Based Water Temperature Control System that integrates the ESP-32 microcontroller for dynamic temperature regulation with a user-centric web application. The hardware setup, involving temperature sensors and temperature control mechanisms, interacts with a serverless software architecture to maintain ideal aquatic conditions. The system offers real-time data from sensors and interactive controls similar to the Nano tank's physical interface, powered by a cloud-based database and RESTful APIs for robust data management. The LINE Notify API enhances the system by promptly alerting users to temperature anomalies, ensuring the hardware-software integration achieves precise environmental control. Successfully tested in real-world environments, this system provides users with remote access and immediate tank status updates, offering potential for scalability in aquatic care. © 2024 IEEE.

This work proposes simply wideband four-element L-shaped notch-patch (LNP) MIMO antenna for 5G new radio (NR) networks. The proposed LNP MIMO antenna comprised of four-port antenna elements. The single antenna scheme contained L-shaped with notch microstrip patch antenna and modified ground plane. The proposed LNP MIMO antenna at 4.5 GHz (center frequency) can be provided impedance bandwidth (IBW) of 64% (3.57 - 6.45 GHz). The LNP MIMO antenna has been evaluated the MIMO performance metrics, including transmission coefficient (isolation), envelop correlation coefficient (ECC), diversity gain (DG), and mean effective gain (MEG). The simulated results of the LNP MIMO antenna achieved isolation of 20 dB, ECC of below 0.005, DG of above 9.975 dB, and MEG of approximately -3 dB. All simulated results are in good satisfactory, rendering the proposed LNP MIMO antenna suitable for 5G applications. © 2025 IEEE.

This research investigates the development and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based closedsystem prototype for cultivating Yamabushitake (Lion's Mane) mushrooms, addressing the challenges of achieving optimal yields in Thailand's climate. Conducted at Saengkaew Mushroom Farm located in Nan Province, the study focuses on precise environmental control within the prototype chamber. The system employs an ESP32-IOXESP32U microcontroller and an AM2315 sensor to monitor and manage temperature, humidity, and airflow. A comparative analysis with a traditional evaporative cooling system reveals the closed system's superior performance in achieving higher yields and improved energy efficiency. The assessment of economic feasibility is conducted via a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), demonstrating the potential for increased profitability and sustainable mushroom cultivation. This research offers significant findings regarding the utilization of IoT technology to enhance mushroom production and advance sustainable agricultural practices in Thailand. © 2025 IEEE.

This research proposes a quad-mode H-beam metasurface (MTS)-embedded dual-band circularly-polarized (CP) multi-tiered antenna scheme with 5G (n79) and Wi-Fi 6E capabilities. The proposed antenna scheme consists of three layers of corner-truncated FR-4 substrates without an air gap. The upper substrate contains an array of 3× 4 H-beam MTS elemental units tilted at 49°. The middle substrate is a copper plate with a horizontal Z-shaped slot at its center functioning as the ground plane, and the lower substrate contains a microstrip feed line. Characteristic mode analysis (CMA) is employed to optimize the circular polarization of the MTS structure. Results show that Modes 1 & 2 at 4.81 GHz and Modes 4 & 9 at 6.2 GHz contribute to CP radiation. The measured return loss bandwidths of the antenna are 19.37% (4.63 - 5.56 GHz) and 9.51% (5.97 - 6.56 GHz) for the 5G (n79) and Wi-Fi 6E bands. The measured axial ratio bandwidths are 13.33% (4.6 - 5.24 GHz) and 1.77% (6.15 - 6.26 GHz), with maximum gains of 5.2 and 3.9 dBic at 5.5 and 6.2 GHz, respectively. Unlike conventional MTS-based CP antennas which employ rectangular- or square-shaped MTS elements for single-band operation, this work utilizes H-beam-shaped MTS elemental units to achieve dual-band CP capability. Additionally, rather than traditional full-wave methods, CMA is used to optimize circular polarization. Essentially, the proposed antenna scheme is suitable for 5G (n79) and Wi-Fi 6E communications. © 2013 IEEE.

ChatGPT is an AI tool that performs natural language processing (NLP) tasks, primarily language generation. Its standout feature is question answering, providing quick and accurate answers to a wide range of questions. This paper aims to demonstrate the use of ChatGPT for data collection and to examine its impact on the business landscape through a grounded theory approach. The analysis, based on grounded theory principles, highlights ChatGPT's ability to automate and augment human tasks across multiple industries. This paper presents examples of 11 industries, including marketing and advertising, retail, healthcare, banking and finance, news and media, e-commerce, social media, legal services, hospitality, telecommunications, and government, that are likely to be affected by ChatGPT. This paper presents a solar energy analysis system that utilizes data analytics for enhanced performance. The system integrates solar panel tracking technology, real-time data visualization through Power BI, and forecasting using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) techniques and regression analysis. The accuracy of the solar tracking system was evaluated using root mean square error (RMSE = 6.05) and mean squared error (MSE = 7.45). To further assess the forecasting model, the study examines the impact of error margins on practical applications. Additionally, scalability considerations for larger solar farms and potential forecasting limitations, such as environmental factors and long-term accuracy, are discussed. © 2025 IEEE.

The ternary logic approach was proposed in an asynchronous digital system to eliminate overhead wires for communication signals in preference to the binary logic approach. Spacer detectors (SDs) are crucial in ternary logic to determine whether or not the input voltage is equivalent to empty. The Internet of Things (IoT) devices leverage asynchronous multi-value logic systems for machine learning inference to minimize power consumption. These IoT devices are also expected to operate at ultra-low operating voltages (sub- or near-threshold voltages). An ultra-low supply voltage restricts the operation of the SD circuit because of the need to determine the space value with a logical intermediate value. This study presented SD circuits was applied a pseudodifferential amplifier instead of the traditional element-based inverter circuit to design H-element and L-element. Hence, our proposed SD circuits can operate at low supply voltage without body bias using a bulk-controlled method. The proposed circuit was simulated in 65 nm UMC LL process technology in the Cadence Virtuoso analogue design environment with power consumption compared with the difference in supply voltage from 0.35 to 0.9 volts. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a nondestructive technique to classify immature fruits. An identification methodology is based on Brewster's angle to determine the stage of maturity of a fruit, which can be obtained from angle of incidence where the least reflection occurs. In addition, Brewster's angle technique is applied with dual frequency system. The simulation results show that Brewster's angle changes with the stage of maturity of the fruit. © 2025 IEEE.

This research presents a non-uniform metasurface (MTS) scheme circularly-polarized slotted-patch (CPSP) antenna for modern cellular technology. The proposed non-uniform MTS CPSP antenna was combined with non-uniform MTS scheme (upper-layer substrate) and slot-coupled feed (lower-layer substrate). The slot-coupled feed comprised of the L-shaped microstrip-line feed and rhombus-slotted ground plane. The non-uniform MTS scheme was characterized using characteristic mode analysis (CMA). The CP mode at 4.6 GHz (center frequency) was realized by two orthogonal modes (modes 1 and 2). To achieve wide return loss bandwidth (RLBW), the use of the different sizes (two sizes) of square-shaped MTS unit cells was adopted. The simulated RLBW and axial ratio bandwidth (ARBW) results achieved 34.78% (between 4.1 - 5.7 GHz) and 5.65% (between 4.43 - 4.69 GHz). The optimal gain of right-hand circular polarization was 3.56 dBic at 4.35 GHz, rendering this proposed non-uniform MTS CPSP antenna is functional for wireless communications. © 2025 IEEE.

Classification of paddy seed varieties is a critical task that determines the price and quality of rice in the market. Deep learning methods that have been successfully applied in different areas are not even in image classification. In this paper, we proposed a classification of paddy seed varieties by using transfer learning of deep learning with three pre-trained weights: VGG16, InceptionV3, and MobileNetV2. Over 1200 images of paddy seed are collected for custom datasets. The experimental result shows the overall accuracy of VGG16, InceptionV3, and MobileNetV2 are 80.00%, 83.33%, and 83.33% respectively. Test Loss of each model is 52.15%, 28.41%, and 61.95% sequentially. Therefore, InceptionV3 not only gives the best accuracy than others but also the least test loss. This proposed research can be a great advantage for a farmer to identify paddy varieties that aimed to reduce the adulteration of paddy varieties as well. © 2022 IEEE.
