In order to enhance kitchen safety, this system introduces an innovative approach that addresses and prevents potential threats resulting from gas leaks.. Using a Node MCU, MQ5 gas sensor, relay module, and servo motors, we take all the necessary safety measures when a gas leak is detected such as cutting off the electricity by tripping MCB using a relay module, opening the window flaps for air ventilation and turning off the gas knob to stop further diffusion of gas, using servo motors. We ensure that the gas leak is controlled in time and causes minimal or zero damage. Our system is integrated with a mobile application named 'GasGuard' developed in Flutter. This is a real-time mobile application that notifies the user about gas leakage detection. The app ensures remote monitoring of the concentration of the gas effused and provides features such as controlling all devices like opening and closing of windows, turning a gas knob on and off, and switching the electricity on and off remotely. This system ensures full-fledged safety and avoids unattended gas leaks. © 2024 IEEE.

The DeepFish exploration aims to develop a web-based application that leverages deep learning algorithms to accurately identify and provide detailed information about various fish species based on user-uploaded images, specifically for the unique fish species in Maharashtra. The system utilizes state-of-the-art computer vision techniques to process the uploaded fish images and employs a trained model to predict the fish species. The paper presents a rigorous comparative analysis of deep learning algorithms, to accurately identify the most efficient model for our application with minimum response time and maximum accuracy for identification. The Fish Prediction website provides users with a brief description and relevant information about the predicted fish species including common habitat, diet, physical characteristics, and consumption status, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the diverse aquatic life. In the digital age, social media platforms like Twitter have become a central forum for public discourse, reflecting diverse opinions on various topics. This paper explores the application of sentiment analysis to Twitter data to extract and quantify these opinions. This work processes and analyzes a large dataset of tweets using machine-learning techniques to identify underlying attitudes and divide them into positive, negative, and neutral categories. The methodology comprises preprocessing such as text normalization and noise removal, sentiment categorization using a model based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, and data gathering via the Twitter API. The results reveal patterns and trends in public sentiment on key issues, providing insights that can benefit businesses, policymakers, and researchers. This paper discusses the potential real-world applications of this technology in marketing, political science, and public relations. © 2024 IEEE.

Operating temperature of lithium ion battery is critical factor for lifecycle, efficiency and energy storage. In electric vehicle thermal behaviour of batteries affects the overall range of vehicle. Aim of this paper is to provide a thermal management system for cylindrical batteries using heat pipe and cold plate. The heat pipe coupled with battery serves as heat transporter from battery to cold plate. The lumped parametricmodel based on hydro-electrical analogy was developed to verify thermal performance. Bench test setup is developed using actual cylindrical 18,650 type batteries and heating elements. The resultsof lumped parametricmodel compared with actual test *** shows temperature drop by 6 °C and uniform distribution along the length of battery. Thus proposed design is useful for Lithium ion battery performance and *** in the present research paper is two heat dissipating systems are combined viz. one active (cold plate) and another passive (heat pipe) which provides better heat dissipation and uniformity in temperature of battery cells. © 2022

Nickel alloys have a wide range of applications in the aerospace, marine, and defense sectors due to their ability to maintain high strength at elevated temperatures, excellent corrosion resistance, and creep rupture strength. However, these distinct properties eventually lead to low machinability. Advancements in cutting tool materials, cooling techniques, coating materials, and coating deposition technologies have attracted researchers in the sustainable machining of nickel alloys using nanofluids under minimum quantity lubrication (NFMQL). This paper presents a comprehensive literature review on the machining of nickel alloys using NFMQL to give proper attention to the various researcher's works. Initially, the preparation of a nanofluid and characteristics of nanoparticles, such as size, shape, type of nanoparticle, and base fluid, are presented. Then a comprehensive review on the machinability of nickel alloys using different nanoparticles and base fluids while milling, turning, grinding, and drilling is discussed with the most frequently used tools under NFMQL conditions. Finally, thermophysical properties, challenges, and future scope while machining nickel-based superalloys are summarized. © 2022, The Institution of Engineers (India).

A developmental disability linked to brain development, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) results in difficulties with behavior, socialization, and communication. Children with autism exhibit significant morphological alterations to their faces that distinguish them from normally developing (TD) children. Our aim is to assist psychiatrists by identifying children with ASD at an early age, which will lessen their symptoms and enhance their cognitive functioning. In this research study, we deploy a neural network-based binary classifier on a pre-trained model of MobileNet to a publically available data set named Autism-Image-Data that we obtained from Kaggle to present a functional model using a facial imaging for autism detection. The dataset contains 2540 training images with 300 test images. This model achieves an accuracy of 89.58% on the dataset that was trained using pre-trained MobileNet architecture model through transfer learning. © 2024 IEEE.

In this generation, social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and also e-commerce websites have become an integral part of our society. Social media is used for communication and it is also a platform where the users can express their thoughts and feelings. Also, users share their reviews on e-commerce websites. To analyze what exactly is the emotion of the user our machine learning models explores the sentiment analysis techniques for predicting emotions from the given text data. It follows a series of steps, starting with importing libraries, acquiring datasets, visualization, pre-processing, and model building. The data is used to train on a variety of models, including LSTM, Naive Bayes, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and SVM. The performance of each model is evaluated using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Comparative analysis is conducted to determine the most effective model for emotion prediction. Furthermore, the research investigates emotion prediction for huge datasets and provides a procedure for exporting trained models for future usage. It provides insights into the performance of various machine learning algorithms in sentiment analysis, hence contributing to the understanding and interpreting emotions from textual data on various platforms. © 2024 IEEE.

Cyberbullying in group chat applications has become an increasingly pressing issue in today's digital society, affecting users across various platforms. This review aims to explore and analyze the current techniques, methodologies, and challenges in detecting cyberbullying in group chat environments. By examining existing literature and approaches, we focus on how NLP, ML, and DL techniques are applied to identify harmful behaviors in real-time conversations. The review also highlights the complexities of analyzing unstructured text data, the role of sentiment analysis, and the need for context-aware models to detect subtle forms of harassment. Additionally, we investigate privacy concerns, ethical considerations, and the limitations of existing models in multilingual and culturally diverse groups. The paper emphasizes the importance of developing more robust, scalable, and adaptive detection systems to create safer online environments. Cloud computing is the most emerging technology. It has the capability to provide various services like infrastructure, security, data management, databases, and network over the internet. Several cloud service providers in the market provide computing resources. Cloud brokering in cloud computing is a crucial part as it acts as a middleware between cloud users and cloud services providers. In this paper we aim to provide an overview on adaptive data management middleware for cloud brokers. To manage the heterogeneous data and other factors, policy-based task scheduling can be integrated with the cloud broker, which supports dynamic data placement and takes decisions and actions at the runtime considering the SLA (service level agreements) and QoS (quality of service) requirements without any manual involvement. By aggregation of data, the next task of scheduling and assigning priority will be taken carefully. At the end service requests should be fulfilled by utilizing minimum resources. © 2024 IEEE.
