Diabetic retinopathy is considered as an eye disorder condition that can affect persons who are diagnosed positive against diabetes. This condition causes damage to the retina's blood vessels. Diabetic retinopathy detection at an early stage may help patients protect their vision. This disease is often asymptomatic in the early stages but has a significant impact in the latter stages. The timely identification and intervention of diabetic retinopathy (DR) can greatly mitigate the potential for visual impairment. It takes time, effort, and money for ophthalmologists to manually diagnose DR retina fundus images. So there is a need for a screening system that can detect the disease in its early stages. There are various machine learning-based approaches available to detect diabetic retinopathy. In our proposed work first, we have to select the optimal features then we perform the comparative analysis with the help of various machine learning algorithms. We have used Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes, and AdaBoost. In our experiment, we observed that Logistic Regression achieved the highest accuracy of 74.2 with optimal features. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper affords a stronger energy power environment and wise management gadget (PEECS) for a solar strength harvesting device. The proposed gadget leverages statistics amassed from numerous assets inside the surroundings and utilizes intelligent algorithms to autonomously alter the photovoltaic (PV) panel and optimize the solar energy harvesting overall performance. Via deciding on the perfect actuators, the PEECS enables a solar strength harvesting gadget to function in a huge variety of PV panels with diverse specifications and environmental situations. The proposed machine video display units the strength generated on the PV panel degree detects faults inside the operation of the PV panel and actively adjusts its tilt and orientation to maximize the power harvested. A group intruder detection system built on K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Trees, Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, and Random Forests is shown in this study. A thorough study on ablation shows how the algorithms work together to make breach detection better. We compare how well the suggested method works in terms of memory, F1 score, false negative rate, accuracy, and detection time. Bar charts, line graphs, pie charts, stacked bar graphs, area plots, and scatter plots all show that the new way is better than the old ones. Tables are also used to organize data. An ensemble takes the best features of Random Forests, Support Vector Machines, Neural Networks, Decision Trees, and K-Nearest Neighbors and puts them all together in a single package. Broad powers make the suggested method better at solving cybersecurity problems across a range of review factors. The ablation study shows why each method is important and how they work together to make an adaptive intruder detection system. In a world where safety is always changing, the proposed answer is scalable, flexible, easy to set up, and cheap. © 2024 IEEE.

Prediction of stock prices is challenging, but now stock price prediction is becoming very popular among researchers. Exact prediction of the stock market is not feasible, but the present study is an attempt to understand stock price prediction with special attention to TCS Ltd. The key objective of the present study is to forecast the high price of TCS stock on a daily basis. To achieve the objective successfully, this study comprises the use of historical time-based data for 15 years, from 2009 to 2023. (12 years of data for training purposes and 3 years of data for testing purposes are significantly categorized). Day-wise high prices have been significantly predicted by using open prices, low prices, and close prices. This study comprises the use of Multi Linear Regression (MLR), Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Linear Kernel, Ploy Kernel, and RBF Kernels, Multilayer Perceptron (MLP 2, 2), and XGBOOST algorithms. To access the accuracy of results from different models, Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) also been significantly calculated. Multi Linear Regression (MLR) model showed more accurate results for the prediction of day-wise high prices as compared to other algorithms. Mean Absolute Error (MAE) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) of MLR found 11.57 and 14.69 respectively, the lowest of all the algorithms. Traditional regression tools are not as effective as these algorithms because these algorithms can provide more accurate and precise results to serve the interests of investors. This study concluded with suggestions to the investors while deciding whether to hold the stocks or sell them on a particular day.

Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) have currently been applied to sentiment evaluation responsibilities in social media, attaining advanced overall performance compared to conventional machine mastering techniques. Parkinson disorder is a neurological disease that progresses gradually which is typified by the brain's dopamine-producing neurons becoming exhausted. This neuronal loss results by symptoms including tremors, muscle stiffness, bradykinesia, and balance difficulties. Early detection and accurate prediction of PD progression are especially crucial for improving management and intervention strategies. This study builds a prediction model with the use of MRI datasets. To detect Parkinson's disease from MRI data, this study uses deep learning algorithms, such as Inception, Xception, and VGG19, and evaluates how well they perform in terms of accuracy.

Handwritten Character Recognition (HCR) has gained significant popularity as an Artificial Intelligence tool in today's world. Recognition of a particular character is one of the challenging tasks when every work is done digitally. This technology converts handwritten characters to machine readable or digital form by applying various machine algorithms. Since handwriting and the style of writing a particular character always varies from one person to another person. A person may write some character whose style may differ in size, shape, font and position. An implementation a Handwritten Character recognition technology that uses deep learning algorithm is used. The dataset used in this technology is EMNIST (Extended Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology) dataset. The format of this dataset is of CSV file and it contains handwritten characters, which includes both uppercase and lowercase letters along with digits and various symbols. The dataset used in this model is divided into two parts one is training and other is testing. We have performed an operation for reshaping the image into 28 x 28 pixels so that it can be fitted with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). During the training process training data is iterated through multiple epochs. The accuracy of the model is measured simultaneously. During the testing process several grayscale images are used to test the trained model and the prediction is made accordingly This model presents the accuracy, potential and high performance of CNN model in prediction of a handwritten character. This system opens up possibilities for its usage in various other applications, as it speeds up our task of analyzing documents and digitization. © 2023 IEEE.

Basket Ball performance enhancement is an important area of work which is being currently taken up by the Computing Sciences as an area of research. Various studies are done on using dataset s available from global sources. Deep learning(DL) and Machine learning (ML) models are used exhaustively but still gaps are there in terms of evaluation of datasets and the model most appropriate taking into account the available datasets. As part of an ongoing research experiments are conducted to evaluate performance of different algorithms on available dataset. The important outcome expected from any algorithm is to evaluate the performance of any player based upon certain set of parameters. In the research presented here outcome of certain experiments are presented. Mainly Linear Regression (LR), K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN), Decision Tree Regressor(DTR), Random Forest(RF), XGBoost (XGb)and Support Vector Machine(SVM) models are developed and a comparative assessment of the performance is presented. Through hyperparameter tuning and cross validation performance improvement and reliability is measured. Experimental results show that Linear Regression Algorithm performed best.

Algorithm for resource provisioning and cloud assignment for providing content in cloud based content delivery network is developed where dynamic use of large and small scale fluctuations in user demand rates are considered along with minimum lease period constraint. Virtual machines are simulated computers within a physical computer that can run their operating systems and applications. Intelligent Resource Allocation (IRA) is a QoS-aware resource allocation technique that uses advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence to optimize resource distribution in real-time. Profit-driven scheduling algorithms for cloud public service (PS) scheduling focus on optimizing resource allocation to maximize profit while prioritizing tasks related to public services. First-Come-First-Serve is the scheduling technique in which incoming tasks are served according to the first come first served procedure and the first arriving task is served first. Using entropy-based adaptive neuro-fuzzy inferences system (E-ANFIS) that combines fuzzy logic and neural networks, many factors can be analyse in real- basic for optimizing resource allocation and utilization. The conclusions established that the proposed technique, E-ANFIS, exhibits superior performance to the others, achieving an energy efficiency of 89%. Future works of this study can be direct more research efforts towards enhancing the application of the framework to multi-cloud and edge computing to integrate and optimise resources within different computing paradigms.
