With the advent of the digital age, it has become a consensus that data is an important asset, and it has become a common means to use data platform to manage and analyze data. However, in the process of enterprise data modeling or application, there are often a large number of chain reference relationships (data lineage) between data, which play an important role in data mining. How to construct more abundant data lineage and effectively carry out data lineage analysis has become one of the main challenges in data application and analysis. Therefore, this paper proposes a framework design of data lineage analysis framework based on multivariate attribute fusion. By supplementing the scope of data lineage, three-layer data lineage graphs are constructed to express different levels relationship, and various graph analysis algorithms are used to predict data lineage and reason to complete data lineage graphs, which can effectively support richer and more accurate data consanguinity applications.

Nowadays, in order to solve the problem of information sharing in heterogeneous systems, federated database is a mature solution. However, the distributed database system also faces many performance bottlenecks. For example, a large amount of data is queried case, and the network transmission cost of data between nodes greatly affects the efficiency of the query. Therefore, how to improve the efficiency of distributed query becomes a problem that needs to be solved. This paper presents a query optimization method based on computational push-down for join query in federated database. The method select a proper query optimization policy based on global statistics, reducing the amount of data transmitted between nodes and greatly improving query efficiency.

The net of things (IoT) has quick grow to be the backbone of many corporations, taking into account real-time statistics collection and automatic tasks. However, the connectivity of these IoT-enabled networks can become without difficulty congested when huge amounts of data are generated in a brief time frame. To be able to hold a high stage of overall performance, big facts analytics can be used to research the massive volumes of generated statistics, provide insights and locate anomalies to improve community connectivity. Massive statistics analytics will permit higher records processing and evaluation competencies, become aware of regions of improvement and optimize network operations. Additionally, predictive analytics techniques can be used to forecast upcoming community congestion and take movement that could enhance network performance in real time. This, but, requires green facts collection, garage and control gear to ensure that the big records analytics answer is effective and efficient. This paper investigates how massive records analytics may be used to improve the connectivity of IoT-enabled networks through leveraging the energy of predictive analytics. © 2024 IEEE.

In the field of engineering and economics, we frequently face challenges where several goals must be optimized simultaneously. Such scenarios fall under the category of multi-criteria decision-making, specifically known as multi-objective optimization problems (MOPs). Evolutionary multi-objective optimization algorithms (EMOAs) are successful applications of evolutionary computation in the field of MOPs. In order to enable traditional EMOAs to obtain the optimal solutions preferred by the decision maker (DM), preference-based evolutionary multi-objective optimization is proposed. Preference-based EMO can incorporate the preference information of the DM into EMOAs, so as to guide the population to search the region of interest (ROI) of the MOPs. This paper proposes a preference-based EMOA, called NSGA-II/LF, which incorporates the preference information of the DM into NSGA-II by logistic function. The performance of NSGA-II/LF is compared with several classical algorithms in many aspects on a large number of test problems. Through the summary and analysis of the experimental results, it is verified that the proposed algorithm can obtain high-quality optimal solutions in line with the preference of the DM when facing MOPs.

The term 'Internet of Things' (IoT) refers to the potential global connectivity of billions of individually networked devices that can collect and share data. This connectivity might occur everywhere on the globe. By combining IoT with Blockchain (BC), a robust and secure system might be created to store information gathered by intelligent gadgets. Internet-connected IoT devices can upload transaction data to private BC networks. As a result, all transactions in such networks are recorded in immutable ledgers. In order to comprehend how devices may connect with one another, this study examines the interplay between BC technology and IoTs. In this article, a BC layered architecture as a practical framework for integrating BC technology with IoT by making use of state-of-the-art tools and methods is proposed. Current trends and difficulties, as well as potential application domains, are discussed which is in relation to the layered architecture of Blockchain technology. © 2023 IEEE.

Cuisine data is typically classified using images of the cuisine, cooking methods, cooking utensils, and, most importantly, ingredients. The vast amount of recipe data available on the internet necessitates the creation of specialised systems for storing, retrieving, and effectively utilising stored knowledge and data. Neural networks based expert systems are steadily being used to classify the cuisine data. But it lacks in dealing the vagueness present in the categorical cuisine data. Also, most of the popular recipes available online are mostly unhealthy. As a result, the Bijective soft set theory has been introduced into this study since it is an intelligent method for developing classification rules from food data and then recognising ambiguity and data reliance. The classification guidelines also address the necessity to select healthy/nutritious meals. The investigation outcomes from using bijective soft set analysis to a set of data samples are presented and appraised in this work. Furthermore, the classification rules derived from this approach provides valuable help for developing food recommendation systems. The accuracy of this classification scheme has got really influenced by application of the bijective soft set when compared to other state-of-the-art classifiers.

The increase in irrigated crop areas lead to the requirements for freshwater will in fact rise significantly. Considering this kind of need, this study aims to develop a low cost irrigation system that provide the monitoring and control of irrigated agriculture using Cloud Computing, Internet of Things(IoT) to improve the efficiency of water use in irrigated agriculture and reduce the cost of the solution. In this paper, an irrigation system driven by Internet of Things and cloud based web application is developed. The web application uses a multi-tenant web framework (MWF) that can provide cost-effective services for scenarios where a large number of small tenants, only some of which are active at the same time. The system uses wireless sensor network(WSN) communication technology to integrate various sensors, solenoid valves and edge devices scattered throughout the crop area for monitoring and control. The solution significantly improves water use efficiency while reducing costs, making it attractive to users. © 2024 Knowledge Systems Institute Graduate School. All rights reserved.

In complex management information systems, there are a large number of business entities, complex permission relationships, and diverse access requirements. A set of permission governance methods is needed to solve the permission problems of the system and plan for the development of business permissions. This article summarizes a security and compliance permission governance method, which involves policy mining of a large number of logs generated by information systems, checking audit permission activities, identifying permission risks, and promptly addressing permission vulnerabilities. It also summarizes the role governance and user permission governance steps based on mutual exclusion of responsibilities for information systems and related peripheral systems. Combining the business characteristics and pain point scenarios of various modules in the information system, by establishing a closed-loop management of permissions, the permission governance system can self-improve, evolve synchronously with the iteration of the business system, achieve full lifecycle management of information system permissions and security and compliance detection, and safeguard the security of business activities.

As an important support for the communication link of embedded systems, the bus protocol faces many security threats while meeting diverse business needs, and how to ensure the security of the bus link of embedded systems has become an important security issue. In order to meet the requirements of generalized security detection of embedded system bus protocols, this paper proposes a fuzzing method for embedded bus protocol based on dynamic mutation of message sequences. Based on the bus protocol specification, we model the protocol message and interaction process, and realize the fuzzing test of the protocol process in combination with the association of messages in the message sequence. At the same time, we combined the fuzzer with a timer to increase the time perception of the method. In order to verify the effectiveness of our method, this paper applies the proposed method to the CAN bus fuzzing of the Internet of Vehicles simulation platform, and successfully finds a security flaw in the process of motor speed data frame processing of the platform. Moreover, we carry out a comparative experiment with several common fuzzing tools, and the experimental results show that in the defect detection of the CAN bus of the Internet of Vehicles simulation platform, our method can increase the automatic mutation support for the interval_time field, and can discover more security defects.

Human heart is considered as one of the important part of the human body. It pumps blood throughout the body. So, it is very much essential to monitor the heart organ at required intervals of time. In this work, a machine intelligence (MI) based approach is proposed for the prediction of human heart disease (HD). This work is focused on several machine learning (ML) based models such as Random Forest (RDF), Naïve Bayes (NVB), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) and Neural Network (NNW) to perform the predictions. In this work, the HD detected and not detected cases are represented using 1 and 0 respectively. This work is carried out using cross validation by considering the number of folds (NoFD) as 3, 5, and 10. These models are evaluated using the classification accuracy (CA) performance parameter. This work is implemented using Python-based Orange 3.32.0. © 2023 IEEE.
