Hybrid cloud environments come into play more each month, this service is becoming increasingly important for security and load balancing. Hybrid cloud environments are too fluid to manage with traditional access control methods and load-balancing solutions. This is where dynamic access control integration comes in. Dynamic access control is a process that enables organizations to define and enforce access controls based on the context of the request, not merely user identities. This could be applied in a hybrid cloud environment to implement access controls based on the whereabouts of users, the kind of data, and the threat level. This is intended to add an extra layer of security as we can limit the users who have permission to access specific resources. You can add dynamic access control to your load-balancing solutions for resource efficiency and performance improvements. It also reduces the possibility of service outage, as more accurate granular access control based on lower visibility to higher certain users making fewer requests at a time than another set can simplify algorithms that tombstone or down-replicated out-of-date servers and thus carve their load across racks of machines.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) are the backbone of Intelligent Transportation Systems, aiming to enhance road safety, traffic efficiency, and comfort in driving. One of the critical factors influencing VANET performance is the routing protocol implemented. The current study evaluates the impact of three different routing protocols, i.e., Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV), Destination-Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV), and Dynamic MANET On-demand (DYMO) on VANET performance in urban scenarios. Through comprehensive simulations using a realistic city scenario, we assess each protocol's performance based on several critical metrics such as packet delivery ratio, end-to-end delay, and network overhead. Our findings indicate significant differences in the performance of these protocols under various urban network conditions (AODV), being the best among all.

Ransom ware, a malicious software program, has become a main threat to essential infrastructure systems, including power, transportation, and healthcare systems. This kind of cyber-attack is designed to block access to important records or devices until a ransom is paid, doubtlessly inflicting sizeable disruptions to critical offerings. As an increasing number of industries become reliant on technology, the threat of ransom ware in vital infrastructure has expanded. We provide an optimization angle at the danger panorama of ransom ware in critical infrastructure. We first examine the factors that contribute to the vulnerability of important infrastructure structures to ransom ware assaults. These consist of old technology, lack of education and cognizance, and insufficient backup and healing systems. We then discover the ability effects of a successful ransom ware attack on essential infrastructure, including manufacturing delays, service outages, and economic losses. We also examine different optimization techniques for stopping, mitigating, and responding to ransom ware attacks in critical infrastructure. These encompass risk-based total strategies, intrusion detection and prevention structures, and cyber coverage. We observe the function of government guidelines and policies in addressing the risk of ransom ware in critical infrastructure. Our findings provide insights for decision-makers in essential infrastructure industries to optimize their techniques and investments in stopping and responding to ransom ware attacks. By considering the optimization angle, essential infrastructure structures can better guard against the ever-evolving chance panorama of ransom ware.

In women, breast cancer stands as a leading cause of death among all types of cancer globally. Death rates can be mitigated through early prediction of breast cancer. Various machine learning techniques play a significant role in detecting breast cancer at an early stage. It is essential to develop a machine learning model with high accuracy and precision to predict breast cancer disease effectively. This paper employs various machine learning techniques to predict breast cancer. The performance evaluation of these techniques is conducted in terms of precision, accuracy, and F1-score. The Extra Trees Classifier emerged with the highest accuracy, reaching 97.23%.

In India, there is a problem of reaction time in case of emergencies. Due to the problem of delayed reaction time during emergencies, it is important to discuss how we can use NLP to speed up the deployment of emergency services. This paper aims to classify a statement made by a caller to a Police Station in case of an emergency. We have four categories: Police, Ambulance, Fire Brigade, and Non-Crime. We will be analyzing the statements made by the caller during the phone call, which we will use to try to extract information and opinions regarding events that are happening, or have already occurred. This paper focuses on analyzing the statement made by the person and classify the statement, which will help to predict if the caller needs Police Assistance, Medical Assistance, or Fire Brigade Assistance, which will help in better decision making and will speed up the process of dispatching the required emergency service(s). © 2021 IEEE.

The step-by-step process of creating a bookshelf design is specified, including the ProBoolean compound primitive, applying edit poly modifier, using detach option, making use of lattice modifier, using bend modifier, using twist modifier. The manner in which materials are added to the model, together with environment lighting and renderer configuration, is defined. Procedures and methods for rendering are also defined. What we aim to achieve through our research is to create a Bookshelf design that uses materials to enhance the models. The shapes used in the model were Box, Teapot, sphere, chamfercyl, Oiltank, ProBoolean compound. The modifiers used were edit poly, bend, twist, lattice. Afterwards we used the Arnold light and material editor to enhance and glorify the model.

The interoperability of more devices onto the IoT and the addition of the low-power applications like sensors and other embedded systems have posed severe security challenges. Many cryptographic protocols are ineffective for such devices since they demand high functionalities, thus the development of lightweight kinds of authentication. Based on this we would like to present a new lightweight authentication protocol suitable for IoT constrained devices. This protocol uses Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) for key exchange part of the communication while using symmetric key cryptography for the actual data exchange. The feasibility and performance of the proposed protocol is analyzed and tested on real time sensed data obtained from the Intel Berkeley Research Lab dataset involving a make-believe IoT network of hundred devices. The performance evaluation shows enhanced energy reduction, the time taken in authentication, the amount of chatter in the network, and the amount of memory occupied, when compared with other approaches. The protocol is very flexible and can be integrated into any system; it also has the ability to counter most security threats hence suitable for low power IoT devices. The future work will also investigate other additional improvements and how other methods can be incorporated to improve security as well as performance.

Forests are crucially important to maintaining ecological balance and providing all essential life services. Still, the constant protection against illegal, destructive exploitation is a difficult challenge that many people do not think about. - To address this issue, a new camera-based access control system for entry and exit to the protected forest areas that minimizes the number of people with insider knowledge is used for. Unauthorized access to sensitive or restricted areas is eliminated. - In an increasingly vulnerable world where greedy exploitation and human invaders abound, it has now become an urgent need to look after forests. To protect protected forest areas against such threats as loss of habitat, illegal logging, and poaching and the damage done to ecosystems (once their borders are crossed), one must rely on stringent security measures. - Traditional forest preservation strategies lack comprehensive monitoring and access control. But that’s why security and refurbishment of forests are such pressing issues now–and why this project is so vital. - Our system aspires to provide real-time surveillance, access control, and automated alerts if any unauthorized human activity occurs within protected forest areas; for this we need cutting edge hardware and software technologies. The main goal is to create a secure, reliable, efficient access control system for protected forest areas, which presents special problems. - The System will use a camera and software on the basis of the ESP32 to capture and analyze images for identity verification.
