Recent years have seen a considerable evolution in online shopping, as well as the ability to get text-based client feedback, comments, and recommendations. The sentiment analysis method examines a large collection of text data to determine the customer's opinion. One method for analyzing customer sentiment that is provided by natural language processing is AbSA. Understanding out precisely exactly consumers feel about a product is the aim of AbSA. In this research, we spoke about aspect-based sentiment analysis, which identifies the sentiment by using the aspect term. To illustrate our framework, we used user reviews for headphones and earphones that were gathered from the Amazon website. We used NLP to preprocess the data, and we then used the Pachinko Allocation model (PAM) to extract the aspect term and polarity from the review. Machine learning technique have been explored to evaluate the model.. © 2023 IEEE.

Gray Relational Analysis (GRA) is a useful technique for investigating the performance of a system and identifying factors that may affect its performance. Results are obtained showing that Analyzing 5 has obtained the first rank, though Analyzing 2 has obtained the lowest rank. Gray Relational Analysis is also known as Gray System Theory (GRA) and is a technological know-how developed by Julong Deng of the university of Technology at Huazhong. Gray system theory is most extensively used model. It uses specific statistics related to grey to measure the magnitude of the relationship between rows using the best Gray-related analysis, which is widely used to enhance control parameters with multiple responses. The fundamental principle of the GRA machine is Large-scale gray courting, where the chosen alternative's best-most suitable solution should have the smallest degree of gray dating from the negative-choicest answer. The calculation of the function collection curves and the significance of the geometric similarity of those curves can determine the primary and minor elements. Related analysis refers to computational methods that assist in identifying unique relationships between objects. It includes two common kinds of analysis: conceptual and associated analysis. In this conceptual analysis is important to determine the text presence and occurrence of comments, while relevant analysis further improves theoretical analysis by analyzing the associations between them. The alternatives for analysis in this study are Analyzing 1, Analyzing 2, Analyzing 3, Analyzing 4, and Analyzing 5, and the evaluation preference is Risk, Quality, Effectiveness, and Efficiency. © 2023 IEEE.

Natural Image Matting (NIM) possesses toughest challenge in the sector of computer graphics and computer vision. The problem is poorly presented when only input image is given, with no further information. Image matting is the technique of softly fetching a foreground object from the background in an image according to the definition provided by the matting equation. Based on their techniques of estimating alpha-matte, image matting methods can be broadly classified into Sampling based, Propagation based and Learning based matting methods. In this paper we have done a comprehensive analysis on various image matting methods along with their advantages, disadvantages and challenges. Their mean square error (MSE) and sum of absolute differences (SAD) parameters are also analyzed. In this analysis we can conclude that Learning based methods outperforms other two methods. Among Learning based methods Cascade Picture Matting Network with Deformable Graph Refinement (Cas-DGR) and Tripartite Information Mining and Integration Network (TIMI-Net) approaches give better performance than other methods based on their MSE and SAD analysis. © 2023 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

Amazon Reviews allows customers to review the purchased or used products. This type of user-generated content is incredibly helpful for e-commerce businesses;whether it is from existing customers or new ones, every review provides a valuable perspective and feedback on a certain product. Amazon product reviews are an incredibly powerful tool for both buyers and businesses in determining the perceived value of a product, informing decisions, and improving customer trust and loyalty. This study explores the use of machine learning-based methods to assess the sentiment of Amazon product reviews from a range of product categories, including electronics, home appliances, and fashion items. Through the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deep learning algorithms, this study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between customer sentiment and product category. The analysis will further facilitate the development of a model that can accurately predict sentiment scores for any given batch of reviews or comments. According to the study, using Text Blob, Logistic Regression, SVM, and Multinomial Naive Bayes methods can improve classification task accuracy. It produced 91% accuracy with SVM and Logistic Regression and Multinomial Naive Bayes methods are 84% and 87% accuracy with on 4444 positive reviews and 469 negative reviews. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper is a common one in many objective optimizations. Conceptually, weight loss is both an independent method and a component of other methods. As a result, the sum of the weighted information about the characteristics of the system has a long-Term impact. However, there are many published applications for this method, and in depicting Barito's optimal collection of literature, its shortcomings have been remedied. There is no detailed discussion of ideological significance or techniques to increase the efficiency of the system's primary expression of preferences. In countries where most of the economy depends on agriculture, the agriculture has to be observed closely because there is a need to timely monitoring the agriculture for better productivity that leads in good economy. Various parameters like land surface temperature (LST), soil moisture, precipitation, vegetation indices, humidity, etc should be monitored timely, as they directly or indirectly affect the agriculture that affect the economy. Here we are trying to downscale the LST extracted from the MODIS data. The challenge here is to handle, process, and downscale the data from MODIS low resolution (1000m) to high resolution (30m) equivalent to the Landsat. For this purpose, a back propagation neural network is used. The neural network is trained using downscaled MODIS LST data as input to provide a LANDSAT equivalent output at 30m resolution. RMSE is computed as an indicator of the performance of the approach.. © 2023 IEEE.

Cognitive radio networks referred as CRNs use opportunistic spectrum access to improve the utilization of wireless resources. However, the selection of channels with high quality and trust is a critical issue in CRNs. This paper proposes a novel channel selection method using the VIKOR (VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje) method to enhance the trustworthiness of CRNs. The VIKOR method is used to solve the multi-criteria decision-making problem by ranking alternatives and selecting the most appropriate channel for transmission. The channel selection process is based on various criteria such as channel availability, channel quality, channel reliability, and channel security. The paper discusses the problem of sensitivity regulation in multi-channel cognitive medium access. The availability probability of each channel is known, and the paper considers the situation where the probable channels are the equal modeled while independent when present, and not employing adaptive modulation, and instinctive sensitivity issues of the line sequence. The paper proves that the VIKOR method is a great way to optimize this process. The proposed method is particularly useful in avionics networks that require strict reliability and security requirements. The paper proposes a hardware layer reliable channel model that creates a reliable system with a reliable channel model. The layer of hardware is entrenched in hardware equipment via measurement of agents with control. This ensures reliable operation and system control in terms of volume. The channel model can monitor the data of this system, preventing intermediaries and malicious fraud attacks from compromising its security. The paper provides selection algorithms for wireless networks of ad-hoc with several priorities including multi functions for multiple task processes. Apple is one of the most consumed fruits in India. Identifying fresh apples by separating them from spoiled apples is time-consuming if done manually on a large scale. This paper proposes a computer vision model for sorting Fine (Good Quality) apples from Spoiled (Not Eatable). Not only this, but the model also identifies the spoiled area on Apple's surface. An extensive dataset called 'Indian Fruits-40' contains more than 2250+ images of apples that are used as input to train our model. After that, the deployed model is tested on a real-time prototype model where an apple image is captured using a camera, then data is sent for classification. In the proposed model, Histogram-based probability density (HPD) and discrete wavelet transform (DWT) are used to extract a total of 24 statistical and textured features of Apple. A multilayer perceptron Neural Network model with backpropagation is used for training and classification to identify the spoiled apple. The proposed model achieved an accuracy of 93.67%. © 2023 IEEE.

In this analysis, the TOPSIS MCDM method is the ideal solution for evaluating e-store businesses. It considers both short-distance and negative-best solutions. However, it does not take into account the importance of these distances. Based on the results, E-store business 3 ranks first, while E-store business 1 has the lowest rank. E-store businesses refer to online and digital stores that sell mobile devices through the internet. An optimal e-store or online store aims to sell products or services to customers in need. Technology upgrades may include IT services and virtual services. E-store can be a brick and mortar shop with online capabilities, while an online store operates solely on the internet. The TOPSIS method determines the best solution without considering the significance of these distances, resulting in E-store business 3 ranking first. © 2023 IEEE.

As social media networks have grown in prominence in recent years, we have seen a transformation in how we live our lives. People in multilingual societies are increasingly using social media platforms. Research communities have recently begun using code-mixed data to accomplish NLP tasks involving multiple languages. This paper analyzes text representation by the code-mixed and code-switching of two different languages of separate scripts like English Roman script and Hindi Devanagari through the mixed script. Word-level language Identification. Quantifying the pattern of sentence/Text written in which language and which word is ambiguous same spelling two to three meanings in a mixed script, and spelling variation normalization of Hindi Roman one has the different spelling used for daily communications by users using word embedding techniques (word2vec, TF-IDF, skip-gram, Continuous bag of words(CBOW)). An approach that uses character-based embedding to process ambiguous words in a code-mixed text has been proposed and shows promising results in terms of spelling variation and language identification.. © 2023 IEEE.
