This study addresses linear attacks on remote state estimation within the context of a constrained alarm rate. Smart sensors, which are equipped with local Kalman filters, transmit innovations instead of raw measurements through a wireless communication network. This transmission is vulnerable to malicious data interception and manipulation by attackers. The aim of this research is to identify the optimal attack strategy that degrades the system performance while adhering to stealthiness constraints. A notable innovation of this paper is the direct association of the attack's stealthiness with the alarm rate, diverging from traditional approaches that rely on the covariance of the innovation or the Kullback-Leibler divergence, which are conventional metrics that have been extensively explored in previous studies. Our findings reveal that the optimal attack strategy exhibits some structural characteristics in systems of low dimensions. The performance of the proposed attack strategy is demonstrated through numerical examples. © 2024 IEEE.

File labeling techniques have a long history in analyzing the anthological trends in computational *** situation becomes worse in the case of files downloaded into systems from the ***,most users either have to change file names manually or leave a meaningless name of the files,which increases the time to search required files and results in redundancy and duplications of user ***,no significant work is done on automated file labeling during the organization of heterogeneous user files.A few attempts have been made in topic ***,one major drawback of current topic modeling approaches is better *** rely on specific language types and domain similarity of the *** this research,machine learning approaches have been employed to analyze and extract the information from heterogeneous corpus.A different file labeling technique has also been used to get the meaningful and`cohesive topic of the *** results show that the proposed methodology can generate relevant and context-sensitive names for heterogeneous data files and provide additional insight into automated file labeling in operating systems.

Mobile edge computing (MEC) is essential for next-generation mobile network applications that prioritize various performance metrics, including delays and energy consumption. However, conventional single-objective scheduling solutions cannot be directly applied to practical systems in which the preferences of these applications (i.e., the weights of different objectives) are often unknown or challenging to specify in advance. In this study, we address this issue by formulating a multi-objective offloading problem for MEC with multiple edges to minimize expected long-term energy consumption and transmission delay while considering unknown preferences as parameters. To address the challenge of unknown preferences, we design a multi-objective (deep) reinforcement learning (MORL)-based resource scheduling scheme with proximal policy optimization (PPO). In addition, we introduce a well-designed state encoding method for constructing features for multiple edges in MEC systems, a sophisticated reward function for accurately computing the utilities of delay and energy consumption. Simulation results demonstrate that our proposed MORL scheme enhances the hypervolume of the Pareto front by up to 233.1% compared to benchmarks. © 2023 IFIP.

The demand on healthcare is growing as a result of the expanding global population, rising demands for successful treatment, and an underlying improvement in life quality. Consequently, healthcare remains one of the most significant social and economic problems in the world, necessitating the development of new and more sophisticated scientific and technological treatments.E-health services are provided via personalised healthcare systems to meet the medical and support needs of the ageing population. An important development in the Big Data age is the Internet of Things, which facilitates several real-time engineering solutions through improved services. Healthcare systems are now using analytics over IoT data streams as a stream of user data to find new information, forecast rapid recognition, and make decisions on life-threatening situations. In this study, researchers have carried out a thorough review of the hottest recent revolutionary technologies in bespoke healthcare systems, with a focus on hypervisor, cloud infrastructure, big data analytic, the Web of Things, and smartphone apps. In order to make early disease detection and diagnosis possible, it is important to develop a better healthcare system. We have examined these problems and suggested potential solutions while offering secure e-health services. The purpose of this study is to design a smart and secure remote monitoring and warning system using the latest emerging technologies in 21stcentury such as big data analytics and Internet of Things (IoT) ecosystems. In this study the researchers discussed a detailed research methodology to meet the outcomes of the reerach. All the relevant findings and analysis are explained in descriptive manner. Moreover, this study highlights the constantly expanding requirements for better medical systems in the present and offers potential directions for future research. © 2023 Bharati Vidyapeeth, New Delhi.

Monitoring sugar concentration during fermentation is crucial for producing high-quality alcoholic beverages. Traditional methods for measuring sugar concentration can be costly and time-consuming, especially for small-scale producers. In this study, we developed a low-cost buoyant force measurement device for monitoring sugar concentration in water solutions. The device consists of a buoyant object fully submerged in the solution and connected to a load-cell sensor. As the sugar concentration in the liquid increases, the buoyant force on the object increases, and the load-cell measures this force. Proposed device is calibrated using solutions of known sugar concentrations and its high accuracy and precision is presented. The device is tested in controlled environment to ensure accurate tracking changes in sugar concentration over time. Proposed device can be a valuable tool for small-scale producers looking to optimize their fermentation processes while minimizing costs.

This paper discusses the importance of electric vehicles in modern society and the challenges associated with communication systems in such vehicles. To overcome these challenges, the paper proposes a model for supporting communication on electric buses by connecting each sensor device to a control area network (CAN). However, the severe nonlinearity and high complexity of the message frame frequency pose significant obstacles to successfully implementing this research in the CAN protocol. The paper highlights the need for continued research and development in this area to enable the effective use of electric buses in our daily lives. © 2023 IEEE.

Hyperspectral image (HSI) spectral-spatial joint feature (FE) extraction methods generally suffer from low feature retention and weak spatial-spectral dependence, which will lead to single-class feature confrontation (SCFC). To solve this problem, an unsupervised multivariate feature fusion network (M3FuNet) is developed in this article. In M3FuNet, multiscale supervector matrix correction (MSMC) and multiscale random convolution dispersion (MRCD) are used as the spectral and spatial feature extraction method, and the feature retention of spectral and spatial features is improved to achieve feature calibration by feature fusion and decision fusion, called 'multivariate feature fusion.' The MSMC is employed to correct the supervector matrix to reduce the intraclass variance in superpixel homogeneous regions and overcome the phenomenon of supervector block drift (SvBD). The MRCD uses random convolution and Gaussian smoothing to extract deep spatial features. Because of the similar feature representation ability of the MSMC and MRCD, the obtained spectral-spatial joint features have high feature retention and strong spectral-spatial dependence. Finally, this M3FuNet is used for realizing the classification of HSI. Three common HSI datasets are used to validate the effectiveness of the M3FuNet. The experiment results show that the M3FuNet has a superior performance compared with several state-of-the-art (SOTA) HSI classification methods. Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) are a key factor in smart grids, and they use cloud computing to integrate and manage Distributed Energy Resources (DERs). VPPs use Machine Learning (ML) methods to optimize various tasks. Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) methodology is a set of techniques that targets to develop, deploy and maintain ML applications smoothly on production. Cloud design patterns (CDPs) are general reusable solutions for common cloud problems that can improve the reliability, scalability, and quality of cloud applications. This paper discusses how CDPs can help in building complex ML applications on cloud with MLOps practices which can help VPPs to optimize their workloads. The paper also provides an example implementation on a public cloud provider.

The technology of reconfigurable optical networks (RONs) is growing to be a promising solution to effectively cater to the rapidly increasing traffic generated by the digital society. Optical technology emerges as a viable alternative because to its capacity to offer a substantial bandwidth, little latency, and enhanced overall performance. Nevertheless, it is imperative to effectively manage the physical resources comprising a data center. This study provides an experimental demonstration of the RONs, which is enhanced by a control plane. The implementation relies on the monitoring of real-time network statistics. This enables the execution of various activities, including as network slice provisioning and reconfiguration, assignment of packet priority classes, and dynamic operations. These actions are performed to ensure the attainment of the desired Quality of Service level. The experimental results show the successfully implementation of RONs using Mininet Emulator and sFlow traffic monitoring technology. The results approve that optical datacenter has minimum delay with low OSNR even with long distance and fast switching time. © 2023 IEEE.
