There have been a lot of new ways to figure out how people feel about things on Twitter and other microblogging platforms in the last few years. Using both types of semantics, experiments are carried out to see how they perform in three popular tasks of sentiment investigation on Twitter: sentiment analysis at the level of entities, sentiment analysis at the level of tweets, and context-sensitive sentiment lexicon adaptation. These three tasks include as follows: Find and categorize sarcastic texts were the objectives of this module. After the initial sentiment classification, texts that were initially classified as positive will be classified as moreover positive sarcastic or true positive. Texts classified as negative by the primary sentiment classification module can be confidential in two ways. Negative sarcasm and true negativity are two different types of negativity. In this research, a CNN model integrates the implicit as well as explicit representations of short text for sarcastic classification and is abbreviated as CNN-SC model. The proposed classification model incorporates three main processes, namely feature engineering, FS, and classification. Using data from Amazon and Twitter, it was tested to see if it worked. Nowadays, the Internet of Things (IoT) is significantly utilized by an extensive range of applications that lead to the enhancement of different aspects of defense and military capabilities. In IoT, a wide range of smart devices that can communicate with each other are connected through it. Therefore, it is essential to protect multimedia data, especially images with an encryption approach that offers a sufficient degree of security in military applications. Hence, this paper introduces an effective scheme for image encryption and decoding relying on Arnold's transformation DNA coding. It proposes a new pseudo-random number generation PRNG using the Sine-Logistic map and Duffing map called SLDM. The encryption method involves three phases: 1- Key generation and PRNG. 2- confusion phase using the Arnold transformation method. 3- diffusion using DNA rules and operations. The results based on the USC-SIPI dataset, show that the suggested scheme is sufficiently resistant to every kind of attack. Furthermore, the suggested method yields NPCR scores of around 99.62% and UACI scores of approximately 33.48%. Due to its low complexity, it has a great deal of potential for safe and real-time picture applications. © 2024 IEEE.

Cancer detection and predetection are being highly researched and studied recently due to the high density spread of this disease. It occurs when abnormal cells divide continuously without limitation where it can spread randomly to different parts of the body. Different types of cancer are recorded targeting the blood, lungs, bones, liver, and many other organs. People with cancer have similar symptoms such as lumps, abnormal bleeding, eating problems, fatigue, weight loss, and some more severe issues. Breast Cancer, which will be addressed in this work, is a type of cancer that hits women in general. It is dangerous especially when cells around the breast area overgrow and cause lumps on the breasts. In order to pre-detect and try to avoid breast cancer., it's important to perform annual mammography check. This work is aimed to create a classification system that uses neural network algorithms to conclude whether a certain tumor is a malignant or a benign tumor. Back Propagation algorithm as well as supervised learning were used and tested with highly satisfying successful classification.

As corona virus disease(COVID-19)is still an ongoing global outbreak,countries around the world continue to take precautions and measures to control the spread of the *** of the excessive number of infected patients and the resulting deficiency of testing kits in hospitals,a rapid,reliable,and automatic detection of COVID-19 is in extreme need to curb the number of *** analyzing the COVID-19 chest X-ray images,a novel metaheuristic approach is proposed based on hybrid dipper throated and particle swarm *** lung region was segmented from the original chest X-ray images and augmented using various transformation ***,the augmented images were fed into the VGG19 deep network for feature *** the other hand,a feature selection method is proposed to select the most significant features that can boost the classification ***,the selected features were input into an optimized neural network for *** neural network is optimized using the proposed hybrid *** experimental results showed that the proposed method achieved 99.88%accuracy,outperforming the existing COVID-19 detection *** addition,a deep statistical analysis is performed to study the performance and stability of the proposed *** results confirm the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approach.

Predicting the onset of diabetes at an early stage might greatly mitigate the disease's devastating effects;the condition is currently incurable and results from chronically elevated blood sugar levels. Predicting the onset of diabetes has been the focus of current efforts within the deep learning community, building on decades of prior study. Nowadays, diabetes is a common and unfortunately incurable health problem. People can't give their health the attention it needs because of their busy schedules. The food we eat is broken down into glucose, which is then released into our bloodstream. When blood sugar levels are too high, the pancreas secretes a hormone called insulin. A key function of insulin is to facilitate the uptake of glucose by cells for energy production. Identifying diabetes at an early stage can greatly improve the chances of leading a sustainable life. A fruitful way would be to use machine learning algorithms, which can improve themselves with future predictions after being taught and tested with massive amounts of data. This study presents AI-based Diabetes Prediction (AIDP), a model that explores diabetes data to make better predictions about the illness, with the severity of the condition in mind. The suggested rationale is tested against the traditional K-Nearest Neighbor (kNN) learning paradigm to see how well it works. Results from the planned study demonstrate that the model can accurately forecast the onset of diabetes, if not better. When compared to another deep learning method known as kNN, our results reveal that the suggested AIDP attained superior accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

Energy management issues in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are an important research topic because they are widely used to monitor a variety of physical conditions. Though several analytical methods are available, it is still challenging to make a precise model to forecast energy utilization due to the prompting parameters' difficulty. It is critical for an energy manager to accurately predict energy consumption in order to make sound decisions and achieve energy utilization. The dimensionality reduction and efficient feature selection process in WSN is challenging. In many real-time situations, machine learning methods such as Support Vector Regression (SVR) provide greater accuracy. This paper proposes a Support Vector Regression (SVR) model for forecasting the processing energy utilization in WSN. The SVR system maps the input variables to high dimensional feature space and discovers the nonlinear connection between the input and output by reducing the data load. Furthermore, the Boruta algorithm is used to select the feature and improve the forecasting accuracy. The experimental outcomes demonstrate the FSVR method enhances the accuracy and minimizes the processing energy utilization in the WSN. © 2023 IEEE.

IoT for smart microgrids is an innovative disruption at the cutting edge of energy management, relying on interconnectedness provided by smart sensors and devices to enhance power generation and distribution precision in metropolitan areas. The problems of the real-time operational capabilities required for efficient energy resource management thus progress, inhibit rapid control and management. The main goal of this research proposal consists of to use of the advanced technology of 5G NR Sidelink combined with MQTT to conduct a revolutionary communication system of Microgrid running through the IoT devices. The 5G NR (New Radio) Sidelink enables direct D2D communication, which leads to a dramatic lowering of the latency in the absence of traditional network infrastructures for communication, while the MQTT protocol improves the communication efficiency among networks of numerous IoT devices. The introduction of this system was followed by a 15% decrease in energy transmission losses and by 20% improvement in response times in comparison to conventional models specified in the quantitative evaluation thus increasing operational efficiency by far. These efficiencies not only reduce operating expenses and power consumption but also increase the solution's scalability, pointing out the possibility of building the solution for bigger urban microgrid implementations. In consideration of that, the suggested mechanism with 5G NR Sidelink along with MQTT overcomes elaborate barriers of IoT-based microgrids and establishes a new potency in advanced energy management in smart cities which could make the distribution network in the urban areas on the edge of the verge of a change. © 2024 IEEE.

Remote sensing image classification is a popular yet challenging field. Many researchers have combined convolutional neural networks (CNNs) and Transformers for hyperspectral imaging (HSI) classification tasks. However, in traditional Transformers, shallow-level information does not propagate well to deeper layers, which can lead to spatial variations and overfitting. Moreover, traditional Transformer models use an external classification token (CLS token) that is randomly initialized and often struggles to generalize effectively. In this article, we combine the strengths of HSI and light detection and ranging (LiDAR) data, using LiDAR as an external CLS token, which significantly enhances classification accuracy and reliability. We propose a new multimodal cross-layer fusion transformer network (MCFTNet), integrating CNNs with the latest Transformer networks. It includes a CNN for extracting spatial features and a hybrid cross-patch attention mechanism for land cover classification, leveraging LiDAR data to generate CLS and HSI patch tokens. More importantly, to reduce the loss of valuable information during the layer-by-layer propagation, we designed cross-layer skip connections. Through adaptive learning, these cross-layer fusions help address the gradient vanishing problem in deep networks while preserving early-layer features. This enables the model to better integrate information from different layers, enhancing both its stability and performance. We carried out in-depth experiments on commonly used benchmark datasets, specifically, the University of Houston dataset, the Trento dataset, and the University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park dataset. We compared the results of the proposed MCFTNet model with those obtained from state-of-the-art Transformer models, classical CNNs, and traditional classifiers. As a result, the MCFTNet model outshones them all in terms of performance. © 2008-2012 IEEE.

Network management and multimedia data mining techniques have a great interest in analyzing and improving the network traffic *** recent times,the most complex task in Software Defined Network(SDN)is security,which is based on a centralized,programmable ***,monitoring network traffic is significant for identifying and revealing intrusion abnormalities in the SDN ***,this paper provides an extensive analysis and investigation of the NSL-KDD dataset using five different clustering algorithms:K-means,Farthest First,Canopy,Density-based algorithm,and Exception-maximization(EM),using the Waikato Environment for Knowledge Analysis(WEKA)software to compare extensively between these five ***,this paper presents an SDN-based intrusion detection system using a deep learning(DL)model with the KDD(Knowledge Discovery in Databases)***,the utilized dataset is clustered into normal and four major attack categories via the clustering ***,a deep learning method is projected for building an efficient SDN-based intrusion detection *** results provide a comprehensive analysis and a flawless reasonable study of different kinds of attacks incorporated in the KDD ***,the outcomes reveal that the proposed deep learning method provides efficient intrusion detection performance compared to existing *** example,the proposed method achieves a detection accuracy of 94.21%for the examined dataset.
