In or daily lives, maintaining the security of sensitive information has proven to be very difficult. communications sent frequently through a communication channel like the Internet may catch the attention of crackers and hackers, leading to possible attempts to decrypt and reveal the odd communications. With the development of digital communication, the Internet, and cloud-based storage, there is an increasing need for novel and effective methods for protecting the privacy and security of digital data. Steganogra-phy and cryptography are often used together as a solid privacy protection strategy. However, numerous studies on steganography have been established by various academics. Here, a text steganography method has been developed using quantum circuits and XOR-based symmetric cryptography. In this case, the quantum technique also includes boosting security. using a quantum gate truth table to map the logic allows for the embedding of cov-ert and hidden messages. Since text messages are generally regarded as being safe and not requiring further investigation, this technique offers an excel-lent data protection system. Steganography is an art form that can be used to transmit data securely through any form of open communication. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

Colonoscopy is the most important technique for detecting colorectal cancer and its precursors. High miss rates continue to be a problem, leaving many abnormalities undiscovered. Systems for computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) have been developed using machine learning techniques to increase the accuracy of colonoscopies. CAD systems can aid in the discovery and characterization of lesions by pointing out areas in the colon that may have gone unnoticed during endoscopic examinations. To analyze colonoscopy pictures, these systems employ several approaches, including feature extraction, image processing, and classification. The recent improvements in the natural language processing (NLP) field have made it possible to create extremely powerful models such as Generative Pre-trained Transformers (GPT), used for generating human-sounding, contextually relevant text. Nevertheless, these types of models often fail to convey the proper emotional fidelity that we need for human communication. We propose ECGText (Emotional Controlled Generation of Text), a new framework that implements GPT to respond Emotion-controlled prompt with the assistance of RoBERTa-based GoEmotions model for emotion recognition in order to mitigate this limitation. ECGText generates emotionally aligned text while maintaining coherence and the author's writing style. The model supports multiple languages and is designed for applications requiring emotionally intelligent text. We evaluated ECGText using various datasets, including Obama speeches, film reviews, and Rabindranath Tagore's works. The results demonstrate that ECGText achieves superior performance in text diversity, coherence, and emotional alignment compared to baseline models. This work represents a significant step toward developing emotionally intelligent AI systems, with potential applications in affective computing and human-AI interaction. © 2024 IEEE.

Autonomous vehicles (AVs) increasingly rely on vehicle-to-everything (V2X) networks for communication. However, due to the devices' heterogeneity, they are more susceptible to attacks like distributed denial of service (DDoS), resulting in packet loss and transmission delays. Existing solutions to these issues often create bottlenecks and lack post-attack recovery mechanisms. To solve these problems, this paper proposes RAPID-AV, an ML-based approach that uses programmable P4 switches for real-time detection and mitigation of DDoS attacks in AV networks. The proposed system uses a threefold strategy: collect traffic statistics from AV, use P4-based programmable packet processing for anomaly detection, and use majority voting to mitigate attacks. In our experiments, we found that the decision tree algorithm achieves an accuracy of 94.33% in distinguishing traffic from DDoS traffic. In addition, RAPID-AV demonstrated a nearly 10% reduction in CPU load during attacks and maintained consistent communication between AV and RSU. This approach can help improve AV network security while addressing the limitations of existing solutions. © 2024 IEEE.

Presently, with the quantity of data developing dramatically, the judicious utilization of large data has become the focal point of ventures to serve the future and settle on better choices. Utilizing Machine Leaning (ML) models to anticipate the sales of items and wares has become a rising area for analysts in present time. This article presents the XGBoost sales expectation model which consolidates XGBoost algorithm and careful element designing handling for anticipating Walmart's sales issue. The proposed technique can adequately mine credits of various measurements to make forecasts well. This article assesses the XGBoost sales estimation model on the sales data of Walmart stores datasets given by the Kaggle. It is possible to tell a lot about a person just by looking at their handwriting. The way someone writes might tell you a lot about who, they are as a person. There has been a lot of study on the possibility of deducing aspects of a person’s character from their handwriting. In this piece, we’ll look at the different personality qualities and how they might be utilized to make an evaluation. The report includes a dataset showing a correlation between several traits of personality. The Big Five Personality Traits are mapped using handwritten personality data. It was suggested that a comparison table should be used to spot distinctive character quirks. The article includes a review of previous studies and an assessment of the current status of the topic. Depression, a serious mental health condition, profoundly impacts various aspects of life and is increasingly observed among university students. The transition to university life, coupled with academic pressures, financial challenges, and social concerns, often exacerbates or triggers depression. Concerns about future uncertainties are closely linked to depression in this group. This study adopts a human-computer interaction (HCI) perspective to explore how interactive and reflective tasks can alleviate mental health challenges. We utilized the PHQ-9 depression scale, a widely used tool, to assess and analyze depression levels among undergraduate students at multiple universities in Bangladesh. Data was collected from participants twice, with a 14-day interval between assessments. A unique aspect of this study involved leveraging non-verbal communication through free-hand sketches on the theme of "Life Goals," paired with the NASA Task Load Index questionnaire to evaluate stress levels post-drawing activity. Students subsequently completed the PHQ-9 questionnaire. Our findings reveal that engaging in reflective, goal-oriented tasks designed within the framework of HCI systems significantly reduced both task load and depression levels among the students. This research underscores the importance of integrating HCI principles into the design of interactive systems to support mental well-being, providing a foundation for future applications targeting student populations. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Code-mixed language, characterized by the seamless blending of multiple languages, presents a formidable challenge for natural language understanding systems. In our work, we have propose a novel approach to address the complexities of code-mixed text comprehension by combining BiLSTM-BERT models with a multi-attention fusion mechanism. This paper proposes a novel approach for Code-mixed language joint intent classification and slot filling (JIC-SF) using a BiLSTM-BERT multi-attention model. The proposed model employs multi-attention mechanisms, including self-attention and cross-attention, to dynamically weigh the importance of different parts of the input text for JIC-SF. We evaluated our model on benchmark datasets: ATIS, SNIPs and Hind-English Code-mixed (HiEn-CMD) datasets. The results demonstrate that our approach outperforms the state-of-the-art models on benchmark datasets. Specifically, our model achieved an intent accuracy of 97.87% and a slot F1-score of 95.97% on the ATIS dataset, an intent accuracy of 98.86% and a slot F1-score of 96.25% on the SNIPs dataset, and intent accuracy of 84.24% and a slot F1-score of 82.68% on the HiEn-CMD dataset. Our proposed BiLSTM-BERT multi-attention model for JIC-SF provides a promising solution to improve the accuracy and efficiency of natural language understanding (NLU) systems, which can benefit various applications such as virtual assistants, chatbots, and customer service systems. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.
