The potential to improve healthcare services has drawn attention to the use of fuzzy logic and fog computing into electronic health records (EHRs). This study offers a thorough analysis of the research on Fog Computing (FC) enabled Fuzzy Logic c-based EHR systems. While fog computing allows for real-time data processing and decentralized storage near end users, fuzzy logic provides a reliable method for handling ambiguities in patient data, diagnoses, and decision-making. When combined, these technologies enhance data security, scalability, and system responsiveness. Diabetes is a complex and lifelong disease that happens to someone with high blood glucose or blood sugar. The cause of Diabetes can be genetics, being overweight, and inactivity is a cause of Diabetes. If Diabetes is not in control, the patient must go to the doctor for a long time. However, machine learning approaches can reduce it. Therefore, in this paper, this paper executed seven classifiers to detect Diabetes. The classifiers are Random Forest, XGBoost (Extreme Gradient Boosting), K Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine, Neural Network, Naïve Bayes, and MOEFC (Multi-Objective Evolutionary Fuzzy Classifier) with two algorithms NSGA-II and ENORA. This paper used those classifiers and tried to optimize the accuracy. For optimization, this paper used some feature selection techniques. This paper used filter selection, wrapper, and recursive feature elimination approaches. Using the SVM classifier, this paper implemented cross-validation, which is k-fold, and got the highest accuracy of 77.6% using the SVM classifier. The features have been sorted according to their importance using the filter approach. This work achieved the highest accuracy of 79.87% from the filter approach using the SVM classifier. Also, it got the highest accuracy of 77.52% from the SVM classifier's wrapper approach. Then, by applying the recursive feature elimination approach, the research got the highest accuracy of 79.87% using the SVM classifier. Then, by applying MOEFC, the research got the highest accuracy of 83.043%. This work got the highest accuracy among all the processes by executing the MOEFC classifier, 83.043%, with four out of nine features using the genetic search approach of feature selection. This paper has been compared with some existing methods and is more accurate.

One common mental health condition that can seriously impair daily functioning is panic disorder. It is a type of anxiety disorder characterized by frequent, unplanned panic attacks. Effective treatment requires early and precise detection. With objective, data-driven methods, machine learning (ML) presents a promising way to improve panic disorder detection in early stages and supports broader public health initiatives aimed at mental health awareness and treatment accessibility. This study presents an efficient machine learning framework designed to enhance panic disorder detection by reducing the false negative rate (FNR) through the integration of Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE). The proposal employs four ML algoithms including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, K-nearest Neighbor and Decision Tree ensuring that the model is trained effectively on minority class instances using SMOTE. Our results demonstrate a significant reduction in FNR, facilitating earlier detection and timely intervention for patients. We achieved around 71%-92% reduction in the false negative rate, leading to a substantial enhancement in the overall diagnostic performance of the model including precision upto 34%, recall upto 91%, f1-score upto 81% for different ML algorithms. Thus, the importance of this research lies in enhancing diagnostic performance and improving patient outcomes, facilitating a more effective and empathetic approach to mental health diagnosis.

Some of them use social media as a method of education which doesn’t help them a lot and sometimes fails in serving its purpose of providing quality functioning. From the perspective of Bangladesh, there are many kinds of people here. So, their point of view and essential requirements also differ from one another. So, there should exist a convenient and effective online educational platform or software. Its primary concern could be serving people from all walks of life in a simple, not very difficult, and uncomplicated way. This study has come up with the concept of integrating Learning Management System(LMS) features into social media platforms which means social media like Facebook, YouTube, etc. There will be an option for studying purposes. It will be very beneficial not only to the students but also to the teachers who are in search of a superior online education platform.
