Since its inception a century ago, HRM has seen significant changes in both theory and practice, with the most notable changes occurring during the past two decades. As a result of a number of factors, both internal and external to the organization, human resource management is no longer seen as merely a maintenance function with minimal financial impact;instead, it is seen by many in the academic and professional communities as the source of sustained competitive advantage in today's global economy. The first stages of the proposed method include preprocessing, feature selection, and model training. It is crucial to apply pre-processing and representation to text input before feeding it to classifiers in order to optimize the performance of machine learning models. Data mining and knowledge -based authentication rely heavily on feature selection. LDA-BERT models are then trained after feature selection has taken place. The proposed method outperforms LDA and BERT, two widely used alternatives. Using the offered method, the system was able to obtain a maximum accuracy of 96.31%. © 2024 IEEE.

5G communication systems provide an end-to-end wireless connection to billions of users and devices across the globe. The quality of signals received during radio communication is notably influenced by the behavior of the radio propagation channel. A major parameter used in characterizing this channel is the Path Loss Exponent (PLE). Several works that have estimated and analyzed the PLE mostly considered the effect of distance and carrier frequency. However, the effect of base station antenna height and channel bandwidth on the PLE for 5G networks have not been adequately considered. To address this, the impact of antenna height of base station and channel bandwidth on the PLE within the 5G Frequency Range 1 (FR1) frequencies was investigated in this study, specifically at 800, 3500, and 5900 MHz. The licensed EDX Signal Pro software® with Cirrus high resolution global terrain and clutter data base was utilized to model, simulate and analyze the PLE for Kano City, Nigeria. Results showed that for the tested frequencies, an increase in either base station height or channel bandwidth leads to a significant reduction in the PLE. This study can be utilized by network planning engineers and the wireless research community to further improve network implementation and optimization toward understanding the behavior of signal propagation in 5G networks and beyond. © 2023 IEEE.

The stable network has now become a prerequisite for every relationship. The security hazards are expanding and rendering wired/remote organizations and Internet providers fast, shaky and problematic. Today, safety efforts are all the more important in meeting the cutting edge demands of current emerging businesses. The need is also discussed in areas such as guards, where the key points of concern are safe and checked admission of properties identified with data security. In this paper, the author described the important measures and limits for the establishment of a secure organization with regard to enormous industry / authoritative needs. In providing remote organization access to different assets and interfacing various gadgets remotely, Wi-Fi networks are extremely basic. To deal with Wi-Fi hazards and organizational hacking attempts, different prerequisites are required. This article discusses important protection efforts identified with different organizational conditions, so that an association may be set up with a fully assured organizational environment. We propose a dual-stream, semi-supervised, attention-based approach that employs feature fusion of RGB and Laser Range Finder (LRF) modalities. Our method lever-ages the strength of two powerful transformer-based networks, i.e. Vision Transformer (ViT) and SegFormer, along with LRF information, to adequately predict whether the scene encountered in the image is safe for a robot to traverse. Towards this effort, we introduce an automated labelling system profiting from the combination of raw velocity readings and laser scanning information. Moreover, we show that overall GOINO-GO detection is enhanced by fusing RGB and laser modalities. Feature fusion is achieved through the employment of a Multi-Head Self-Attention (MHSA) module. Through cross-domain validation, we show that the proposed traversability estimation method can achieve decent amounts of transferability even with limited amount of training data.

This study proposes a method that can easily grasp the relationship between the actual machine and the graphs. In recent years, there has been a lot of research on augmented reality displays. The fields of research range from education to welfare. In the development of control systems, when evaluating the performance of a system by simulation or experiment, the results are often checked as graphs. Since the graphs are checked on a PC using CAD or other means, it is difficult to know which part of the actual machine each graph corresponds to. Therefore, we developed a tool that displays graphs in augmented reality around the actual machine through a camera on a mobile terminal. To display graphs in augmented reality, it is important to obtain the coordinates of the actual machine and display them in a location associated with the device. Therefore, a USD model with the same shape and size as the actual machine is used. This is achieved by displaying the USD model in augmented reality so that it is superimposed on the actual machine. The accuracy of the tool was also examined and its usefulness was evaluated.

Smart Grids (SG) rely on Home Area Networks (HAN) and Neighborhood Area Networks (NAN) to ensure efficient power distribution, real-time monitoring, and seamless communication between smart devices. Despite these advantages, the use of public communication channels in HAN and NAN networks introduces critical challenges, such as vulnerability to impersonation, physical tampering, and scalability issues in resource-constrained environments. These issues compromise the stability, reliability, and security of SG environments. Existing protocols often fail to adequately address these challenges, particularly in ensuring resistance to physical tampering of supply lines and impersonation attacks. Additionally, they struggle to minimize the computation, communication, and energy costs associated with securing a resource-constrained SG environment. Therefore, we propose a robust key exchange and tamper-resistant protocol for HAN and NAN networks to address these limitations. The proposed protocol leverages the Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) mechanism to offer physical tampering resistance to smart meters. We validate our protocol formally using the Random or Real (RoR) model, which confirms its security robustness. Additionally, our informal security analysis highlights the protocol's resilience against impersonation, physical tampering attacks, etc. We analyze and compare the performance of the proposed protocol, which further demonstrates our protocol's effectiveness and security compared to competing protocols. Moreover, the proposed protocol achieves resource efficiency with 45.99% and 58.85% substantial reductions in computation overhead and energy overhead, respectively, compared to competing protocols. These results showcase the protocol's enhanced security and practicality for resource-constrained SG environments. © 2014 IEEE.

This study aims to build live texturing augmented reality to enhance the attractiveness of coloring books. This research has four main stages, namely data gathering, object preparations, software development and evaluations. This study uses UNITY 3D in building a Live Texturing Augmented Reality System. The AR method used is the Marker method. Users can color the marker. The 3D object will follow the color given to the marker in real time. This system is expected to increase children's attraction to coloring. It is hoped that children's understanding of color can also be improved. Furthermore, this system is expected to help children in deciding on color selection so that children's creativity is getting better.

This research explores the effects of incorporating Internet of Things (loT) enabled mobile wireless communication networks into online education higher learning environments. The research provides a detailed view of certain key performance metrics that are essential in enhancing network performance, resource utilization, security and operational efficiency. Results show that its integration increases network performance with a delay of 25.3 ms, a throughput of up to120 Mbps and only losses by packet at rate0.5%. The performance benchmarks guarantee fast, high-speed data delivery important for real-time communications and multimedia content distribution during studying sessions. Regarding resource utilization, 75% of the bandwidth available successfully serves many users simultaneously for a congestion-free multiple access. On the academic side of things, Educational loT Solutions also shows that device utilization efficiency reports up to 85%, which is a great number and this gives an idea on how good devices are well utilized in education. Strong security and privacy measures secure student and institutional data - including 256-bit encryption capabilities. Operational efficiency metrics present a system uptime of 99.8%, which assures the unbroken availability periods for online learning platforms, and maintenance downtime reduces to only 2.5 hours (evidencing an efficient tech issue-fixing framework). This research provides an overall picture regarding how those advanced technologies help online education management and effectiveness in general which as a result promotes resilience, accessibility and engagement in learning from both students' perspective and educators.
