Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have garnered significant attention from the research community during the last decade, due to their diverse capabilities and potential applications. One of the most critical functions that drones must execute efficiently is navigation in real-world environments. This paper presents a decentralized approach for enabling unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to navigate safely in unknown environments and avoid obstacles. Leveraging the Optimal Reciprocal Collision Avoidance (ORCA) algorithm, implemented in the Robot Operating System (ROS), our method facilitates conflict detection and resolution in 2D environments. Through simulations using ROS, Gazebo, and Iris drones, we validate the effectiveness of our approach in scenarios with initial trajectory conflicts. Our work addresses the pressing need for UAVs to autonomously plan and execute safe flights, laying the groundwork for enhanced UAV capabilities in various real-world applications. The simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and robustness of our approach.

File labeling techniques have a long history in analyzing the anthological trends in computational *** situation becomes worse in the case of files downloaded into systems from the ***,most users either have to change file names manually or leave a meaningless name of the files,which increases the time to search required files and results in redundancy and duplications of user ***,no significant work is done on automated file labeling during the organization of heterogeneous user files.A few attempts have been made in topic ***,one major drawback of current topic modeling approaches is better *** rely on specific language types and domain similarity of the *** this research,machine learning approaches have been employed to analyze and extract the information from heterogeneous corpus.A different file labeling technique has also been used to get the meaningful and`cohesive topic of the *** results show that the proposed methodology can generate relevant and context-sensitive names for heterogeneous data files and provide additional insight into automated file labeling in operating systems.

All the domestic loads in the kitchen are powered by AC supply. Usages of domestic loads are drastically increasing each day and the power needs are also increasing, but generation of power is not sufficient to meet the demand. Because of the non-availability of the fuel and coal, the world focuses on generating power from renewable energy resources. Renewable energy in general and Photovoltaic (PV) in particular are generating DC supply. Hence, PV cannot be directly used, because our domestic loads are AC. DC to AC convertion causes losses and the efficiency is reduced. This system is proposed which comprises a PV generator, a Permanent Magnet Direct Current motor for driving a dough maker smart system for automated motion which can be controlled by any Smart phone. The main part of our system architecture has a micro-controller Atmega328P which drives the various directions of the dc motor for forward and reverse motion of the dough maker. Also, the proposed system is analyzed to obtain the performance ratio and average efficiencies for total system. Further, obtaining the optimum PV array size based on the Life Cycle Cost analysis for the dough maker is presented. The complete operation and implementation of this scheme is also shown and steady state results are presented. © 2023 IEEE.

We apply an information-theoretic perspective to reconsider generative document retrieval (GDR), in which a document x ∈ Χ is indexed by t ∈ Τ, and a neural autoregressive model is trained to map queries Q to Τ. GDR can be considered to involve information transmission from documents X to queries Q, with the requirement to transmit more bits via the indexes Τ. By applying Shannon's rate-distortion theory, the optimality of indexing can be analyzed in terms of the mutual information, and the design of the indexes Τ can then be regarded as a bottleneck in GDR. After reformulating GDR from this perspective, we empirically quantify the bottleneck underlying GDR. Finally, using the NQ320K and MARCO datasets, we evaluate our proposed bottleneck-minimal indexing method in comparison with various previous indexing methods, and we show that it outperforms those methods.

The advent of the Internet has significantly stream-lined daily tasks through the rapid increase of online services. Everyday activities, such as purchasing goods and scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals, have become more speedy, efficient and user-friendly with the integration of the Internet. The continuous improvement of online services has led to many people moving towards digital activities. As a result, it has heightened the recording of personal and payment transaction data across various storage mediums, including databases and log files. The protection and regulation of this sensitive data are imperative, aligning with the guidelines outlined in GDPR and PCI-DSS compliances. Recognizing exposed personal data poses a considerable challenge. This research introduces a novel approach to identifying payment card industry data (PCI) and personally identifiable information (PII). The research project proposes a machine learning-based text classification model utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to discern PII and PCI data within a given text. The CNN model has been constructed and compared against Naive Bayes, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) models. The CNN model achieved the highest accuracy at 0.96 (96%). Additionally, the F1 scores for each class were significant, with PII scoring 0.94, PCI scoring 0.95, and Normal scoring 0.99. Following the model's construction and training, it was employed with the saved tokenizer's word indexes and label encoders in the developed classification tool. This tool successfully delivered the promised results, identifying exposed PII and PCI data.

Web services have significantly expanded and become a key enabling technology for online data, application and resource sharing. Designing new methods for efficient and reliable web service recommendation has been of tremendous importance with the growing usage and prominence of web services. It would be ideal for a system to suggest online services that are in line with consumers’ preferences without requesting specific query information from them. Quality of Service (QoS) is vital for characterising non-functional aspects of Web services as they become more prevalent and widely used on the World Wide Web. The KnowSOntoWSR framework, which is built on a knowledge-driven and semantically inclined model that adheres to QoS ontology, is proposed in this research. AWS and WebSphere are employed as knowledge tags, and the powerful machine learning classifier XGBoost is applied. The features and recommendations are computed using the Twitter semantic similarity. The proposed framework outperforms the baseline models’ estimates with an accuracy of 95.94% and average F-measure of 95.93%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Cloud-based storage service has emerged as a promising alternative to managing local storage, offering users additional features, such as storage, backup, and restoration of various resources, including software, applications, and sensitive private information, within a virtual database, while ensuring data confidentiality and security. However, the widespread use of cloud services by individuals and organisations raises concerns regarding user accessibility and data security due to increasing social threats and adversarial attacks. Searchable encryption (SE) has been introduced to address these issues, providing a secure environment for a convenient and effective way of data searching and sharing. SE models have been advanced by integrating blockchain functionalities to tackle certain existing vulnerabilities and enhance user accessibility, data privacy, and integrity. This survey work explores various research works on SE techniques leveraging cloud and blockchain functionalities, discussing and categorizing the diverse approaches based on different criteria. This study also discusses the different enhancements made to SE techniques over the years, including the underlying requirements that led to the inclusion of blockchain functionalities. Moreover, this study provides a comparative analysis of existing survey works done in this area, which highlights a lack of recent literature surveys that thoroughly explore blockchain-based public key encryption with keyword search (PEKS) schemes. Particularly, we delve into the technical aspects of PEKS by classifying, analyzing and comparing different functionalities based on various aspects. The survey concludes with a comparative analysis of existing PEKS solutions and a discussion on identified research gaps, aiming to improve future research on PEKS approaches in this emerging field.

With the advancement of intelligent media, it is becoming much easier to control and adjust progressed video without leaving any visual snippets of data. Since video pressure is so prevalent in modern accounts, the use of deblocking systems to conceal the video adjusting may be a viable alternative. Modified JPEG (MJPEG) is a well-known video format in which each video outline or wound around the field of an electronicvideo gatheringis squeezed independently as a JPEG image. The change may use strong sight and sound deblocking techniques to cover the video changing follows by isolating the MJPEG video into JPEG picture follows. This research study proposes a novel approach to perceive deblocking, which can consequently learn portrayals that are dependent upon a critical learning structure. Initially Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) is trained based on the available datasets to become familiar with the features of deblocking techniques.. Some parts of the images are eliminated with the RNN by applying a proper assessed sliding-window to review the entire image. In order to secure the final discriminative component, a close-by pooling technique is used to set the created image representation.

The discovery and identification of molecules in biological and environmental samples is crucial for advancing biomedical and chemical sciences. Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) is the leading technique for high-throughput elucidation of molecular structures. However, decoding a molecular structure from its mass spectrum is exceptionally challenging, even when performed by human experts. As a result, the vast majority of acquired MS/MS spectra remain uninterpreted, thereby limiting our understanding of the underlying (bio)chemical processes. Despite decades of progress in machine learning applications for predicting molecular structures from MS/MS spectra, the development of new methods is severely hindered by the lack of standard datasets and evaluation protocols. To address this problem, we propose MassSpecGym - the first comprehensive benchmark for the discovery and identification of molecules from MS/MS data. Our benchmark comprises the largest publicly available collection of high-quality labeled MS/MS spectra and defines three MS/MS annotation challenges: de novo molecular structure generation, molecule retrieval, and spectrum simulation. It includes new evaluation metrics and a generalization-demanding data split, therefore standardizing the MS/MS annotation tasks and rendering the problem accessible to the broad machine learning community.
