This paper introduces XMeta-OS, a meta-operating system specially designed with Linux as its foundation to unify and optimize resource management for the distributed edge-cloud when dynamic use of GPU resources is possible. This approach offer a new GPU abstraction layer and dynamic edge-cloud allocation model that offer enhanced flexibility and resource utilization over existing systems like Kubernetes and OpenStack. By using likely sensitive data, the model applied cloud-pushed deployment model. XMeta-OS manages computer resources in real-time. Therefore, fulfilling high performance various needs. It allocates CPU and GPU in real-time to workloads requiring massive parallel processing, such as machine learning, scientific simulations, real-time data analytics, and transportation tasks. Fabrication in the laboratory of an edge-cloud environment can help to assess the scalability, fault tolerance and efficiency of the system. It showcases the overall architectural design of XMeta-OS. Changes to the kernel and security solutions for safe and effective distribution are suggested. This article presents the design of the XMeta-OS. The future of XMeta-OS entails usage and testing with which we see latency, energy, computation and other such measurements in labs. XMeta-OS is a solution to cost performance, emerging application, large-scale edge-cloud deployments, and distributed GPU-enabled infrastructures. KDTL: knowledge-distilled transfer learning framework for diagnosing mental disorders using EEG spectrograms

Electroencephalography (EEG) is a well-known modality in neuroscience and is widely used in identifying and classifying neurological disorders. This paper investigates how EEG data can be used along with knowledge distillation-based deep learning models to detect mental disorders like epilepsy and sleep disorders. The EEG signals are converted into time–frequency plots using short-time Fourier transforms. Further, we propose a novel methodology for using knowledge distillation-based transfer learning (KDTL). Knowledge distillation is becoming quite prevalent in the machine learning field and is associated with various applications in our work;we propose its use in the detection of mental disorders from EEG spectrograms. We convert the EEGs using short-term Fourier transform to obtain time–frequency representation and apply teacher-student by first training a large teacher model and use knowledge distillation to train a student model. In our experiments, we found that ConvNext teacher and MobileNet student combination obtained better results. Our proposed KDTL approach is tested on two datasets with multiple cases, namely the Bonn and ISRUC datasets and obtain 98% and 95% accuracies, respectively. Further experimental results show that the overall KDTL methodology can obtain high classification accuracy across both datasets in binary and multiclass classifications and proves to be better than multiple prior works. Further, our KDTL approach provides a way to train lightweight models which have a smaller number of trainable parameters and thereby constitute lower training time overall. Our proposed KDTL-based approach obtained accurate results in diagnosing mental disorders from EEG spectrograms. Compared to other related methods, KDTL outperformed across tasks with obtained good results in both binary and multiclass classifications. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag London Ltd., part of Springer Nature 2024.

Quantum computing is progressing at a fast rate and there is a real threat that classical cryptographic methods can be compromised and therefore impact the security of blockchain networks. All of the ways used to secure blockchain like Rivest–Shamir–Adleman (RSA), Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Secure Hash Algorithm 256-bit (SHA256) are the characteristic of the traditional cryptographic techniques vulnerable to attack by quantum algorithms: Shor’s and Grover’s algorithms: can efficiently break asymmetric encryption and speed up brute force attacks. Because of this vulnerability, there exists a need to develop an advance quantum resilient blockchain framework to protect the decentralized ledgers from the future threats of the quantum. This research proposes Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) and Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG) as a formidable architectural integration, to fortify security of blockchain. Classical encryption is replaced with PQC, QKD with secure key exchange by detecting eavesdropping, and QRNG with improving cryptographic randomness to remove the predictable key vulnerability. Only with a small loss of transaction efficiency, we increase transaction encryption accuracy, key exchange security, and resistance to quantum attacks. In this quantum enhanced blockchain design, the idea is to preserve the decentralization, transparency and security and at the same time overcome the future quantum threat. By going through rigorous analysis and comparative evaluation, we demonstrate that the approach saves blockchain networks from the emerging quantum risks to make sure that the decentralized finance, smart contracts and cross chain transactions. © (2025), (Science and Information Organization). Major challenges are observed when autonomous drones fly in the complex, changeable environment such as wind zones regarding accurate path planning, avoiding the object, and completing tasks. Lack of flexibility in different situations reduces the reliability of conventional models in real time. To overcome these difficulties the Savitzky-Golay Denoising CSWin Quantum Generative Adversarial Network with Emperor Penguin Optimizer known as SGDCQGANNet-EPO was developed. The RGB data and GPS-estimated wind forces in this model undergo Savitzky-Golay Denoising;this model does not rely on global data, only RGB camera data and GPS data. Recently a CSWin transformer (CSWin-T) makes feature extraction and obstacles detection as well as wind angle, wind speed and wind position identification easier. Quantum Generative Adversarial Networks (QGANet) are then used for optimized path planning, and the model is enhanced by the Emperor Penguin Optimizer (EPO) to fine tune the generator and discriminator loss functions. More accurate compared to current approaches in accuracy and efficiency, the model achieves an accuracy of 99.28%, a low RMSE of 0.38, a recall of 99.25%, and EVA of 0.95. In Confidence using this new technique, the free roaming and self-organizing drone maneuvers in complex environments achieved remarkable results. © 2025 IEEE.

The real-time identification of medicinal plants holds substantial significance in various domains such as ethno botany, pharmaceuticals, and traditional medicine. This paper proposes an innovative approach that leverages deep learning techniques to achieve swift and accurate identification of medicinal plant species. Traditional methods of plant identification are often time-consuming and require specialized botanical expertise. In contrast, our proposed DL-based system harnesses the power of computer vision and pattern recognition to instantly recognize medicinal plants directly from visual input, such as images of leaves, flowers, or whole plants. It employs deep learning architectures that enable the model to automatically learn distinctive features and patterns unique to each plant species. This research introduces an intelligent vision-based system designed to recognize herb plants through the creation of an automated Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Cloud computing stands at the forefront of contemporary advancements in distributed computing, providing a range of data storage, including on-demand services, platform services, and network capabilities. Despite the compelling advantages, many enterprises exhibit hesitancy in embracing cloud services, primarily stemming from apprehensions about data security, given that the data are housed on servers belonging to the cloud service provider. Addressing this concern has prompted researchers worldwide to explore various avenues for fortifying and ensuring the security of data stored in cloud computing. Among these approaches, the bi-directional DNA encryption algorithm is gaining prominence as a notable contender. However, a notable limitation of the current methodology lies in its exclusive focus on the American Standard Code for Information Interchange character set, neglecting the broader scope of non-English users engaging with cloud computing. A semi-analytical finite element method(SAFEM),based on the two-scale asymptotic homogenization method(AHM)and the finite element method(FEM),is implemented to obtain the effective properties of two-phase fiber-reinforced composites(FRCs).The fibers are periodically distributed and unidirectionally aligned in a homogeneous *** framework addresses the static linear elastic micropolar problem through partial differential equations,subject to boundary conditions and perfect interface contact *** mathematical formulation of the local problems and the effective coefficients are presented by the *** local problems obtained from the AHM are solved by the FEM,which is denoted as the *** numerical results are provided,and the accuracy of the solutions is analyzed,indicating that the formulas and results obtained with the SAFEM may serve as the reference points for validating the outcomes of experimental and numerical computations.

The escalating integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various domains, especially Project Management (PM), has brought to light the imperative need for inclusivity in AI systems. This paper investigates the role of AI software in augmenting both the inclusiveness and efficiency within the realm of PM. The research pivots around specific criteria that define and measure the inclusiveness of AI in PM, highlighting how AI, when developed with inclusiveness in mind, can significantly enhance project outcomes. However, there are inherent challenges in achieving this inclusiveness, primarily due to biases embedded in AI learning databases and the design and development processes of AI systems. The study offers a comprehensive examination of AI's potential to revolutionize PM by enabling managers to concentrate more on people-centric aspects of their work. This is achieved through AI's ability to perform tasks such as data collection, reporting, and predictive analysis more consistently and efficiently than human counterparts. However, the incorporation of AI in PM extends beyond mere efficiency;it represents a paradigm shift in the epistemology of PM, calling for a deeper understanding of AI's role and impact on society. Despite these advantages, the adoption of AI comes with significant challenges, particularly in terms of bias and inclusiveness. Biased AI learning databases, which use shared and reusable datasets, often perpetuate initially discriminatory algorithms. Moreover, unconscious biases and stereotypes of AI designers, developers, and trainers can inadvertently influence the behavior of the AI systems they create. This necessitates a paradigmatic shift in how AI systems are developed and governed to ensure they do not replicate or exacerbate existing social inequalities. The research proposes a methodological approach involving the development of criteria for inclusion and exclusion, alongside data extraction, to evaluate the inclusiveness and efficienc
