User-centric data sharing is essential to encourage citizens'active participation in the digital *** key to smart cities,a form of the digital economy,is the promotion of public use of citizen ***,it is not easy to utilize data without citizens’*** this study,we took a technological approach to these *** access(UMA)is a well-known framework for delegating resource access rights to others on the *** UMA,authorization mechanisms are designed to be centralized so that resource owners can centrally manage access rights for various resources stored in different ***,the lack of transparency in the authorization mechanism is a barrier to its implementation in large-scale systems such as smart *** this study,we developed a blockchain-based cross-domain authorization architecture that enables a resource-sharing ecosystem in which organizations that wish to utilize data can freely trade with each *** proposed architecture solves the transparency problem that conventional authorization systems have had by designing the authorization mechanism on blockchain *** implemented the proposed architecture as smart contracts and evaluated its processing *** resultant time required for delegating access rights and accessing resources was less than 500 ***,we found that the fluctuation in the processing time overhead was *** on these results,we concluded that performance degradation with the proposed architecture is minor.

The data collected from all the States and Union Territories has been compiled in the Publication, according to the ministry of road transport and roads transport research wing. The total number of accident-related deaths in 2018 was 1,51,417, which is a 2.3 percent increase over 2017. Around 85% of accident-related deaths occur in the 18-60 age range, which is the most productive. Road traffic fatalities not only inflict the relatives of the victims considerable emotional suffering, but they also cost the nation a lot of money. In this data maximum hazard happens due to delayed response of family and friends as they are unknown of the situation of the sight of the accident. Also, several cases remain unreported. Our objective is to reduce this number to make our nation strong and prosper. In this current research we are committed to creating a social network where road accidents can be reported quickly to family and friends, so the delayed response can be reduced. The practice of associating a person with a picture has become increasingly common thanks to the media. However, it is less resistant to retinal and fingerprint scanning. The face detection and recognition module created for the current research is described in this paper. Face detection will be performed using Haar-Cascades, while face identification will be performed using Eigenfaces, Fisher faces, and local binary pattern histograms. © 2023 IEEE.

In the ever-changing realm of identity management, the incorporation of privacy-preserving technologies has become increasingly vital. Despite significant advancements in identity management systems and access control mechanisms designed to protect user data in accordance with recent GDPR guidelines, their implementation faces challenges due to complexity and non-compliance with existing identity management standards. Furthermore, the absence of user-friendly interfaces in these systems hinders widespread adoption, highlighting a critical flaw in their design and usability. In this paper, we present a use-case scenario for postgraduate and doctoral applications that utilize a highly efficient, scalable, and user-friendly identity management system that gives formal security, and privacy guarantees to all parties. The goal is to enhance the user experience and promote the adoption of best practices in the field. This system empowers users by allowing them to control their digital identities through secure, decentralized storage of verifiable credentials on their mobile devices. Smart healthcare aims to revolutionize med-ical services by integrating artificial intelligence (AI). The limitations of classical machine learning include privacy concerns that prevent direct data sharing among medical institutions, untimely updates, and long training times. To address these issues, this study proposes a digital twin-assisted quantum federated learning algorithm (DTQFL). By leveraging the 5G mobile network, digital twins (DT) of patients can be created instantly using data from various Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) devices and simultane-ously reduce communication time in federated learning (FL) at the same time. DTQFL generates DT for patients with specific diseases, allowing for synchronous training and updating of the variational quantum neural network (VQNN) without disrupting the VQNN in the real world. This study utilized DTQFL to train its own personalized VQNN for each hospital, considering privacy security and training speed. Simultaneously, the personalized VQNN of each hospital was obtained through further local iterations of the final global parameters. The results indicate that DTQFL can train a good VQNN without collecting local data while achieving accuracy comparable to that of data-centralized algorithms. In addition, after personalized train-ing, the VQNN can achieve higher accuracy than that with-out personalized training. IEEE

With the gradual development in industrialization, the advent of computer and information technology has evolved in the field of engineering and construction industry. BIM technology has become a valuable part of prefabricated concrete engineering with the advancement of modern technology based on 3D modeling simulation. In order to realize the industrialization and automation of prefabricated concrete structures, this paper analyzes the characteristics of fabricated concrete structure and BIM, combining the two techniques. This work applies BIM to fabricated concrete design and chooses finite element analysis and calculation software ETABS to analyze the structure model. The results show that the mass participation ratio of the model studied in this paper reaches more than 90%, the interlayer displacement angle is less than 1/550, and the modal and shell internal force analysis results meet the requirements. In this paper, modal analysis, shell internal force analysis under live load and structural dynamic analysis under response spectrum load conditions were carried out on the ETABS model converted from the Revit model and the model directly established by ETABS. The ETABS model converted from the Revit model by the data interface plug-in can be used for structural analysis. © 2023, CAD Solutions, LLC. All rights reserved.

Biometric authentication systems have gained popularity as the necessity for secure individual identification has expanded. Iris, hand geometry, fingerprints, retina, vein patterns on the fingers and palms, and voice patterns are all common biometric features. Biometric recognition systems based on finger-veins are becoming more common due to their numerous advantages, including low danger of duplication or fraud, minimum invasiveness, and excellent identification accuracy. Motivated by these advantages, our research looks into the subject of finger-vein authentication. Similar to identification, exploration of hidden patterns within data is essential for effective finger-vein recognition. The study employs two feature extraction approaches, the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) and the Gabor filter, as well as two machine learning models, the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) and the Support Vector Machine (SVM). Using finger-vein images from the SDUMLA HMT database, this study evaluates four distinct feature extraction and ML model combinations. The simulation results highlight the excellent accuracy of 97.72%, False Acceptance Rate (FAR) of 3.1%, and False Rejection Rate (FRR) of 1.41% attained by LBP with ANFIS. In addition to performance measurements, the study examines the amount of time required for each task. © 2024 IEEE.

Smart city-aspiring urban areas should have a number of necessary elements in place to achieve the intended *** controlling and management of traffic conditions,increased safety and surveillance,and enhanced incident avoidance and management should be top priorities in smart city *** the same time,Vehicle License Plate Number Recognition(VLPNR)has become a hot research topic,owing to several real-time applications like automated toll fee processing,traffic law enforcement,private space access control,and road traffic *** VLPNR is a computer vision-based technique which is employed in the recognition of automobiles based on vehicle number *** current research paper presents an effective Deep Learning(DL)-based VLPNR called DLVLPNR model to identify and recognize the alphanumeric characters present in license *** proposed model involves two main stages namely,license plate detection and Tesseract-based character *** detection of alphanumeric characters present in license plate takes place with the help of fast RCNN with Inception V2 ***,the characters in the detected number plate are extracted using Tesseract Optical Character Recognition(OCR)*** performance of DL-VLPNR model was tested in this paper using two benchmark databases,and the experimental outcome established the superior performance of the model compared to other methods.

Online Social Networks (OSNs) have become integral platforms for information sharing, attracting both legitimate users and spammers. Detecting and mitigating spam within these networks pose significant challenges due to the dynamic nature of content and user behavior. In this paper, we present a comprehensive comparative analysis of algorithms for tweet analysis, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) models. We evaluate these algorithms through sentiment analysis and multiple attribute analysis, utilizing diverse methodologies and datasets. Our study explores feed-forward neural networks, Bayesian classifiers, and transformer-based models for NLP tasks, achieving high prediction accuracy and insightful metrics such as precision, recall, and F1 score. Furthermore, we delve into multiple attribute analysis using Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and Gradient Boosting algorithms. Through a systematic exploration of various approaches, this work contributes to a deeper understanding of spam detection and sentiment analysis within the context of OSNs, paving the way for enhanced social network security and content analysis. © 2023 IEEE.

This study aims to build live texturing augmented reality to enhance the attractiveness of coloring books. This research has four main stages, namely data gathering, object preparations, software development and evaluations. This study uses UNITY 3D in building a Live Texturing Augmented Reality System. The AR method used is the Marker method. Users can color the marker. The 3D object will follow the color given to the marker in real time. This system is expected to increase children's attraction to coloring. It is hoped that children's understanding of color can also be improved. Furthermore, this system is expected to help children in deciding on color selection so that children's creativity is getting better. © 2023 IEEE.

Universities can employ information technology as one means of achieving their goals and objectives. Universities can get advantages from information technology, such as effective resource management and information management for decision-making. However, don't forget that the campus must consider what technology is appropriate to assist them achieve their goals, particularly in the current industrial era 4.0 where technology is available with many different choices. The campus requires an enterprise architecture in order to design, manage, and coordinate information technology infrastructure, applications, and processes strategically and thoroughly. The adoption of enterprise information system architecture (EA) is also intended to improve the quality of services provided to internal and external stakeholders. In this case, Enterprise Architecture can help an organization to match its information technology resources with business processes and strategies to achieve their goals. This research was conducted using TOGAF ADM, also known as the Open Group Architecture Framework Architecture Development Method. This method offers best practices for creating enterprise architecture and emphasizes several steps that include creating an architectural vision, information systems, business architecture modeling to help XYZ campus manage all their information technology. © 2023 IEEE.
