All the domestic loads in the kitchen are powered by AC supply. Usages of domestic loads are drastically increasing each day and the power needs are also increasing, but generation of power is not sufficient to meet the demand. Because of the non-availability of the fuel and coal, the world focuses on generating power from renewable energy resources. Renewable energy in general and Photovoltaic (PV) in particular are generating DC supply. Hence, PV cannot be directly used, because our domestic loads are AC. DC to AC convertion causes losses and the efficiency is reduced. This system is proposed which comprises a PV generator, a Permanent Magnet Direct Current motor for driving a dough maker smart system for automated motion which can be controlled by any Smart phone. The main part of our system architecture has a micro-controller Atmega328P which drives the various directions of the dc motor for forward and reverse motion of the dough maker. Also, the proposed system is analyzed to obtain the performance ratio and average efficiencies for total system. Further, obtaining the optimum PV array size based on the Life Cycle Cost analysis for the dough maker is presented. The complete operation and implementation of this scheme is also shown and steady state results are presented. © 2023 IEEE.

We apply an information-theoretic perspective to reconsider generative document retrieval (GDR), in which a document x ∈ Χ is indexed by t ∈ Τ, and a neural autoregressive model is trained to map queries Q to Τ. GDR can be considered to involve information transmission from documents X to queries Q, with the requirement to transmit more bits via the indexes Τ. By applying Shannon's rate-distortion theory, the optimality of indexing can be analyzed in terms of the mutual information, and the design of the indexes Τ can then be regarded as a bottleneck in GDR. After reformulating GDR from this perspective, we empirically quantify the bottleneck underlying GDR. Finally, using the NQ320K and MARCO datasets, we evaluate our proposed bottleneck-minimal indexing method in comparison with various previous indexing methods, and we show that it outperforms those methods.

The advent of the Internet has significantly stream-lined daily tasks through the rapid increase of online services. Everyday activities, such as purchasing goods and scheduling appointments with healthcare professionals, have become more speedy, efficient and user-friendly with the integration of the Internet. The continuous improvement of online services has led to many people moving towards digital activities. As a result, it has heightened the recording of personal and payment transaction data across various storage mediums, including databases and log files. The protection and regulation of this sensitive data are imperative, aligning with the guidelines outlined in GDPR and PCI-DSS compliances. Recognizing exposed personal data poses a considerable challenge. This research introduces a novel approach to identifying payment card industry data (PCI) and personally identifiable information (PII). The research project proposes a machine learning-based text classification model utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model to discern PII and PCI data within a given text. The CNN model has been constructed and compared against Naive Bayes, Gradient Boost, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine (SVM) models. The CNN model achieved the highest accuracy at 0.96 (96%). Additionally, the F1 scores for each class were significant, with PII scoring 0.94, PCI scoring 0.95, and Normal scoring 0.99. Following the model's construction and training, it was employed with the saved tokenizer's word indexes and label encoders in the developed classification tool. This tool successfully delivered the promised results, identifying exposed PII and PCI data.

Web services have significantly expanded and become a key enabling technology for online data, application and resource sharing. Designing new methods for efficient and reliable web service recommendation has been of tremendous importance with the growing usage and prominence of web services. It would be ideal for a system to suggest online services that are in line with consumers’ preferences without requesting specific query information from them. Quality of Service (QoS) is vital for characterising non-functional aspects of Web services as they become more prevalent and widely used on the World Wide Web. The KnowSOntoWSR framework, which is built on a knowledge-driven and semantically inclined model that adheres to QoS ontology, is proposed in this research. AWS and WebSphere are employed as knowledge tags, and the powerful machine learning classifier XGBoost is applied. The features and recommendations are computed using the Twitter semantic similarity. The proposed framework outperforms the baseline models’ estimates with an accuracy of 95.94% and average F-measure of 95.93%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The discovery and identification of molecules in biological and environmental samples is crucial for advancing biomedical and chemical sciences. Tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) is the leading technique for high-throughput elucidation of molecular structures. However, decoding a molecular structure from its mass spectrum is exceptionally challenging, even when performed by human experts. As a result, the vast majority of acquired MS/MS spectra remain uninterpreted, thereby limiting our understanding of the underlying (bio)chemical processes. Despite decades of progress in machine learning applications for predicting molecular structures from MS/MS spectra, the development of new methods is severely hindered by the lack of standard datasets and evaluation protocols. To address this problem, we propose MassSpecGym - the first comprehensive benchmark for the discovery and identification of molecules from MS/MS data. Our benchmark comprises the largest publicly available collection of high-quality labeled MS/MS spectra and defines three MS/MS annotation challenges: de novo molecular structure generation, molecule retrieval, and spectrum simulation. It includes new evaluation metrics and a generalization-demanding data split, therefore standardizing the MS/MS annotation tasks and rendering the problem accessible to the broad machine learning community. Synthetic news production, language translation, and text summarization have all seen significant success with sophisticated text generating techniques. Although neural model-generated false news detection has advanced recently, the results are not easily transferable to the efficient identification of misinformation created by humans. The significant contrasts between fake news produced by machines and those written by humans, including style and underlying intentions, are what prevents them from successfully transferring. In light of this, we provide a brand-new framework for creating training cases that draw inspiration from the well-known techniques and styles of propaganda written by people. But these methods might be misused to spread false information. researchers create superior news material using a unique generation technique called FACTGEN in order to gain a greater understanding the possible risks associated with synthetic news. Because most text generation techniques now in use either provide very little more information or break continuity across the inputs and outputs, the synthetic news becomes less reliable. The results of experiments conducted on real-world datasets show that FACTGEN generates news items that are bursting with data and accurate. © 2024 IEEE.

With the advancement of intelligent media, it is becoming much easier to control and adjust progressed video without leaving any visual snippets of data. Since video pressure is so prevalent in modern accounts, the use of deblocking systems to conceal the video adjusting may be a viable alternative. Modified JPEG (MJPEG) is a well-known video format in which each video outline or wound around the field of an electronicvideo gatheringis squeezed independently as a JPEG image. The change may use strong sight and sound deblocking techniques to cover the video changing follows by isolating the MJPEG video into JPEG picture follows. This research study proposes a novel approach to perceive deblocking, which can consequently learn portrayals that are dependent upon a critical learning structure. Initially Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) is trained based on the available datasets to become familiar with the features of deblocking techniques.. Some parts of the images are eliminated with the RNN by applying a proper assessed sliding-window to review the entire image. In order to secure the final discriminative component, a close-by pooling technique is used to set the created image representation.

PCOS are the serious condition which affects female ovaries during their reproductive age of 15 to 45. This disease affects 5 to 10% of reproductive-age females. Although it is difficult to fully resolve this issue,the PCOS affected women can be mitigated through proper exercise, by taking proper nutritious diet and maintaining the healthy BMI. Until they take a pregnancy test, the majority of women are unaware of the disease. The clinical dataset has the 541 instances and 45 attributes of unbalanced classes of 0 and 1 (no and yes) which has 364 instances of 0 (no) class and 177 instances of 1 (yes) class. Preprocessing is done for the unbalanced dataset by filling the null values and changing the datatype of all attributes to numeric datatypes. The unbalanced dataset is balanced by the balancing techniques of SMOTE and Random Over Sampling. Comparing the both balanced techniques through the accuracy the random oversampling gives the *** supervised learning algorithms are Decision tree, KNN,Random Forest,AdaBoost, Logistic regression,Gradient boosting, cat boosting, XGBoosting, Linear SVM, Radial SVM, Linear discriminant analysis and Quadratic discriminant analysis are *** supervised learning algorithms are trained and tested by splitting the dataset to 70% for training and 30% for testing. The ensemble stacking techniques are used by implementing the all models at the cross validation of *** xgboost gives the accuracy of 96% for the balanced dataset. © 2023 IEEE.
