A pair of sources X, Y over {0, 1}n are k-indistinguishable if their projections to any k coordinates are identically distributed. Can some AC0 function distinguish between two such sources when k is big, say k = n0.1? Braverman's theorem (Commun. ACM 2011) implies a negative answer when X is uniform, whereas Bogdanov et al. (Crypto 2016) observe that this is not the case in general. We initiate a systematic study of this question for natural classes of low-complexity sources, including ones that arise in cryptographic applications, obtaining positive results, negative results, and barriers. In particular: - There exist Ω(√n)-indistinguishable X, Y, samplable by degree-O(log n) polynomial maps (over F2) and by poly(n)-size decision trees, that are Ω(1)-distinguishable by OR. - There exists a function f such that all f(d, ϵ)-indistinguishable X, Y that are samplable by degree-d polynomial maps are ϵ-indistinguishable by OR for all sufficiently large n. Moreover, f(1, ϵ) = ⌈log(1/ϵ)⌉ + 1 and f(2, ϵ) = O(log10(1/ϵ)). - Extending (weaker versions of) the above negative results to AC0 distinguishers would require settling a conjecture of Servedio and Viola (ECCC 2012). Concretely, if every pair of n0.9indistinguishable X, Y that are samplable by linear maps is ϵ-indistinguishable by AC0 circuits, then the binary inner product function can have at most an ϵ-correlation with AC0 ◦ ⨁ circuits. Most modern businesses run their competitive operations online. Cybersecurity is crucial to commercial operations. No cybersecurity defensive solution is universal. Standard security strategy involves using hardware and software to counter known security threats that may become stronger over time. Attackers and security professionals fight constantly. A security approach based primarily on tools is untenable. However, some firms skip employee awareness training, resulting in biased cybersecurity breach decisions. This study objectively analyzes key factors that help enterprises and organizations deploy Security Education, Training, and Awareness (SETA) to find ways to maintain such protection. A dataset of UK corporate cybersecurity breach surveys is used to perform performance testing on eight supervised learning models. The entire research uses the model's built characteristics that are excellent at recognizing SETA-adopting enterprises and organizations. The trial shows that awareness is vital when organizations use SETA. Many firms don't know how to safeguard employees from cybersecurity risks when they use online products and services, such as external web services. © 2024 IEEE.

Immersive learning has gained significant attention with the rising trend of spatial computing, particularly in the after-pandemic era. Numerous research has explored the potential of immersive learning in higher education, primarily on the educational sector. However, prior research has frequently focused too narrowly on the effects of technology and neglected to address the crucial element influencing successful immersive learning in higher education. This study seeks to pinpoint the crucial element contributing to the development of immersive learning experiences. The methodology uses a systematic literature review (SLR) from 2018 up to 2023 to investigate the critical factors of immersive Learning in Higher Education. From the 728 papers initially retrieved, 274 were considered potential candidates, and ultimately, 86 articles were selected based on their relevance to the research question. The results reveal that the critical factors include learning design, technology, immersion, engagement, interactivity, and usability. academic interests will benefit from this SLR's consequences as institutions create models for designing suitable immersive learning, especially within the context of higher education. © 2023 IEEE.

Meta-learning aims to create Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems that can adapt to new tasks and improve their performance over time without extensive retraining. The advent of meta-learning paradigms has fundamentally changed how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are handled, constantly reshaping these fields. research study reviews the broad field of meta-learning, highlighting its critical function in bridging the AI-ML divide to improve adaptability. The study starts with a review of past developments, following the development of meta-learning algorithms and their underpinning theories. The historical view lays the groundwork for understanding the course of this dynamic regulation, spanning from early efforts in probabilistic program induction to modern discoveries in model-agnostic meta-learning. The study explores multiple meta-learning applications in AI and ML, revealing how they affect financial forecasting, computer vision, natural language processing, autonomous cars, health informatics, robotics, and personalized recommendation systems. When seen from the perspective of adaptive intelligence, meta-learning may be effectively applied to conditions with limited data, hyperparameter optimization, few-shot learning, and quick adaption in reinforcement learning settings.

Digital Marketing is a product marketing strategy using digital media and internet networks. Nowadays, digital marketing is a necessity for companies that thrive in the digital world. It greatly affects the growth of MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) especially when it comes to increasing their sales performance by enhancing their brand awareness through various media or instruments such as a Facebook ad, Instagram advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and Search Engine Marketing. This research is aimed to measure how much impact of digital marketing utilization into Micro, Small, Medium enterprises. On the other hand, it also provides an understanding on what are the best digital marketing method to be utilized in the current situation. The method we used in this paper is quantitative. Data were collected through various questions constructed in an electronic questionnaire. This research provides a reference of digital marketing strategies for Micro, Small and Medium business owners. The present study is aimed to develop an early warning system of Classical swine fever (CSF) disease by applying machine learning models and to study the climate-disease relationship with respect to the spatial occurrence and outbreaks of the disease in the north-eastern state of Assam, India. The disease incidence data from the year 2005 to 2021 was used. The linear discriminant analysis (LDA) revealed that significant environmental and remote sensing risk factors like air temperature, enhanced vegetation index, land surface temperature, potential evaporation rate and wind speed were significantly contributing to CSF incidences in Assam. Furthermore, the climate-based disease modelling was applied to relevant ecological and environmental risk factors determined using LDA and risk maps were generated. The western and eastern regions of the state were predicted to be at high risk of CSF with presence of significant hotspots. For the districts that are significantly clustered, the Basic reproduction number (R₀) was calculated after the predicted results were superimposed onto the risk maps. The R₀ value ranged from 1.04 to 2.07, implying that the eastern and western regions of Assam are more susceptible to CSF. Machine learning models were implemented using R statistical software version 3.1.3. The random forest, classification tree analysis and gradient boosting machine were found to be the best-fitted models for the study group. The models’ performance was measured using the Receiving Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve, Cohen’s Kappa, True Skill Statistics, Area Under ROC Curve, ACCURACY, ERROR RATE, F1 SCORE, and Logistic Loss. As a part of the suggested study, these models will help us to understand the disease transmission dynamics, risk factors and spatio-temporal pattern of spread and evaluate the efficacy of control measures to battle the economic losses caused by CSF outbreaks. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Indian V

This article is devoted to the development of Intelligent Verbal Interaction Methods with Non-Player Characters in Metaverse Applications. The creation of a character model using MetaHuman Creator and the implementation of dialogue animation are considered. The construction of answers based on text analysis and their submission to the chat window is described. The system has been tested and found to be stable and have a satisfactory response time of approximately 2 seconds. The results show the successful implementation of methods of verbal interaction with non-game characters in metaverse, which can be useful for further research and development in this area. © 2023 IEEE.

This study explores the impact of outbound training on student engagement within management education. Outbound training fosters teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills and is increasingly incorporated into MBA programs to promote holistic student development. Previous research highlights the benefits of outdoor education in enhancing academic performance and various interpersonal skills. However, evidence demonstrating its effect on student engagement remains limited. This research addresses this gap by evaluating changes in student engagement levels before and after outbound training. The study employs an innovative computer vision-based method to impartially measure student engagement through facial expressions and head pose estimation. The results indicate a significant increase in engagement levels post-training, suggesting that outbound training effectively enhances student enthusiasm and participation in academic tasks. This study provides valuable insights for educators on the importance of integrating outbound training into management curricula and demonstrates the potential of advanced technologies in educational research. © 2024 IEEE.
