With the rapid development of Internet Technology in recent years, the demand for security support for complex applications is becoming stronger and stronger. Intel Software Guard Extensions (Intel SGX) is created as an extension of Intel Systems to enhance software security. Intel SGX allows application developers to create so-called enclave. Sensitive application code and data are encapsulated in Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) by enclave. TEE is completely isolated from other applications, operating systems, and administrative programs. Enclave is the core structure of Intel SGX Technology. Enclave supports multi-threading. Thread Control Structure (TCS) stores special information for restoring enclave threads when entering or exiting enclave. Each execution thread in enclave is associated with a TCS. This paper analyzes and verifies the possible security risks of enclave under concurrent conditions. It is found that in the case of multithread concurrency, a single enclave cannot resist flooding attacks, and related threads also throw TCS exception codes. © 2022 IEEE.

The Blockchain 2.0 era integrated with smart contract along with its platforms and applications have experienced explosive growth in recent years. However, many smart contracts deployed in practice are prone to errors and cannot be modified due to the immutability of the blockchain. In light of this, it is vital to ensure the security of correctness of smart contracts before deployment. This paper proposes a formal modeling method based on Timed Colored Petri net (TCPN) to anlyze smart contracts with time constrains. We apply this formalism to a concrete voting contract system. Its functional requirements are formalized by the improved computing timing logic ASK-CTL with ML (Meta Language). Simulation and experiment show that the security and reliability of the voting contract can be effectively guaranteed. © 2022 ACM.

HIFI-Stego: A High-Fidelity Embedding Audio Steganography Based on Audio Features Decoupling

The higher audio quality of steganography is directly correlated with the increased resistance to steganalysis tools. The advancement of generative AI technologies, particularly those that decouple style features from content, has shown promising developments by facilitating the creation of superior media content. This paper introduces the concept of audio decoupling and presents HIFI-Stego, an embedding audio steganography technique that aims to improve security while maintaining elevated stego audio quality. HIFI-Stego comprises a generator based on the encoder-decoder architecture and a secret message extractor. The encoder of the generator decouples the original audio, yielding the content vector, while the vocoder WORLD is employed to extract the style vector to preserve high-quality audio related features such as timbre and tone. Subsequently, the decoder embeds the secret vector into the decoupled content vector and then couples it with the style vector to generate high-fidelity stego audio. As embedding is not done in traditional time domain or frequency domain, existing analysis tools targeted at traditional steganographies fail to effectively detect the presence of the hidden message. The secret message extractor reuses the generator encoder and augments it with a single-layer convolutional neural network, resulting in a simplified structure suitable for lightweight deployment. Experimental results demonstrate that HIFI-Stego outperforms traditional generative and embedding steganographies in terms of audio quality, steganographic capacity, anti-analysis ability, and concealment.

Active power dispatch of wind farms plays an important role in power grid scheduling. In this paper, a data-driven active power dispatch strategy for wind farms is proposed, which uses the key point of minimizing the standard deviation of wind turbines' output power series to reduce their fluctuations. First, to build the optimization problem, the historical active power output data of each wind turbine is collected from the Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Then, the objective function is developed based on the idea of minimizing the standard deviation of the output power time series. Meanwhile, considering the constraints of wind turbines' output power and active power balance of the grid, the feasible domain of the cost function is constructed. Further, to solve the proposed nonlinear optimization problem with equality and inequality constraints, the trust region interior point method (TRIPM) is employed to explore optimal solution within the feasible domain. Finally, actual data collected from wind farms is used to test effectiveness of the designed approach and experimental results show that our method can achieve better output power smoothing performance than conventional Proportional Dispatch (PD) method. © 2024 IEEE.

Label-specific representation learning (LSRL), i.e., constructing the representation with specific discriminative properties for each class label, is an effective strategy to improve the performance of multi-label learning. However, the generalization analysis of LSRL is still in its infancy. The existing theory bounds for multilabel learning, which preserve the coupling among different components, are invalid for LSRL. In an attempt to overcome this challenge and make up for the gap in the generalization theory of LSRL, we develop a novel vector-contraction inequality and derive the generalization bound for general function class of LSRL with a weaker dependency on the number of labels than the state of the art. In addition, we derive generalization bounds for typical LSRL methods, and these theoretical results reveal the impact of different label-specific representations on generalization analysis. The mild bounds without strong assumptions explain the good generalization ability of LSRL.

The development of the Internet has made people more closely related and has put forward higher requirements for recommendation models. Most recommendation models are studied only for the long-term interests of users. In this paper, the interaction time between the user and the item is introduced as auxiliary information in the model construction. Interaction time is used to determine users' long-term preferences and short-term preferences. In this paper, temporal features are extracted by building a convolutional gated recurrent unit with attention neural network (CNN-GRU-Attention). Firstly, for the problem of accurate feature extraction, CNN are constructed to extract higher-level and more abstract features of themselves and transform high-dimensional data into low-dimensional data;secondly, for the problem of social temporality, GRU are used to not only extract temporal information, but also effectively reduce gradient dispersion, making model convergence and training easier;finally, Graph Attention networks are used to aggregate the social relationship information of users and items respectively, which constitute the final feature representation of users and items respectively. In particular, a modified cosine similarity is used to reduce the error caused by data insensitivity when constructing the social information of the item. In this study, simulation experiments are conducted on two publicly available datasets (Epinions and Ciao), and the experimental results show that the proposed recommended model performs better than other social recommendation models, improving the evaluation metrics of MAE and RMSE by 1.06%-1.33% and 1.19%-1.37%, respectively. The effectiveness of the model innovation is proved. © 2023 IEEE.

Microservice workflows are widely used in real-time mobile computing scenarios such as face recognition and speech recognition. The key challenge is to develop efficient, stable, and robust algorithms capable of handling uncertain and fuzzy workflow tasks. In this paper, we consider the real-time microservice workflow fuzzy scheduling problem under VM-Container two-tier resources. A novel model based on triangle fuzzy numbers is formulated. The model encompasses two metrics: cost and degree of satisfaction. In response, this paper proposes an ARIMA prediction-based workflow fuzzy scheduling method (PFSM), comprising five key components: prediction of workflow arrival number, predistribution of task sub-deadlines, ordering of the task pool, task scheduling strategy, and resource management. To assess the performance of the proposed algorithms, several comparison algorithms are selected for analysis, and their performance differences are evaluated using ANOVA. The experimental results demonstrate the significant superiority of the proposed algorithms over the other compared algorithms in terms of overall performance. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

We present GauKGT5, a sequence-to-sequence model proposed for knowledge graph completion (KGC). Our research extends the KGT5 model, a recent sequence-to-sequence link prediction (LP) model. GauKGT5 takes advantage of textual characteristics inherent in the knowledge graph, exhibiting a small model size. However, KGT5's proficiency in link prediction necessitates the ensemble with a knowledge graph embedding model, which itself poses challenges due to its substantial size and expense. By integrating the Gated Attention Unit into the KGT5 model and directly applying it to the encoder-decoder structure, we achieve improved contextual dependency capturing within the sequence, resulting in enhanced prediction accuracy, accelerated training speed, and enhanced computational efficiency. At the same time, we introduce parallel computing as a means to enhance the efficiency of model training and inference within the XPU distributed computing environment. © 2023 IEEE.
