In self-organized aggregation,that no specific aggregated sites are known makes it intractable for powerless *** this paper,we formulate the aggregation problem as a shape construction process in which agent's behavior is determined by the positional relationship with its *** paper presents a novel self-organizing strategy to gather a swarm of homogeneous robots into rectangular clusters without any prior target ***,the robots are unable to communicate with each other and have a minimal range of perception,which is the smallest value to avoid collision between *** the definition of semi-stable/stable states,we design a distributed probabilistic aggregation algorithm that takes advantage of the temporal and spatial perception of robots.A new metric is introduced to measure the similarity of aggregated clusters and *** algorithm is evaluated via a series of simulation experiments running on a group of up to 1000 agents,showing that it allows robot swarms to obtain the desired aggregation.

Technological advancements have allowed people to have unfettered access to the internet from anywhere in the world. This study describes skin cancer and the difficulties in diagnosing and identifying it. It also reviews several machine learning (ML) approaches—deep learning and few-shot learning in particular—that have been suggested to deal with these difficulties. To increase detection accuracy, the study also emphasizes the significance of early skin cancer identification and the possible advantages of utilizing techniques based on artificial intelligence. The authors also suggest using deep learning and few-shot learning when using machine learning techniques for skin cancer diagnosis. This study utilized a novel approach: the use of raw images for training and test images for test data. These input images were then pre-processed using a deep model to identify and predict subsequent outputs using the model. In addition, the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) effect in predicting accuracy using a skin lesion's texture to differentiate between benign and malignant lesions in the body was also examined using retrieved image elements from skin photos that were significant to skin cancer identification. The study focuses on using deep learning techniques to improve the detection of skin cancer from dermoscopic images. A variety of deep learning backbones were utilized, addressing the challenge of class imbalance in large datasets and seeking ways to boost performance even when only small datasets are available. To overcome these obstacles, the research leveraged transfer learning, data augmentation, and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). The study also involved a comparison between ensemble models and hybrid models to determine which was more effective for the early detection of skin cancer.
