Dataset management systems are essential for assisting research and development (R&D) organizations in applying data governance protocols, especially in managing the utilization of datasets. In R&D, datasets are vital sources for producing analysis, machine learning prediction, and supporting decision-making. As such, it is important to deploy dataset management systems with considerations regarding the aspects of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) which is a design principle that emphasized information protection and collaboration facilitation among dataset users. The study proposed an analysis and a design for a dataset management system that takes CIA aspects into account. In the future, the proposed design will be utilized as a benchmark for building a dataset management system. In this study, the Waterfall method was adopted. A use case diagram, an ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and an activity diagram were constructed in the design stage. In the project implementation stage, the Laravel framework including Laravel Jetstream was considered to be used.

In the intricate domain of software systems verification, dynamically model checking multifaceted system characteristics remains paramount, yet challenging. This research proposes the advanced observe-based statistical model-checking (OSM) framework, devised to craft executable formal models directly from foundational system code. Leveraging model checking predicates, the framework melds seamlessly with aspect-oriented programming paradigms, yielding a potent method for the analytical verification of varied behavioral attributes. Exploiting the transformative capacity of OSM framework, primary system code undergoes a systematic metamorphosis into multifaceted analysis constructs. This not only simplifies the model verification process but also orchestrates feature interactions using an innovative observing join point abstraction mechanism. Within this framework, components encompassing parsing, formal verification, computational analytics, and rigorous validation are intrinsically interwoven. Marrying the principles of model checking with aspect-oriented (AO) modularization, OSM framework stands as a paragon, proficiently scrutinizing and affirming system specifications. This ensures the unyielding performance of electronic health record systems amidst shifting preconditions. OSM framework offers runtime verification of both object-oriented and AO deployments, positioning itself as an indispensable open-source resource, poised to automate the enhancement of system performance and scalability. The background of this research is the condition of the covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on online ticket sales. Meanwhile, when future of covid-19 pandemic is starting to become clearer, we are going to have a lot more infections but hopefully a lot fewer hospitalizations, people began to travel long distances that had been delayed by implementing health protocols. Airfare competition can influence the decision to buy airline tickets. Various things have been done to attract the attention of buyers. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research. Population in this research was people who have purchased plane tickets online during the covid-19 pandemic, and the sample were 113 respondents age between 15 and 64. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study using multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. It was concluded that price, promotion, and lifestyle variables can influence online purchasing decisions.

Compounding is a common type of word formation extensively studied in linguistics and cognitive psychology. A growing line of research suggests that the lexicon supports efficient communication by balancing informativeness and simplicity. We propose that the formation of novel compounds reflects a similar tradeoff between informativeness and word length. We formalize this hypothesis in information-theoretic terms and develop a computational procedure to evaluate our hypothesis on English noun compounds that emerged over the past century. We find that attested compounds achieve more efficient tradeoffs between informativeness and word length than do alternative word forms. Our work demonstrates how word formation and compositionality can be connected with information-theoretic approaches to the design of the lexicon. © 2022 The Author(s). Food sustainability is still one of the main priorities for many countries as it contributes to the economy and stability of the nation. For government in many countries whose peoples consumes rice as its staple food, food self-sufficiency initiatives highly depend on accurate prediction of paddy field map. Mapping paddy field task is a challenging problem which cannot be handled manually especially when the paddy fields are spread out in very wide geographical areas such as those in Indonesia. Fortunately, wide availability of satellite imagery and the advent of deep learning technology in the past ten years have made it possible to improve efficiency of most parts of those manual works involving image semantic segmentation tasks. However, satellite image-based semantic segmentation is a challenging task. High object complexity, cloud partial occlusion, larger image size than a computer memory can stored can hinder accuracy of the image segmentation results. This paper presents a method for paddy field map generating using semantic image segmentation approach in which Pyramid Scene Parsing Net model is used for segmenting satellite imagery. The generated paddy map can be used as a basis for decision-making, especially in the agricultural sector. Analysis of local land use/land cover dynamics. The results of his experiments using SPOT 6 satellite imagery from the Pahung region of Central Kalimantan achieved average training accuracy, best training accuracy and test accuracy of 0.85, 0.86 and 0.89 respectively. These results indicated that the semantic segmentation model is suitable for addressing the same task in different crops. © 2022 IEEE.

This research develops a conceptual model to understand the influence of digitalization on social learning, especially in the context of community empowerment. This model maps the relationship between factors that influence success, challenges faced, and variations in the use of digital platforms in social learning. By using a literature study approach, the research results show that effective communication, collaboration and empowerment are the main keys to the success of social learning in society. Key challenges identified include limited access to information, resource constraints, and digital literacy barriers, all of which require specific strategies to overcome. By examining the relationship between success factors, challenges, and use of digital platforms, this research provides new insights that support the development of more effective strategies for using digital technology to support social learning that leads to community empowerment. This research has great potential to increase people's access to learning opportunities and information, allowing them to be more active in the social learning process.

Indoor understanding is currently a topic that is widely studied in the field of machine learning. Furniture is the most common object in indoor scenes, just as various vehicles are most commonly seen in street scenes. Any object is made up of a combination of functional components. Functional component dismantling and reassembly is an important development for industrial manufacturing to improve efficiency and reduce costs. In the context of understanding indoor scenes, we focus on building a dataset that uses real-world furniture images as part labels. Building a large-scale furniture dataset is very challenging, first of all, the existing dataset has too few real images of furniture, mostly 3D model images, but the diversity of furniture in the real world far exceeds that of 3D models, and real images help improve the calculation speed of model training. Most of the published furniture data is poorly aligned with the annotation data, and even fewer materials perform component segmentation labeling using real furniture images. MontageNet has become a rich resource for part-level 3D shape analysis, semantic understanding, instance segmentation and 3D reconstruction, and other research. Our accompanying empirical studies provide an in-depth analysis of dataset characteristics and performance evaluation of several state-of-the-art methods against our benchmarks. © 2023 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Tropical disease is one of the infectious diseases that affect Indonesia. Many people die because of tropical diseases, such as dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF), chikungunya, leprosy, lymphatic, and filariasis. The Indonesian government's lack of public policy is the main problem in treating and preventing tropical diseases. The paper aims to describe the analysis results of the incidence of DHF in Jakarta, Indonesia. The analysis used the DHF incidences data from the Jakarta Health service surveillance office representative and combined it with the meteorological parameters data. The meteorological parameters were collected from the Bureau of Meteorological Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG). The statistical analysis of this research used Pearson's correlation. The results show that the meteorological parameters affecting DHF incidences are temperature, humidity, and wind speed. © 2022 IEEE.

The drug supply chain is an important variable that will be asked when there is a shortage of drugs. The distribution and storage of drugs require accurate predictions to support the drug supply chain. Many methods have been studied to obtain a high level of prediction accuracy. One of the methods used is an artificial neural network to recognize the pattern of drug demand. It is important to find breakthroughs in artificial neural network technology to anticipate drug shortages. This study seeks to identify and find challenges from previous research in drug supply management and drug demand prediction by utilizing neural networks over the past five years. From the seven sources used, 34 articles were selected based on inclusion criteria and keyword searches according to Kitchenham's systematic review methodology. The discussion areas of the selected articles are 29% in the Logistics and Inventory area, 20% Risk - Resilience, and 18% for Drug supply chain planning which is a description of the research development area. Integrated development provides room for the use of neural networks in these three correlated areas. The model for implementing neural networks in maintaining the continuity of drug shortages is always associated with policies adopted by all drug supply chain stakeholders to anticipate drug shortages. © 2022 IEEE.

Automated language translation involving low-resource language has gained wide interest from many research communities in the past decade. One lesson learned from the past COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in Indonesia, is that many local Governments have to release regular public announcements to keep people following health protocol especially when they are in public areas. Many studies showed some evidence that rural people in Indonesia which covers a large proportion of Indonesia's population, feel more convenience receiving official announcements in their local language. However, translating official announcement from the national language to many local languages in Indonesia require many experienced bilingual translators and time. This paper presents exploration results in developing an automated language translator model to translate texts in Bahasa Indonesia to the Sundanese language. In particular, this study aims to explore the effect of ReLU, Sigmoid, and Tanh activation functions of the Vanilla Transformer Model on its translation performance. The experiment results showed that the activation function under study gives similar training accuracy (0.98). However, ReLU achieves better performance than Tanh in terms of validation accuracy, training loss, and validation loss. © 2023 IEEE.
