The rapidly growing quantum information science and engineering (QISE) industry will require both quantum-aware and quantum-proficient engineers at the bachelor's level. We provide a roadmap for building a quantum engineering education program to satisfy this need. For quantum-aware engineers, we describe how to design a first quantum engineering course accessible to all STEM students. For the education and training of quantum-proficient engineers, we detail both a quantum engineering minor accessible to all STEM majors, and a quantum track directly integrated into individual engineering majors. We propose that such programs typically require only three or four newly developed courses that complement existing engineering and science classes available on most larger campuses. We describe a conceptual quantum information science course for implementation at any post-secondary institution, including community colleges and military schools. QISE presents extraordinary opportunities to work towards rectifying issues of inclusivity and equity that continue to be pervasive within engineering. We present a plan to do so and describe how quantum engineering education presents an excellent set of education research opportunities. Finally, we outline a hands-on training plan on quantum hardware, a key component of any quantum engineering program, with a variety of technologies including optics, atoms and ions, cryogenic and solid-state technologies, nanofabrication, and control and readout electronics. Our recommendations provide a flexible framework that can be tailored for academic institutions ranging from teaching and undergraduate-focused two- and four-year colleges to research-intensive universities. © 2021, CC BY.

Background: Physicians invest hours creating patient notes, which are rich in information but difficult for computers to analyze due to their unstructured format. GPT-4 reshaped our ability to process text, yet it is unknown how well this model can handle medical notes. This project aims to compare GPT-4’s ability to annotate medical notes against experienced physicians across three different languages at multiple institutions and countries. Methods: This study included eight sites from four countries - the United States, Colombia, Singapore, and Italy. Each site contributed seven de-identified notes (admission, progress, or consult) from hospitalized patients. GPT-4 assessed each note by answering 14 questions, including demographic information, clinical judgments, data quality, and patients’ eligibility for a hypothetical study enrollment. For validation, two physicians from each site independently evaluated GPT-4's responses. Findings: Overall, 56 medical notes, written in English, Italian, and Spanish, were analyzed. A total of 784 responses from GPT-4 were generated. Both physicians agreed with GPT-4’s response 79% of the time (622/784, 95%CI 76-82%). Only one of the two physicians agreed with GPT-4’s response 10% of the time (82/784, 95%CI 8-13%). Neither physician agreed with GPT-4’s response 10% of the time (80/784, 95%CI 8-13%). Both physicians agreed with GPT-4 more often in notes written in Spanish and Italian than in English, with agreement rates of 88% (86/98, 95%CI 79-93%), 84% (82/98, 95%CI 75-90%), and 77% (454/588, 95%CI 74-80%), respectively. Hallucinations were rare (10/784, 95%CI 0-2%). GPT-4 correctly selected patients for a hypothetical study enrollment based on three criteria 90% of the time (95%CI 81-98%). Interpretation: The findings indicate that GPT-4 annotations demonstrated a high agreement rate with physicians across all languages. In this research, the transient characteristics of a new type fuel metering system for aircraft turbofan engines using two types of pumps, a gear pump and a centrifugal pump, were studied by modelling and simulation. This new fuel metering system is capable of hydraulically unloading the operating state of each pump by the pump mode switching mechanism within the permissible range of the pump rotation speed and the fuel flow rate and it is possible to reduce the fuel temperature rise due to the pressure loss in the circuit in the operation region of the entire fuel system. In addition to this, by using a small centrifugal pump that can realize high discharge flow rate, it is possible to reduce weight compared to the conventional fuel system. However, when the pump mode is switched, unexpected fluctuation in the fuel flow rate can occur when a large change in the inlet pressure of the system occurs, the pressure control unit cannot follow the change, and the transient phenomenon cannot be suppressed. At this time, the pressure waveform generated at the time of changing the pump mode includes a high frequency component such that the pressure control unit, which plays a role of keeping the metering valve differential pressure constant, cannot follow up. Therefore, in this paper, we focused on the frequency of the pressure change waveform when the pump mode was changed and studied the model of the fuel system inlet pressure in the gear pump mode. Based on that model, we propose a method to reduce the frequency characteristics of the pressure change occurring at the time of pump mode change.

computer and web security system is an attempt to avoid attacks from crackers because a form and method of crime on internet network can not be predicted. Therefore, we just keep trying to use various methods in securing the system that is running. It is the same in web testing that can be accessed online by people who are not responsible from along distance to change and remove the test results or even damage the web testing system. So, the purpose of this paper is to design and implement web security testing system by using semantic comparison method to avoid structured query language injection (SQLI) attack and to do security on web testing application using Message Digest 5 encryption (MD5). Research data were obtained by using direct observation and documentation and literature review. After the design and application of the system, it can be obtained that by using semantic comparison method in web testing can prevent the occurrence of SQL injection attacks and can secure account from web testing users by using MD5. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Every organization must ensure that information assets are protected and information security system has been implemented well. PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a provider of business solutions applications and implementation services that include application Human Resource information System (HRIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). In order to ensure the security of the information, then in 2015 PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet implement ISO 27001: 2013. Through the implementation of ISO 27001: 2013, it is expected that information can be properly maintained, which in turn will affect the business continuity. Companies need to know the extent to which the process has been applied and what actions can be done to improve the performance of the application of ISO 27001: 2013. Factor analysis was conducted first to determine the factors that affect to the information security. After the factors that affect to the information security known, then observation and interview conducted to gather data about PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet ISO 27001:2013 implementation according to the factors that affect. And then recommendation and corrective action developed using gap analysis method. The most influential factor to the security of customer information PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet is a factor access control and security operations. For the audit results IS027001: 2013 from the aspect of access control, they found 11 check items that fit into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) of 33 check items in which 9 of them in the category of major and two remaining categories minor, while for operations security aspects of the 12 check items, found 5 that goes into the category of NC (Non-Conformance) and everything was included into the category of minor.

Online social media users react to content in them based on context. Emotions or mood play a significant part of these reactions, which has filled these platforms with opinionated content. Different approaches and applications to make better use of this data are continuously being developed. However, due to the nature of the data, the variety of platforms, and dynamic online user behavior, there are still many issues to be dealt with. It remains a challenge to properly obtain a reliable emotional status from a user prior to posting a comment. This work introduces a methodology that explores semi-supervised multilingual emotion detection based on the overlap of Facebook reactions and textual data. With the resulting emotion detection system we evaluate the possibility of using emotions and user behavior features for the task of sarcasm detection. More than 1 million English and Chinese comments from over 62,000 public Facebook pages posts have been collected and processed, conducted experiments show acceptable performance metrics. In its development, information technology has become an important in people's everyday lives. Security and confidentiality of the data on computer networks today become a very important issue and continues to grow. Some of the cases relating to computer network security today become a job that requires handling fee and security has been tremendous. Vital systems, such as the defense system, the banking system, the hospital system, and other systems, requires such a high level of security. This is mainly due to the advancement of the field of computer networks with the concept of open system so that anyone, anywhere and at any time, have the opportunity to access these vital areas. To maintain the security and confidentiality of messages, data, or information in a computer network would require some encryption to create messages, data, or information that is not read or understood by any person, except for eligible recipients.

Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company’s policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. The alignment of the implementation of information technology systems to the needs and goals of the organization will be able to be answered by taking into account the integration in the development, so that the gap of these two things can be minimized. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations. The final result expected is the design of the service-oriented architecture based project management system which built through top-down approach that focuses on improving the effectiveness of business process.

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that encourage the use of visual electronic banking system (VEBS) application in Bank Central Asia Corporation, and provide an idea to increase the use of VEBS. This study using UTAUT 2 model approach. The primary data obtained from interviews, direct observation and questionnaires that distributed and processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study provide qualitative calculation results of UTAUT 2 variable. The conclusion obtained that interest of the use of application VEBS affected by variables facilitating condition, performance expectancy and behavioral intention. From these conclusions this study provided an idea to the future development of application's features for more effective and efficient use.
