Social Network Services (SNS) like Facebook, Twitter, Sina Weibo etc. are widely used all over the world today. People use them to keep in touch with friends and make new friends online. In China, Sina Weibo is one of the most successful social network service and has great influence to peoples' daily life. Until the end of 2015, Sina Weibo has more than 236 million monthly active users and the revenue reached 478 million US dollars. Targeted marketing for a very important aspect for SNS operators and tired party advertising companies. In this research, k-means based clustering has been carried out for grouping Weibo users according to their features. The grouping results can be used by Sina or third party companies for target marketing with differentiated customers. The official API provided by Weibo open platform was used for collecting data. Traditional K-means and an improved K-means algorithm was used for clustering. The classified user groups show strong independent characteristics. The classifying method and results are valuable for further SNS analyses and targeted marketing.

computer and web security system is an attempt to avoid attacks from crackers because a form and method of crime on internet network can not be predicted. Therefore, we just keep trying to use various methods in securing the system that is running. It is the same in web testing that can be accessed online by people who are not responsible from along distance to change and remove the test results or even damage the web testing system. So, the purpose of this paper is to design and implement web security testing system by using semantic comparison method to avoid structured query language injection (SQLI) attack and to do security on web testing application using Message Digest 5 encryption (MD5). Research data were obtained by using direct observation and documentation and literature review. After the design and application of the system, it can be obtained that by using semantic comparison method in web testing can prevent the occurrence of SQL injection attacks and can secure account from web testing users by using MD5.

How to interpret the results of medical time series data analysis: Classical statistical approaches versus dynamic Bayesian network modeling

Background: Classical statistics is a well-established approach in the analysis of medical data. While the medical community seems to be familiar with the concept of a statistical analysis and its interpretation, the Bayesian approach, argued by many of its proponents to be superior to the classical frequentist approach, is still not well-recognized in the analysis of medical data. Aim: The goal of this study is to encourage data analysts to use the Bayesian approach, such as modeling with graphical probabilistic networks, as an insightful alternative to classical statistical analysis of medical data. Materials and Methods: This paper offers a comparison of two approaches to analysis of medical time series data: (1) classical statistical approach, such as the Kaplan-Meier estimator and the Cox proportional hazards regression model, and (2) dynamic Bayesian network modeling. Our comparison is based on time series cervical cancer screening data collected at Magee-Womens Hospital, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center over 10 years. Results: The main outcomes of our comparison are cervical cancer risk assessments produced by the three approaches. However, our analysis discusses also several aspects of the comparison, such as modeling assumptions, model building, dealing with incomplete data, individualized risk assessment, results interpretation, and model validation. Conclusion : Our study shows that the Bayesian approach is (1) much more flexible in terms of modeling effort, and (2) it offers an individualized risk assessment, which is more cumbersome for classical statistical approaches. © 2016 Journal of Pathology Informatics | Published by Wolters Kluwer -Medknow.

Engaging end-users in creative and experiential e-learning activities by giving them the 'right tools' can be viewed as a way to empower end-users in developing their own artifacts. The aim of this paper is to propose 'e-learning-by-developing', a creative learning-by-experience methodology, that can support end-users to develop data intensive mobile applications. The proposed learning approach aims to create a training model for the acquisition of knowledge and development of skills for database-driven applications, by promoting active participation of the-user in the development process. Preliminary experimental evaluation showed that end-users, with limited prior database knowledge and development background, were able to quickly and efficiently design a relational scheme and create a reusable database driven mobile application. © 2015 IEEE.

This paper presents the application program of fingerprint detection using wavelet transform for authentication. Fingerprints are obtained from the site of crime, old documents and excavated things. This paper proposes a fingerprint recognition technique based on wavelet-based texture pattern recognition method. By collecting incomplete fingerprints of 2 people with 6 images each. The original seven of uncompleted fingerprint images were undetected and only one was detected. After enhancing image quality using wavelet transform method, it was found that those of seven images were completed. The comparison method was a matching technique. This work focuses on the ability of the program and knowledge of image processing by studying algorithms of image processing. In design algorithm process, different technique enhancements were employed as well as the study of different of filters and algorithms based on existing research results from literature.

Transformative technologies are enabling the construction of three dimensional (3D) maps of tissues with unprecedented spatial and molecular resolution. Over the next seven years, the NIH Common Fund Human Biomolecular Atlas program (HuBMAP) intends to develop a widely accessible framework for comprehensively mapping the human body at single-cell resolution by supporting technology development, data acquisition, and detailed spatial mapping. HuBMAP will integrate its efforts with other funding agencies, programs, consortia, and the biomedical research community at large towards the shared vision of a comprehensive, accessible 3D molecular and cellular atlas of the human body, in health and various disease settings. We compare three approaches to learning numerical parameters of discrete Bayesian networks from continuous data streams: (1) the EM algorithm applied to all data, (2) the EM algorithm applied to data increments, and (3) the online EM algorithm. Our results show that learning from all data at each step, whenever feasible, leads to the highest parameter accuracy and model classification accuracy. When facing computational limitations, incremental learning approaches are a reasonable alternative. While the differences in speed between incremental algorithms are not large (online EM is slightly slower), for all but small data sets online EM tends to be more accurate than incremental EM. ©2015 Elsevier B.V. Background: The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted gaps in health surveillance systems, disease prevention, and treatment globally. Among the many factors that might have led to these gaps is the issue of the financing of national health systems, especially in low-income and middle-income countries (LMICs), as well as a robust global system for pandemic preparedness. We aimed to provide a comparative assessment of global health spending at the onset of the pandemic;characterise the amount of development assistance for pandemic preparedness and response disbursed in the first 2 years of the COVID-19 pandemic;and examine expectations for future health spending and put into context the expected need for investment in pandemic preparedness. Methods: In this analysis of global health spending between 1990 and 2021, and prediction from 2021 to 2026, we estimated four sources of health spending: development assistance for health (DAH), government spending, out-of-pocket spending, and prepaid private spending across 204 countries and territories. We used the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s Creditor Reporting System (CRS) and the WHO Global Health Expenditure Database (GHED) to estimate spending. We estimated development assistance for general health, COVID-19 response, and pandemic preparedness and response using a keyword search. Health spending estimates were combined with estimates of resources needed for pandemic prevention and preparedness to analyse future health spending patterns, relative to need. Findings: In 2019, at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, US$9·2 trillion (95% uncertainty interval [UI] 9·1–9·3) was spent on health worldwide. We found great disparities in the amount of resources devoted to health, with high-income countries spending $7·3 trillion (95% UI 7·2–7·4) in 2019;293·7 times the $24·8 billion (95% UI 24·3–25·3) spent by low-income countries in 2019.
