Image-text matching is an important problem at the intersection of computer vision and natural language processing. It aims to establish the semantic link between image and text to achieve high-quality semantic alignment between the two modalities. However, the existing methods have the problem that the meaning expressed in the image or the complex narrative in the text cannot be fully understood due to insufficient feature extraction. Moreover, due to the essential modal differences between images and texts, how to effectively and accurately align the semantic contents in images and texts has become the key of research. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method based on feature enhancement and relationship interaction. When processing images, the proposed method fuses labeled features, region features and location features to represent images. When processing text, a combination of Bi-GRU and self-attention mechanism is used to represent the text. In order to further align the semantic content in images and texts accurately, this paper improves two relational interaction mechanisms by identifying connection relationships and learning association relationships. Thus, the relation enhanced embedding is obtained. Finally, it calculated the similarity of the enhanced embedding to judge the matching degree of the image and text. Extensive experiments on the public datasets Flickr30K and MSCOCO demonstrate the effectiveness of our method. © 2024 IEEE.

3D reconstruction based on single view aims to reconstruct the entire 3D shape of an object from one *** existing methods reconstruct the mesh surface of complex objects,the surface details are difficult to predict and the reconstruction visual effect is poor because the mesh representation is not easily integrated into the deep learning framework;the 3D topology is easily limited by predefined templates and inflexible,and unnecessary mesh self-intersections and connections will be generated when reconstructing complex topology,thus destroying the surface details;the training of the reconstruction network is limited by the large amount of information attached to the mesh vertices,and the training time of the reconstructed network is too *** this paper,we propose a method for fast mesh reconstruction from single view based on Graph Convolutional network(GCN)and topology *** use GCN to ensure the generation of high-quality mesh surfaces and use topology modification to improve the flexibility of the ***,a feature fusion method is proposed to make full use of the features of each stage of the image *** use 3D open dataset ShapeNet to train our network and add a new weight parameter to speed up the training *** experiments demonstrate that our method can not only reconstruct object meshes on complex topological surfaces,but also has better qualitative and quantitative results.

With few-shot learning abilities, pre-trained language models (PLMs) have achieved remarkable success in classification tasks. However, recent studies have shown that the performance of PLM is vulnerable due to different prompts and the instability of the prompt-based learning process. To address this challenge, we explore appropriate perturbation addition of adversarial training and integrate the global knowledge of the full-parameter fine-tuned pre-trained language model(PLM). Specifically, we propose an adversarial prompt learning model (ATPET) and ATPET with fine-tuning(ATPET-FT), incorporating ATPET with fine-tuning knowledge into the prompt learning process. Through extensive experiments on several few-shot classification tasks and challenging data settings, we demonstrate that our methods consistently improve the robustness while maintaining the effectiveness of PLMs. © 2024 IEEE.

Bitcoin address clustering method based on multiple heuristic conditions

Single heuristic method and incomplete heuristic conditions were difficult to cluster a large number of addresses comprehensively and accurately. Therefore, this paper analysed the associations between Bitcoin transactions and addresses and used six heuristic conditions to cluster addresses and entities. We proposed an improved change address detection algorithm and compared it with the original change address algorithm to prove the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. By adding conditional constraints, the identified change address was more accurate, and the convergence speed of the algorithm was accelerated. Our work presented the pseudo-anonymity mechanism of the Bitcoin system, which could be used by the law enforcement agencies to track and crack down illegal transactions. © 2022 The Authors. Automated skin lesion classification in dermoscopy images remains challenging due to the existence of artefacts and intrinsic cutaneous features, diversity of lesion morphology, insufficiency of training data, and class imbalance problem. To address these challenges, we propose a new densely connected convolutional network termed AttDenseNet-121, which is obtained by integrating the convolutional block attention module (CBAM) into DenseNet-121. CBAM is a simple yet efficient attention module, which is further improved by adding a novel pooling layer (multiscale-pooling) to effectively enhance its attention capability. The optimized CBAM strengthens the representation power of DenseNet-121 by emphasizing meaningful features and suppressing unnecessary ones, thus significantly enhancing the classification performance. Besides, to handle the imbalanced dataset, we employ an improved focal loss function rather than the traditional cross-entropy loss function to train AttDenseNet-121. The improved focal loss is calculated from a different perspective compared with the original focal loss. It makes the distribution of positive samples and negative samples in each batch the same as that in the original data, successfully mitigating the negative influence of class imbalance on this multi-class classification task. We conduct extensive experiments on the public benchmark dataset (HAM10000) and the results indicate that our proposed method achieves superior performance compared with that of the baselines and state-of-the-art algorithms. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

为了解决列车-轨道-地基土三维有限元模型随机多样本计算效率低的问题,本文提出了一种基于Seed-PCG法的高效并行计算方法。基于有限元法和虚拟激励法建立轨道不平顺激励下的三维列车-轨道-地基土耦合随机振动分析模型;针对车致地基土随机振动分析产生的多右端项线性方程组求解问题,采用Seed-PCG方法进行求解。通过PCG方法求解种子系统得到的Krylov子空间进行投影,以改进其余线性方程组的初始解和对应的初始残量,有效提高了PCG法的收敛速度,最后,在MATLABCUDA混合平台上开发了并行计算程序。数值算例表明:相同计算平台下的该方法相比多点同步算法获得了104.2倍的加速;相比PCG法逐个求解方案减少了18%的迭代次数,获得了1.21倍的加速。

The development of the Internet has made people more closely related and has put forward higher requirements for recommendation models. Most recommendation models are studied only for the long-term interests of users. In this paper, the interaction time between the user and the item is introduced as auxiliary information in the model construction. Interaction time is used to determine users' long-term preferences and short-term preferences. In this paper, temporal features are extracted by building a convolutional gated recurrent unit with attention neural network (CNN-GRU-Attention). Firstly, for the problem of accurate feature extraction, CNN are constructed to extract higher-level and more abstract features of themselves and transform high-dimensional data into low-dimensional data;secondly, for the problem of social temporality, GRU are used to not only extract temporal information, but also effectively reduce gradient dispersion, making model convergence and training easier;finally, Graph Attention networks are used to aggregate the social relationship information of users and items respectively, which constitute the final feature representation of users and items respectively. In particular, a modified cosine similarity is used to reduce the error caused by data insensitivity when constructing the social information of the item. In this study, simulation experiments are conducted on two publicly available datasets (Epinions and Ciao), and the experimental results show that the proposed recommended model performs better than other social recommendation models, improving the evaluation metrics of MAE and RMSE by 1.06%-1.33% and 1.19%-1.37%, respectively. The effectiveness of the model innovation is proved. © 2023 IEEE.

In many underwater application scenarios, recognition tasks need to be executed promptly on computationally limited platforms. However, models designed for this field often exhibit spatial locality, and existing works lack the ability to capture crucial details in images. Therefore, a lightweight and detail-aware vision network (LDVNet) for resource-constrained environments is proposed to overcome the limitations of these approaches. Firstly, in order to enhance the accuracy of target image recognition, we introduce transformer modules to acquire global information, thus addressing the issue of spatial locality inherent in traditional convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Secondly, to maintain the network's lightweight nature, we integrate the transformer module with convolutional operations, thereby mitigating the substantial parameter and floating point operations (FLOPs) overhead. Thirdly, for the efficient extraction of crucial fine-grained details from feature maps, we have devised a channel and spatial attention module (C&SA). This module aids in recognizing intricate and fine-grained visual tasks and enhances image understanding. It is seamlessly integrated into LDVNet with nearly negligible parameter overhead. The experimental results demonstrate that LDVNet outperforms other lightweight networks and hybrid networks in different recognition tasks, while being suitable for resource-constrained environments. © 2023 IEEE.
