Algorithms, which used in the microphone array, are currently widely popular, especially the GSC algorithm. Compared with the single-channel algorithm model, GSC uses information of direction of arrival (DOA) of the original speech signal to increase the efficiency of noise suppression. However, in practical applications, there are many restrictions, such as the error of the actual direction, the error of sensitivity between microphones, which affects the output signal, causes speech distortion and performance degradation. In this paper, the author proposed a method, that uses a priori SNR to reduce the speech leakage in the reference signal, to improve the implementation of GSC algorithm in diffuse noise field. The above method has been tested, and its effectiveness has been proven. In the future, the author will continue to study different noise environmental conditions to further improve the efficiency of the above method. © 2022 IEEE.

Advances in technology have produced smaller and more powerful computing devices. For example, there are currently a variety of portable personal computing devices, including wireless computing devices, such as portable wireless phones, personal digital assistants (PDAs), and paging devices. These devices are small, light, and easy to carry by users. More specifically, portable wireless phones (e.g., cellular phones and Internet Protocol (IP) phones) can transmit voice and data packets via wireless networks. Further, many of these wireless telephones include other types of devices incorporated therein. For example, wireless phones can also contain digital still cameras, digital video cameras, digital recorders, and audio file players. Moreover, such wireless phones can process executable instructions, including software applications, such as web browser applications that can be used to access the Internet. In this way, these wireless phones can contain significant computing power. The audio processing system in the wireless phone may use a multi-microphone system that improves audio quality based on a multi-channel digital processing algorithm. For example, compared to a single microphone system, a multi-microphone system can provide enhanced noise suppression and can allow the audio processing system to implement spatially related audio features, such as position related noise. In order achieving a better result of extracting the target speaker, the author proposed a method, which based on dual-microphone system, uses post-filtering technology to eliminate diffuse noise and unwanted speech. Experiments have presented the effectiveness and robust of the proposed method. © 2022 IEEE.

In this communication, an improved MIMO antenna array with defected ground structure (DGS) is designed for 5G wireless applications. Its schematic comprises eight radiator elements, situated at the center of an FR-4 printed circuit board. For optimizing the mutual coupling features, the metamaterial rectangular slots are employed between adjacent elements. Extensive simulation results prove that our proposed design 4x4 MIMO array operated at 5.8 GHz offers significantly better performance in terms of antenna gain and envelope correlation coefficient (ECC) with 6 dB and less than 0.0009 respectively. Rendering to the reached outcomes, the proposed MIMO antenna is an efficient application-oriented design for 5G communication.

This study aims to reveal the best deep learning models that are improved and optimized by predicting undesirable behavior patterns using a dataset consisting of artificial and real exam data of students taking online distance education courses in an online environment through the distance education system. Using online exam data of 129 students, the researchers conducted analysis with two different scenarios to determine the best prediction performance through regression and classification models. The model we proposed was determined as a four-layer DNN with 80.4% test performance in detecting students who “cheated” from undesirable behavior patterns, which was performed with K-10, K-5 and K-3 cross-validation. The results prove that students' online distance education exam data can be easily applied to the DNN model. The models presented in the study provide a roadmap for educational institutions to evaluate their online examination practices and develop more effective strategies for academic honesty.

This paper introduces AbotalebNet, a novel deep learning architecture optimized for time series forecasting, with a particular focus on the complexities of COVID-19 data. This paper presents the impact of external factors on consumer purchasing behavior in e-commerce. It examines how variables such as time of day, weather conditions, economic fluctuations, social influences, cultural trends, seasonal events, and others can influence online purchasing decisions. Using data from an e-commerce website, a model was built using GIA GMDH to analyze the impact of these factors on consumer purchasing behavior. The study found significant correlations between seemingly minor external factors and consumer behavior, highlighting the importance of holistic analysis for companies to adapt their strategies and improve e-commerce performance.

Optimistic versioning is a key component in supporting collaborative workflows. Text-based versioning has been widely adopted for versioning code, but in model-driven engineering, dealing with visual concrete syntaxes, new methods are required. In the case of blended modeling, a mixture of both textual and visual syntaxes, concurrently editable and synchronizable, introduces additional challenges. We propose a type of operation-based versioning to record not only user edits, but also bi-directional change propagations between concrete and abstract syntax. This way we can support blended modeling with layout continuity, and flexible handling of missing information (e. g., layout information) when rendering changes from abstract to concrete syntax. In addition, the proposed versioning approach enables collaborative conflict resolution by allowing partial conflict resolution, thus deferring a final resolution. © 2022 Copyright for this paper by its authors. The problem of finding a maximal dense subgraph of a power-law random graph G(n, α) is considered for every value of density c ε (0, 1) and for every a ε (0,+∞). It is shown that in case α <2 a maximal c-dense subgraph has size Θ_p(n^1-α/2), in case α = 2 it is limited whp, and in case α >2 it is whp less than 4/c. © 2021 Mathematical Sciences Publishers.

DC traction motors are widely used in all branches of urban economy. They began to be used in industry about a hundred years ago with the advent of the first calculation methods. When designing a DC motor, it is important to consider it comprehensively, together with the electric drive system. The article discusses the application of a more correct approach to modeling a series-excited DC motor using the ANSYS software package, in particular, the ANSYS RMxprt/Maxwell/Simplorer bundle. The main stages of initial data input are considered and the main calculation results are shown. Using ANSYS Maxwell allows you to quickly and automatically build a typical machine geometry using RMxprt. When solving non-standard structures, it is possible to use 3D design with step-by-step elements. The analysis of the obtained graphic dependences of electric power parameters makes it possible to judge the efficiency of the electric motor and its operational properties in idling and under load. The simulation results show excellent agreement with the data obtained experimentally. © 2023 IEEE.
