In this paper, we proposed a hybridized soft computing technique to solve a restricted 4-dimensional TSP (r-4DTSP) where different paths with various numbers of conveyances are available to travel between two cities. Here, some restrictions on paths and conveyances are imposed. The algorithm is a hybridization of genetic algorithm (GA) and swap operator-based particle swarm optimization (PSO). The initial solutions are produced by proposed GA which used as swarm in PSO. The said hybrid algorithm (GA-PSO) is tested against some test functions, and efficiency of the proposed algorithm is established. The r-4DTSPs are considered with crisp costs. The models are illustrated with some numerical data. © 2018, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Certain Types of Product Bipolar Fuzzy Graphs

Recently, bipolar fuzzy graph is a vastly growing research area as it is the generalization of the fuzzy graphs. In this paper, at first the concepts of regular and totally regular product bipolar fuzzy graphs is introduced. Then necessary and sufficient conditions are established under which regular and totally regular product bipolar fuzzy graph becomes equivalent. The notion of product bipolar fuzzy line graph is introduced and investigated some of its properties. A necessary and sufficient condition is given for a product bipolar fuzzy graph to be isomorphic to its corresponding product bipolar fuzzy line graph. It is also examined when an isomorphism between two product bipolar fuzzy graphs follows from an isomorphism of their corresponding fuzzy line graphs. © 2015, Springer India Pvt. Ltd.

Owing to the condensed size of components in digital designs on the FPGA, it is difficult to guarantee an acceptable degree of reliability due to soft-errors. These designs are mostly available in Hardware Description Languages (HDL) at various abstraction levels, e.g. gate-level, data-flow, and behavioural. Fault Injection (FI) is a well-known technique to assess the dependability of such designs. Broadly, FI techniques for FPGA-based designs are categorized into emulation and simulation-based techniques. Simulation-Based FI (SBFI) tools work on hardware models of designs and help designers to test and verify designs at an early phase of the FPGA design & development flow. Testing, dependability analysis, and fault simulation applications require a faulty model of the original design during fault injection campaign. Therefore, we require a tool which can automatically generate the faulty model of the original design written at any abstraction levels and perform fault injection testing and dependability analysis. In this paper, a fault injection tool (RASP-FIT) is presented, which consists of an automatic code modifier (fault injection algorithm), fault injection control unit and result analyser. Previously, the tool is used for code-modification, test and hardness analysis for gate-level designs. In this paper, an enhancement of a code modifier along with result analyser techniques are applied to the data-flow benchmark designs and presented.

A graph structure is a useful tool in solving the combinatorial problems in different areas of computer science and computational intelligence systems. In this paper, we present a frame work to handle m-polar fuzzy information by combining the theory of m-polar fuzzy sets with graphs. We introduce the notion of strongly edge irregular and strongly edge totally irregular m-polar fuzzy graphs. Some properties of them are also studied to characterize strongly edge irregular and strongly edge totally irregular m-polar fuzzy graphs. © 2016, Springer India Pvt. Ltd.

The aim of this study is the development of the method of generating and filling the template of ontology for the quality of the concrete software and method of forming the logical conclusion about the sufficiency of information of software requirements specification (SRS) for software quality assessment (by ISO 25010:2011). The first time proposed method of generating and filling the template of ontology for the quality of the concrete software leaves in the relevant ontology only measures, which are available in the SRS for the concrete software. It provides forming the ontology for the quality of the concrete software. The first time developed method of forming the logical conclusion about the sufficiency of the SRS information for software quality assessment provides the conclusion about the sufficiency or insufficiency of the SRS information for software quality assessment by ISO 25010:2011. If the SRS information is insufficient, this method: provides the conclusion for which characteristics and sub-characteristics the information is insufficient;creates the sorted list of missing measures as the recommended priority of their addition in the SRS;evaluates the veracity of software quality assessment based on the available in the SRS measures. © 2017 IEEE.

Neurons use electricity in order to communicate to each other. Due to numerous signals sent by neurons, there are oodles of electrical activity in the brain. Sensitive equipment like electroencephalogram (EEG) biosensor perceives the brainwaves emanated from neurons. Beta waves are responsible for problem solving or decision making and associated with attention. Alpha waves are associated with now and meditation. Neurosky EEG biosensor perceives the brainwaves and transforms these brainwaves into attention and meditation values. In this study, Neurosky EEG biosensor is used for measuring the attention and meditation levels of students. A program is developed in C# medium. The developed program records raw brainwave data, attention and meditation average while the students are studying. As the attention and meditation levels are high, the students learn the subjects in the course. If predetermined meditation and attention level are not caught, the developed program does not give permission to pass to another subject. Because of that the students have less meditation and attention average than the predetermined value;they get fewer grades in the exam. © 2017 IEEE.

This document presents the development of an informational model of instrumental examination of a patient using the data flow diagrams (DFD). The developed informational model of the instrumental examination is presented in the form of a context diagram, its decomposition, and the decomposition of the subsystems «Registration and analysis of biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features» and «Diagnostics». Taking into account the proposed information model, UML diagrams of the activity of the biomedical decision support system based on morphological analysis of biomedical signals and images with locally concentrated features, of the module for morphological analysis of an electrocardiogram, and of the module for improving the quality of visualization of biological objects on radiological images based on the IMRI method are developed.

Theoretical concepts of graphs are highly utilized by computer science applications. Especially in research areas of computer science such as data mining, image segmentation, clustering, image capturing and networking. The interval-valued fuzzy graphs are more flexible and compatible than fuzzy graphs due to the fact that they have many applications in networks. In this paper, at first we define three new operations on interval-valued fuzzy graphs namely strong product, tensor product and lexicographic product. Likewise, we study about the degree of a vertex in interval-valued fuzzy graphs which are obtained from two given interval-valued fuzzy graphs using the operations Cartesian product, composition, tensor and strong product of two interval-valued fuzzy graphs. These operations are highly utilized by computer science, geometry, algebra, number theory and operation research. In addition to the existing operations these properties will also be helpful to study large interval-valued fuzzy graph as a combination of small, interval-valued fuzzy graphs and to derive its properties from those of the smaller ones. © 2018 - IOS Press and the authors. The Universal Morphology (UniMorph) project is a collaborative effort providing broad-coverage instantiated normalized morphological inflection tables for hundreds of diverse world languages. The project comprises two major thrusts: a language-independent feature schema for rich morphological annotation and a type-level resource of annotated data in diverse languages realizing that schema. This paper presents the expansions and improvements made on several fronts over the last couple of years (since McCarthy et al. (2020)). Collaborative efforts by numerous linguists have added 67 new languages, including 30 endangered languages. We have implemented several improvements to the extraction pipeline to tackle some issues, e.g. missing gender and macron information. We have also amended the schema to use a hierarchical structure that is needed for morphological phenomena like multiple-argument agreement and case stacking, while adding some missing morphological features to make the schema more inclusive. In light of the last UniMorph release, we also augmented the database with morpheme segmentation for 16 languages. Lastly, this new release makes a push towards inclusion of derivational morphology in UniMorph by enriching the data and annotation schema with instances representing derivational processes from MorphyNet. © European Language Resources Association (ELRA), licensed under CC-BY-NC-4.0.

An overview of existing urban software mobile applications of the transport and economic direction is given. A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. The prospects of further improving the SM FRCB are considered.
