Interval-valued fuzzy threshold graph is an extension of fuzzy threshold graph. In this paper, interval-valued fuzzy threshold graph, interval-valued fuzzy alternating 4-cycle, and interval-valued fuzzy threshold dimension are defined, and certain properties are studied. Electronic System Level (ESL) design flow tries to handle the complexity of today's System-on-Chip design and verification. Due to this complexity, design and verification methodologies start from an abstraction level higher than Register Transfer Level (RTL). In ESL, verification becomes a major bottleneck in the design flow, and finding a good verification methodology at this abstraction level is important. In this paper, we focus on communication parts of ESL designs rather than the computation parts. Here, we propose a new environment for ESL designs called RTL+, which is an abstraction level higher than RTL and yet lower than TLM-2 implementation of ESL. Nowadays, the staff of modern operation rooms (ORs) and intensive care units (ICUs) has to handle increasingly complex medical devices and their user interfaces. Inconsistent and often non-sterile user interfaces lead to error-prone and slow reconfiguring actions which in the end may even harm the patient. To overcome these issues interconnected medical devices are necessary. We introduce a new concept for flexible and easy-to-use remote controls which allow to control a range of different devices from different manufacturers. Current solutions are vendor-, and mostly even device-specific and tightly coupled. The effort for manufacturers is high and the maintainability is bad. Thus, controls that can be assigned dynamically to different medical devices are rare or mostly not available. Yet such dynamic controls are badly needed to improve clinical workflows especially in ORs and ICUs. We establish such a remote control setup using the service-oriented architecture defined in the IEEE 11073 SDC standards family. The presented concept is based on dynamic service orchestration to overcome existing problems: The control device and the controlled medical device are published as independent services in the network and an additional composed service interconnects them. We successfully implemented this concept for dynamically assignable controls in a real-world demonstrator with several medical devices from more than five different manufacturers. Performance evaluations show its practicability.

In this work, a new similarity measure was proposed based on the heights and areas of interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Some properties corresponding to the proposed similarity measure were illustrated. A comparison with the different existing similarity-measurement techniques demonstrated that the proposed method gave better results, overcoming the drawbacks of the existing methods. The proposed similarity-measurement technique was applied to the prediction of risk in the burning problem of Familial Breast Cancer (FBC). Finally, a numerical illustration for FBC was given using interval-valued trapezoidal fuzzy numbers.

This paper aims to develop a sensor based monitoring and analyzing system for Neuro-Degenerative Disorder patients (NDD); this may consist on SpO2 sensor, Electrophysiological sensors, NIBP, Motion Capture sensors and Eye Monitoring sensor, taking into consideration an acceptable cost for the whole system. Recorded data will be sent to an embedded decision making unit where detection, analysis, classification, prediction and action control will occur. The sensors and the decision making unit will be implemented in a comfortable jacket that doesn't affect the patients' movements and that can be used by several patients with reduced sensor placement alterations. The decision that can be made is creating a stimulus to avoid falling in case of sudden stop while moving, initiating an alarm, sending a notification to a mobile phone application, and/or telemedicine monitoring features. Artificial Neural Networks will be used to classify and predict the abnormal cases where action should be taken, and since the sensors will be continuously recording, it is possible to achieve continuous learning for the ANN as a first phase. Initial models will be defined by testing normal behaviors and some known abnormal behaviors or symptoms related to the electrical activity and other characteristics of the heart, oxygen saturation level, eye activity and body motion.

The objective of this paper is to develop a new solution methodology for matrix games, in which goals are viewed as intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) and the elements of the pay-off matrix are represented by triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs). In this methodology, a suitable ranking function is defined to establish an order relation between two TIFNs, and the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy (I-fuzzy) inequalities is interpreted. Utilizing these inequality relations and ranking functions, a pair of linear programming models is derived from a pair of auxiliary intuitionistic fuzzy programming models. Based on the aspiration levels, this pair of linear programming models is solved to determine the optimal strategies for both players of the game. The proposed method in this paper is illustrated with a voting share problem to demonstrate the validity and applicability of the method.
