Fuzzy colouring of m -polar fuzzy graph and its application

In this article, a new idea of fuzzy coloring of m-polar fuzzy graph is presented while establishing the relationship between chromatic number of m-polar fuzzy graph and it's underlying crisp graph. Some properties of m-polar fuzzy graph and new concepts of independently strong edge and independently weak edge in m-polar fuzzy graph are proved. The differences between fuzzy coloring of fuzzy graph and m-polar fuzzy graph are discussed. It is also shown that a m-polar fuzzy graph can be decomposed into m fuzzy graphs. Again, from m isomorphic fuzzy graph one can construct a m-polar fuzzy graph. A relation among chromatic numbers of m-polar fuzzy graph and m such graphs is established. Lastly a real life application of the fuzzy coloring is discussed. © 2018 - IOS Press and the authors. All rights reserved.

These are the proceedings of the first teacher training of the Erasmus+ project No. 2020-1-PT01-KA203-078646 -- Sustrainable. The full title of this project is Promoting Sustainability as a Fundamental Driver in Software Development Training and Education and the interested reader may know more about it at: https://*** The flagship contribution is the organization of two summer schools on sustainable software production. The first summer school is moved due to the Corona pandemic. It is now scheduled for July 2022 in Rijeka, Croatia. This summer school will consist of lectures and practical work for master and PhD students in the area of computing science and closely related fields. There will be contributions from Plovdiv University, University of Ko\v{s}ice, University of Coimbra, University of Minho, E\"otv\"os Lor\'and University, University of Rijeka, Radboud University Nijmegen, University of Pula, University of Amsterdam and Babe\c{s}-Bolyai University. To prepare and streamline this summer school, the consortium organized a teacher training in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. This was an event of five full days on November 1-5, 2022 organized by Ingrid Berenbroek, Mart Lubbers and Pieter Koopman on the campus of the Radboud University Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Sustainability is one of the themes within the strategy of the Radboud University called `A Significant Impact', see https://***/sustainability/organisation/radboud-sustainable/. Sustainability plays an important role in education, research, and management. The contributions were reviewed and give a good overview of what can be expected from the summer school. The Virtual Reality (VR) experiences are great for an engaging presentation creating wide public awareness of cultural heritage, especially if the experience is built on a web-based technology. One of the still posing challenges is that once an application has been developed, for example for a virtual museum or a virtual tour, it usually remains fixed to an embedded in the application model. Adding new functionalities or interaction paradigms needs additional development and new deployment. In this paper, we propose a framework, which achieves the decoupling of an experience from the used models and interaction paradigms through scene and input templates and configuration files. This allows an easy way for generation of a variety of experiences even by people with no or limited programming skills.

We introduce the Piquasso quantum programming framework, a full-stack open-source software platform for the simulation and programming of photonic quantum computers. Piquasso can be programmed via a high-level Python programming interface enabling users to perform efficient quantum computing with discrete and continuous variables. Via optional high-performance C++ backends, Piquasso provides state-of-the-art performance in the simulation of photonic quantum computers. The Piquasso framework is supported by an intuitive web-based graphical user interface where the users can design quantum circuits, run computations, and visualize the results. This report discusses the enhancements and extensions included in SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0. The updates in SCIP 9.0 include improved symmetry handling, additions and improvements of nonlinear handlers and primal heuristics, a new cut generator and two new cut selection schemes, a new branching rule, a new LP interface, and several bugfixes. SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0 also features new Rust and C++ interfaces for SCIP, new Python interface for SoPlex, along with enhancements to existing interfaces. SCIP Optimization Suite 9.0 also includes new and improved features in the LP solver SoPlex, the presolving library PaPILO, the parallel framework UG, the decomposition framework GCG, and the SCIP extension SCIP-SDP. These additions and enhancements have resulted in an overall performance improvement of SCIP in terms of solving time, number of nodes in the branch-and-bound tree, as well as the reliability of the solver. Attackers are perpetually modifying their tactics to avoid detection and frequently leverage legitimate credentials with trusted tools already deployed in a network environment, making it difficult for organizations to proactively identify critical security risks. Network traffic analysis products have emerged in response to attackers’ relentless innovation, offering organizations a realistic path forward for combatting creative attackers. Additionally, thanks to the widespread adoption of cloud computing, Device Operators (DevOps) processes, and the Internet of Things (IoT), maintaining effective network visibility has become a highly complex and overwhelming process. What makes network traffic analysis technology particularly meaningful is its ability to combine its core capabilities to deliver malicious intent detection. In this paper, we propose a novel darknet traffic analysis and network management framework to real-time automating the malicious intent detection process, using a weight agnostic neural networks architecture. It is an effective and accurate computational intelligent forensics tool for network traffic analysis, the demystification of malware traffic, and encrypted traffic identification in real-time. Based on Weight Agnostic Neural Networks (WANNs) methodology, we propose an automated searching neural net architectures strategy that can perform various tasks such as identify zero-day attacks. By automating the malicious intent detection process from the darknet, the advanced proposed solution is reducing the skills and effort barrier that prevents many organizations from effectively protecting their most critical assets. This paper discusses the structural organization of the background monitoring system (BMS) of the transboundary UNESCO World Heritage Site “Beech forests of the Carpathians and ancient beech forests of Germany” using actual data and information from Gorgany Nature Reserve in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine. The features of the structure and functions of background monitoring of the protected natural resources, forests and wildlife of Gorgany Nature Reserve is based on modern methods of collecting and processing of digital data, implementation of the principles of Internet of Things and cloud technologies, combined with GPS-systems, sensor networks with the use of optical and fiber-optic telecommunication channels. The information technology of the background monitoring system is based on figurative cluster models of monitoring objects according to theoretical principles of statistical, correlatory, spectral, cluster, logic-statistical and entropy analysis.

The paper presents a new technique for the botnets' detection in the corporate area networks. It is based on the usage of the algorithms of the artificial immune systems. Proposed approach is able to distinguish benign network traffic from malicious one using the clonal selection algorithm taking into account the features of the botnet's presence in the network. An approach present the main improvements of the BotGRABBER system. It is able to detect the IRC, HTTP, DNS and P2P botnets. © 2018 IEEE.

Biocomputing and molecular biology are areas that change knowledge and skills for acquisition, storing, management, analysis, interpretation and dissemination of biological information. This requires the utilization of high performance computers and innovative software tools for management of the vast information, as well as deployment of innovative algorithmic techniques for analysis, interpretation and prognostication of data in order to get to insight of the design and validation of life-science experiments. Sequence alignment is an important method in DNA and protein analysis. The paper describes the computational challenges in biological sequence processing. The great challenges are to propose parallel computational models and parallel program implementations based on the algorithms for biological sequence alignment. An investigation of the efficiency of sequence alignment based on parallel multithreaded program implementation of Needleman-Wunsch algorithm is presented in this paper. Parallel computational model based on Needleman-Wunsch algorithm is designed. The proposed parallel model is verified by multithreaded parallel program implementation utilizing OpenMP. A number of experiments have been carried out for the case of various data sets and a various number of threads. Parallel performance parameters execution time and speedup are estimated experimentally. The performance estimation and scalability analyses show that the suggested model has good scalability both in respect to the workload and machine size.
