In this paper, an extended multi-dimensional N-coupled higher-order nonlinear Schr¨odinger equation (NCHNLSE), which can describe the propagation of the ultrashort pulses in wavelength division multiplexing (WDM)systems, is investigated. By the bilinear method, we construct the breather solutions for the extended (1+1),(2+1) and(3+1)-dimensional N-CHNLSE. The rogue waves are derived as a limiting form of breathers with the aid of symbolic computation. The effect of group velocity dispersion (GVD), third-order dispersion (TOD) and nonlinearity on breathers and rogue waves solutions are discussed in the optical communication systems.

Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) possess strong expressive capabilities, but with the increasing size and cost of modern CNNs, deploying large-scale CNNs in resource-limited environments remains a challenge, making neural network compression a hot topic in contemporary research. Among various compression methods, tensor decomposition shows numerous unique advantages, such as regular data structure, solid mathematical foundation, convenience in training from scratch, and ideal compression rates. However, most existing tensor decompositions do not perform well in compressing CNNs, struggling to balance time and space complexity, and failing to accelerate CNNs in reality. To address these issues. In this paper, we propose a fine-grained KCP tensor decomposition for CNN convolution kernel compression with considerable compression rate and acceleration capability. First, convolution kernels are compressed using 2nd-order KCP decomposition. The decomposed factor tensors are then converted into a four-layer lightweight convolution kernel structure. This structure conducts continuous contraction computations with the input, transforming the convolution computations into a highly efficient lightweight layered matrix multiplication structure. Secondly, we conduct a comprehensive comparison with other methods and analyze the superiority of our method. Comparisons of computational complexity with other typical tensor compression methods, along with simulation experiments on CIFAR-10 and ImageNet datasets, demonstrate that our method can achieve more efficient comprehensive results. These include acceptable accuracy, significantly reduced model size, and real-world acceleration of network inference times. Finally, we further analyze how different combinations of KT rank and CP rank impact the compression effectiveness and expressive capacity of CNNs. © 2024 IEEE.

MAS is currently a popular method of behavior modeling, it is based on such mathematical model as finite state machine, expert system and soft computing which includes fuzzy logic, neural network, genetic algorithms etc. CLIPS has characteristic of function and nimble implement. If using it as mathematical model of agent, it will be convenient in plan and implement. In this paper, combining CLIPS' function, we discuss how to use clips to realize MAS' calculation, reasoning and communication.

This paper presented a color image tracking method. In order to implement an effective and robust tracking task, a novel approach of weighted color distribution appearance model based on color histogram is discussed, which takes into account the target's shape and position of pixels as necessary factors in target model. Experiment result shows, in contrast with Mean Shift and conventional particle filter, the proposed method can locate object more accurately and have lower complication of calculation. Especially for some complex tracking conditions such as occultation illumination changes, cluttered backgrounds and the proposed method have a better robust.

P2P workflow systems meet the development trend of workflow systems. The running path optimization (the path with the minimum running time which consists of the services discovery time and the task execution time) in full-distribution (decentralized) environments has been a bottleneck restricting the performance of P2P workflow systems. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes a innovative hybrid P2P location network by introducing a novel structured P2P network which effectively reduces the service discovery time with one hop routing and the search bandwidth with 100% location precision at each step and a novel decentralized workload balance network which optimizes the tasks execution time at each step with little churns of network to P2P workflow systems for the first time to fit the global optimal running path with the sequence of the optimal single running steps.

In order to solve the single point failure and performance bottleneck of service in classic storage system, a new storage method IND is proposed in this paper, which is consisted of lots of isomorphic embedded units, a distributed architecture is adopted, in control of virtual techniques the system is just like a union logic unit. It provides user an efficient, scalability and intelligence data storage service. Then a high-performance I/O mechanism depending on the copy mechanism is designed, which stores the copy of hot read-only date in a region of programmable NIC's memory and is managed by IND host to reduce the transfer hot read-only data Experiments show IND system is an efficient storage method which overcomes single-point failure and performance bottleneck and the copy mechanism brings IND system better I/O performance. It is a promising storage strategy.

With the rapid development of computer science, gesture recognition has been a highlight of research in the area of Human computer Interaction (HCI). Generally speaking, gesture recognition can be divided into two types: static gesture recognition and dynamic gesture recognition. Under the background of the aging population, how to use the method of gesture recognition to help the elderly adapt to “Intelligent Age” is a meaningful issue, which deserves more attention. This paper describes a gesture recognition method based on Kinect, a 3D somatosensory camera sensor. This method involves skeleton tracking, where the skeleton data is produced from the depth images obtained via Kinect. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superior performance of the proposed methods over Kinect.

Web public sentiment reflects the people's attitude to society and politics, it's important to identify the web sensitive information correctly to build a harmonious network. Those existing monitoring systems relied on large common category libraries to do accurate identification, yet faced with the new and unknown events which is not recorded in the category libraries did not do in-depth research. In view of this situation, this article proposes an adaptive method combination of content identification and acts recognition to achieve accurate and effective identification of web sensitive information.
