The evolution of human civilization has been intrinsically linked to advancements in technology, leading to the development of multiple languages as mediums of communication. However, this linguistic diversity poses significant challenges in cross-cultural communication. Despite numerous efforts and achieving near state-of-The-Art results in language translation, a universal solution remains elusive. This research study proposes an advanced approach to machine translation by utilizing server-side machine learning to enable seamless communication across various languages. By sending GET or POST requests through JQuery, users can efficiently translate text. The process is structured into three key steps: speech recognition (conversion of spoken words to text), translation using machine learning algorithms, and speech synthesis (conversion of translated text to audio). This approach aims to enhance real-Time translation capabilities, offering a more effective and user-friendly solution for overcoming language barriers. © 2024 IEEE.

In an era of unprecedented digital communication and information sharing, understanding the sentiment expressed in textual data is of paramount importance. Sentiment analysis, a subfield of natural language processing, has gained significant prominence due to its potential to decipher the emotions, opinions, and attitudes conveyed through words. This research paper embarks on a journey into the realm of sentiment analysis, where we explore the nuanced interplay of words and emotions in the digital landscape. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) becomes one of the subjects most learned in the education and literature fields of the present day. Superior research in the field electronics focuses mainly on developed economies. From the e-commerce view, the experience of customers has shifted from visiting retail shops to online shopping, making the analysis of customer behavior more salient. In this dataset, the review is taken into account in this sentiment analysis, considering, executing, and analyzing effective ways. Most probabilistic models are used in current research ventures, in the area of text classification, and information retrieval, among other contexts. In turn, ecommerce has grown much broader with online shopping, which is a core platform through which shoppers may be found. In the same breath, it is very imperative to forecast the level of transactions that will be facilitated through e-commerce. This paper will focus on identifying broad patterns in the written opinions of the consumers by using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. The objective of this research is to predict whether customers will recommend the product they purchased by using the information in review text. © 2024 IEEE.

Amidst the backdrop of increased urbanization and shifting climate patterns, this research delves into the growing vulnerability of landscapes to floods. The focus is on storm drain placement, emphasizing the identification of suitable locations and the need to reinforce drainage networks. The analysis takes into account parameters linked to flood sensitivity, including total rainfall, decadal growth rate, and soil types in each district within a state. Leveraging Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and relevant Coordinate Reference Systems (CRS), the study integrates a diverse array of datasets to inform precise cartographic projections. Employing a Random Forest Classifier, the study dissects the influence of these parameters on storm drain placement. The findings offer valuable insights for decision-makers to improve stormwater management systems, underscoring the importance of ongoing maintenance. Overcoming the challenge of obtaining official government data for recommendations, the research advocates the adoption of new technologies and data integration methods. By combining various data sources, such as topography, rainfall patterns, historical flood records, land use, and infrastructure data, it lays the groundwork for more advanced urban water management strategies, fortifying cities against flooding. © 2024 IEEE.

Recent advances in spatial omics technologies have allowed various omics data to be obtained from a single tissue section. To fully explore the relationships among these different types of omics data, it is urgent to develop more effective methods for spatial multi-omics data integration. In this work, we propose a novel Multi-level Graph Contrastive Learning framework, named SMMGCL, to simultaneously mine complementary information at both spot and graph levels for integrating Spatial Multi-omics data. Specifically, to adaptively fuse multi-omics modalities, we first design a multi-modality autoencoder that integrates spatial locations with spot omic expressions to extract modality-specific embeddings. These embeddings are then fused into a consensus representation using an attention mechanism to capture spot-level cross-omics representations. Next, to explore the complex inter-omic structural information, we connect corresponding spots across different omics adjacency graphs into a heterogeneous graph. We then employ a graph convolutional network (GCN) to extract spatial correlations across the omics, learning a graph-level cross-omics global representation. Finally, SMMGCL aligns feature similarity matrixes between spot-level and graph-level representations with their pseudo-label similarity matrix, ensuring multi-level clustering consistency and leading to more accurate spatial multi-omics integration. Experimental results on simulated and real datasets from across tissues show that SMMGCL consistently outperforms other state-of-the-art methods in spatial multi-omics integration performance. The internet of things technology has developed almost all the sectors including energy management. In traditional energy management system meters are used to recording the number of units and electricity used but they are unable to provide the real time information or updates or any theft of electricity. By focusing this problem, we have developed a system which is able to overcome all the problems in traditional electric management system. It monitors the energy usage and real time theft detection of electricity as it cost lot of money. In our system we have used a current sensor which continuously checks the electricity flow. The microcontroller measures the actual energy usage as well as expected values. It compares both the values. If a big difference found, then it could mean the theft of electricity. So, the GSM module is used to send the alert to the user hence they can take required action. The Wi-Fi module sends the data over the cloud for data analytics. Also, user can see the real time data from the cloud platform. Hence user can track the energy usage and get timely alerts so that user can be aware of energy consumption or energy theft. The system is developed by setting up hardware parts as well as integration with software. The system can be operated or monitored from remote place, as Wi-Fi module connects the system with the internet. System can detect the unusual activities like theft of electricity by analyzing the data. Using the IoT technology for energy management, it can become cost effective as well as smart solution of energy management to avoid any theft. Hence it can overcome the loss. © 2024 IEEE.

Efficient operations, within the supply chain are vital for the electronics industry. In this study, we focus on optimizing the supply chain network of a hypothetical company ABC Electronics, an entity crafted for the purposes of this research paper. The company faces challenges related to production, inventory management, and transportation logistics. To address these challenges we employ machine learning (ML) and integer linear programming (ILP) techniques. Our primary objectives include enhancing demand predictions through ML, optimizing production schedules and inventory using ILP, and devising strategies for transportation logistics. Our research makes a contribution toward reducing costs and improving efficiency at ABC Electronics enabling them to stay competitive in the electronics market. The primary goal of this research article is to discover the consumers' behaviour while spending time on the e-commerce platform and to use the consumers who have positive Word-of-Mouth on the products to motivate them as promoters through positive Word of Mouth behaviour. The behavioural factors considered in this study are Relationship value, Trust value, Satisfaction level and Word of Mouth. The trial model includes the consumers who use an e-commerce platform for their online shopping in India. A proper questionnaire with four components was created and used to collect the sample data. Totally 300 responses have been received and analysed with the help of structured equation model and SPSS and AMOS software. The findings suggest that the 'Word of Mouth' technique can be used as a tool to increase the number of consumers in an online platform, particularly e-commerce. We investigated how Relationship Value and Trust Value can be used as key factors to motivate consumers' positive WoM behaviour. This research would be more beneficial to the B2C model. The research has done only for Indian e-commerce portals for survey. There is a scope to do research for the global level e-commerce market. Future study focuses on dynamic attributes for relationship values. This research work will help the researchers who is working on B2C model and consumer behavioural models. This model would be used for any online transactions-based services. As best of the knowledge of the authors' this study is the novel idea to understand the consumers' behaviour for purchasing items through the positive WoM. This work can be adopted for any e-commerce platform. © 2024 IEEE.

Vehicular network technology has made substantial advancements in recent years in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems. Vehicular Cloud Computing (VCC) has emerged as a novel paradigm with a substantial increase in data exchange within Vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs). VCC integrates cloud computing, vehicular networking, and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. It enables Infrastructure-to-Vehicle (I2V), Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V), and Vehicle-to-Device (V2D) communication. VCC optimizes vehicle, cloud infrastructure, and IoT resources while addressing significant communication security and vehicle-user privacy challenges. To address these issues, we developed an RFID-based authentication protocol for VCC based on a Henon map using a hash function. In addition, we also incorporated a Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) to resist physical tampering attacks. We validate the protocol's security formally and informally. The formal security analysis is conducted through a widely used RoR model. We use the Scyther simulation tool to verify the proposed protocol's security against various attacks. Moreover, we compare the performance of our protocol with similar existing protocols across important performance parameters such as communication and computation overheads and security attributes. The proposed protocol yields substantial improvements, demonstrating a 40.74% reduction in computation overhead and a 13.03% decrease in communication overhead as compared to related protocols, delivering both enhanced performance and resource efficiency. The analysis demonstrates its capacity to support secure communication in the VCC environment and satisfy desirable security attributes. © 2024 IEEE.

Since the inception of the Internet and WWW, providing the time among multiple nodes on the Internet has been one of the most critical challenges. David Mills is the pioneer to provide time on the Internet, inventing the Network Time Protocol (NTP), and synchronizing the clocks in computer systems. Now, the NTP is predominantly used on the Internet and WWW. In this paper, we revisit the NTP, and present the overview of the NTP. In particular, we highlight the advanced research effort, the SpaceNTP, to synchronize the clocks among assets and entities in space. The SpaceNTP designed for space environments will be the fundamental medium and enabling block to provide the future web services in space. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
