Youth unemployment represents an urgent global socioeconomic challenge. This study combines machine learning and exploratory data analysis to understand and solve this problem comprehensively. Traditional approaches often rely on qualitative assessments and historical data requiring a data-driven transition to more effective solutions. Our approach integrates machine learning algorithms and Exploratory data Analysis techniques to analyze diverse data sets, identify influencing factors, and recommend targeted interventions. The analysis process includes data collection, preprocessing, feature selection, machine learning modeling, and Exploratory data Analysis techniques to understand the dynamics of the Better understanding unemployment among young people. Preliminary results reveal precise predictive patterns and previously unrecognized relationships, providing evidence-based solutions to inform policy and support the economic well-being of younger generations. Further research and validation are needed to increase applicability. © 2023 IEEE.

—Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have emerged as the potential aerial base stations (BSs) to improve terrestrial communications. However, the limited onboard energy and antenna power of a UAV restrict its communication range and transmission capability. To address these limitations, this work employs collaborative beamforming through a UAV-enabled virtual antenna array to improve transmission performance from the UAV to terrestrial mobile users, under interference from non-associated BSs and dynamic channel conditions. Specifically, we introduce a memory-based random walk model to more accurately depict the mobility patterns of terrestrial mobile users. Following this, we formulate a multi-objective optimization problem (MOP) focused on maximizing the transmission rate while minimizing the flight energy consumption of the UAV swarm. Given the NP-hard nature of the formulated MOP and the highly dynamic environment, we transform this problem into a multi-objective Markov decision process and propose an improved evolutionary multi-objective reinforcement learning algorithm. Specifically, this algorithm introduces an evolutionary learning approach to obtain the approximate Pareto set for the formulated MOP. Moreover, the algorithm incorporates a long short-term memory network and hyper-sphere-based task selection method to discern the movement patterns of terrestrial mobile users and improve the diversity of the obtained Pareto set. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method effectively generates a diverse range of non-dominated policies and outperforms existing methods. Additional simulations demonstrate the scalability and robustness of the proposed CB-based method under different system parameters and various unexpected circumstances. © 2025 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Inc.. Illegal fishing is an unresolved and internationally pervasive problem that occurs both on the high seas and in areas within national jurisdiction. Existing technologies use anomaly detection algorithms that examine the data from Automatic Identification System (AIS) and radar cameras having long range. It is capable of covering 44.4 km. These algorithms also include clustering, density-based methods, or neural networks that are used to identify unusual behavior or patterns in fishing vessel data. These algorithms can flag vessels that deviate from typical fishing patterns, helping authorities target suspicious activities. However, they fail to identify the complex patterns and accurately detect illegal fishing. We propose a system that increases the accuracy of algorithms by identifying complex patterns to send an alert to respective authorities. These alerts play a role in decreasing illegal fishing to some extent. Based on [1] US Food and Agriculture Organization's illegal fishing activities have an economic value of US$10-23 billion (estimates) and are responsible for the loss of 11-26 million tons of fish every year. This project aims to mature a Driver Snoozing System (DSS) that provide alertness to drivers when they are fatigue, both in day time and night time. A regular camera is used to monitor the driver's face and eyes to check their alertness level. The system sounds an alarm when it detects signs of tiredness. This system's main goals are to improve traffic flow, avoid accidents caused by tired drivers, warn drivers in advance, and reduce the financial burden of traffic accidents. Additionally, it will lessen the strain on healthcare systems, aid in preventing traffic-related injuries and fatalities, and enhance the quality of life for people and communities. The purpose of this study was to create a technological solution for the problem of drowsy driving, which is a major risk for road safety and a common cause of accidents. In this article, the proposed Driver Snoozing System comprises of Infrared sensor and camera which can potentially reduce the accidents caused by driver fatigue because it can identify sleepy driving both in the daytime and at nighttime. Despite some limitations, it can potentially improve traffic safety and reduce the financial expense of accidents. More research and development are needed to make it more accurate and effective. © 2023 IEEE.

Plant disease detection is a crucial task in agriculture to ensure healthy crop production. It is vital to identify plant diseases early in order to avert economic and environmental damages. A Machine learning-based approach including Deep Learning techniques for identifying plant disease was developed using Grape leaf images in this work. Inception v3, Squeezenet, VGG-16, and VGG-19 are some embedders that are used in the suggested method to convert raw image data into a fixed-length vector representation, also known as a 'embedding' or 'feature vector.' Our research concludes that CNN stands out with exceptional accuracy above 99.70% compared to classifiers like Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, and SVM. Additionally, Inception V3 proved to be an efficient feature extractor, enhancing feature representation and reducing processing time. © 2023 IEEE.

A rising number of spy cameras installed in sensitive locations globally poses an escalating threat to personal privacy. Detecting these small and well-concealed cameras with the naked eye is challenging. Despite the abundance of Android apps, accurate detection remains elusive, with many requiring subscriptions and some charging users without prior notice. Furthermore, most IoT devices are designed to detect wired cameras, overlooking the prevalence of wireless spy cameras. Existing studies often rely on impractical methods, such as wireless transmission detection. The primary objective of this paper is to develop a cost-effective, scalable, robust, and user-friendly spy camera detector. This detector identifies all night vision cameras emitting infrared light, promptly alerting the user through a beep sound from the attached buzzer. In addressing the imperative need for heightened privacy protection, the IoT spy camera detector adeptly spots concealed cameras via IR signals. By offering user-friendly location alerts through a reassuring buzzer, it actively contributes to enhancing security measures against evolving privacy threats, creating a safer environment for all. © 2024 IEEE.

The main objective of this project is to create a user-friendly intelligent chatbot for Medical guidance and support. This application has been classified into two different modes based on user preference, those are Online and Offline modes of interaction. In the Online mode of interaction, there is no need for any automation, there will be a real person at the other end answering user queries. Users can even ask for untrained data and will receive instant replies. This application is similar to a normal chat application, but the main disadvantage is that a real person is needed at the other end at all times. In the Offline mode of conversation which is entirely automated the user will be performing an interaction with the chatbot itself. The chatbot must consist of data sets and trained data collection, in this process there is no need for any real person, the chatbot itself will reply instantly based on the trained data. The chatbot will be more accurate when a large number of data is trained. This application is compatible with working in various browsers and varied networks. The Admin of the application plays a significant role. Admin can access all the given functions and is responsible for data training. data training plays a vital role in this application, the trained data will be used by the chatbot while answering user queries i.e. Offline mode. This chatbot application can be accessed by several users at the same time, where IP address plays the main role. The main function of this application is that user can post their corresponding queries and the application will be providing relevant information based on queries. The Latest Modern chatbots are used in applications where simple interaction is needed, for example, service and marketing technology to provide answers such as products, services, and consultancy. If the customer's queries don't match with the trained data sets, the customer will be escalated to manual interaction i.e. Online mode. © 2024 IE

Image authentication is one technique that provides integrity protection for digital images, making them sensitive to any slight modification. Recently, the detectability of absolute moment block truncation coding (AMBTC) compressed images has been attracting more attention due to its integrity authentication concerns. Thus, this paper proposes an effective N-variant AMBTC based image authentication scheme for AMBTC compressed images. First, a novel AMBTC compression code is derived using a variant AMBTC technique that can provide a better quality of compressed images. Then, each AMBTC compression code is further eliminated into a version requiring fewer bits using the proposed N-variant AMBTC technique, and those vacated N-bits are used to conceal authentication codes, which is generated by hashing the AMBTC compression code and location information. Experimental results confirm that the proposed scheme has superior stability and accuracy in tampering detection while providing better visual quality of the watermarked image. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

The growing prominence of wind energy as an eco-friendly power alternative amplifies the need for optimal turbine performance. Central to this is the ability to accurately predict and modulate the wind turbine pitch. Our research focuses on integrating adaptive control strategies with advanced power generation analytics to enhance pitch prediction precision. We have processed and analyzed vast amounts of wind data using state-of-the-art data analytics to discern patterns in wind velocity changes accurately. The continuous stream of real-time data is the backbone of our adaptive controls, ensuring perpetual pitch adjustments that optimize energy capture. In tandem with this, we present a thorough analysis linking momentary wind shifts to power production, ensuring consistent and efficient power output. The culmination of these methodologies offers a breakthrough solution in wind energy optimization.
