With the growing requirements of our current education system in accordance to the demands of the students and training faculty, it is found that many educational institutions are underfunded, which has led to a lack of resources for teachers as well as students, under qualified facilities. The education system often perpetuates social and economic inequalities, with disadvantaged students receiving a lower-quality education and fewer opportunities. The education system often places more emphasis on rote learning and memorization than on developing critical thinking and creativity skills. Children from rural areas have yet to have access. The National Education Policy (NEP) provides for reforms at all levels of education, from school to higher education. This model will enhance the accessibility of education as well as restructure the system. The model allows for teachers across the country to connect with students, teach them various subjects and conduct assignments remotely. students have easy access to primary education by using the model created to enter their credentials and learn from the content posted by the teachers. students take up the assignments allotted for the subject which is further graded by the accredited teachers. This project aims to develop an e-learning-based model that utilizes full-stack technology to create a decentralized and secure system for storing and sharing educational data, such as student records and credentials. © Grenze scientific society, 2023.

Word sense disambiguation is a crucial task in natural language processing that involves determining the correct sense of a word in a given context. This paper focuses on Kannada word sense disambiguation using regular expression. Regular expression involves pattern-matching technique that allows the identification of specific patterns in text. In this paper, propose a method to disambiguate Kannada words using regular expression, where identify the most appropriate sense of a word based on its context in the sentence. The approach leverages the syntactic and semantic features of words to identify the most appropriate sense. Evaluate the performance of proposed method on a benchmark dataset and compare it with existing state-of-the-art techniques. The outcome include that the method achieves high accuracy and outperforms existing approaches. © 2023 IEEE.

The aging process creates significant changes in the appearances of people's faces. When compared to other causes of variation in face imaging, aging-related variation has specific distinct properties. Facial Aging variations, for example, is unique for each person;it occurs gradually and is significantly influenced by other characteristics including health, gender, and life-style. As a result, the proposed effort will use Generative Adversarial Networks to address these critical concerns (GANs). Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN's) is made up of a generator and a discriminator network. The generator model generates images that a discriminator model analyses to determine if they are real or fake. This paper provides a Temporal Face Feature Progressive framework with Cycle GAN, which maintains the initial appearance and identity in the elderly aspect of their facial structure. To address aging concerns, our goal is to transform an initial age category image into a targeted age with age progression. We show that our temporal face features progressive cycle GAN learns and transfers facial traits from the source group to the targeted group by training various images. The IMDb-WIKI Face dataset has been used to obtain the results for the same. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

In this research, different techniques were explored to improve the accuracy of the classification of acne vulgaris into seven classes: whitehead, blackhead, fungal acne, papules, pustules, nodules, and acne fulminans. Three pre-trained deep learning models, viz., Inception-ResNet, MobileNet and EfficientNet were trained on the skin90 dataset. several experiments were conducted on the dataset using these models by utilising certain loss functions and exploring hyperparameters yielding higher values of metrics. Additional techniques employed include traditional data augmentation and augmentation using generative models like variational Auto-Encoder(vAE). The highest accuracy obtained on the original dataset was 89% by the EfficientNet model with a learning rate of 0.001. The best performance on the vAE-augmented dataset was observed on the EfficientNet model with a learning rate of 0.1 achieving an accuracy of 84%. © 2024 IEEE.

Technology cannot solve all age-related problems;however, they have the potential to relieve a significant amount of stress on elderly and their family. In this paper, existing memory assistive techniques for elderly are reviewed, and the idea of a smart memory companion is presented. The application leverages the personalized digital journal curated using historical and daily life experiences of the elderly to aid the aged in early stages of Alzheimer. The implementation proposed in this paper focuses on using automatic speech recognition and natural language processing techniques to build an intelligent conversational agent, retrieval engine, and an alerting module to help the elderly person in recalling and outdoor safe navigation. The smart application is meant to reduce the burden on the family to continuously monitor their aged loved ones and avoid caretakers unless necessary. The companion can be used to collect memories in visual and textual format from elderly, family, and caretakers to utilize it when needed. The Retinal vasculature conditions are important and reliable biomarkers for several cardiovascular and ophthalmologic diseases including Retinopathy of Prematurity, Diabetic Retinopathy, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, etc. The retinal-related diseases can be detected and diagnosed in the early stage before developing complexities and causing loss of sight by thoroughly understanding the vasculature condition. Analyzing these conditions is time consuming and tedious task. There have been many studies conducted to automatically extract retinal vessel information from fundus image and this is called retinal vessel segmentation. This paper provides a survey of the existing work that had been conducted to achieve this objective using Deep Learning methods. Deep Learning has become the state-of-The-Art for solving computer vision problems. This paper briefly discusses U-Net based network architectures proposed for object segmentation and the usage of these networks in medical fields for vessel segmentation. Dysgraphia, a learning disability impacts hand-writing fluency and legibility, which significantly hinder's a child's academic progress and self-esteem. The proposed work utilizes pattern recognition techniques, employing preprocessing techniques like Canny Edge Detection, Watershed segmentation and various image enhancement techniques to analyze written characters and extract relevant features using character-wise bounding boxes. This detailed analysis allows the system to capture subtle variations in letter formation and spacing that are often indicative of dysgraphia. Furthermore, A MobileNet architecture has been proposed to assess the system's performance and classify dysgraphia risk levels into three categories: below Average(bA), Average(Av) and Above Average(AA). This categorization system provides valuable insights for educators and parents, enabling early intervention and tailored support for students struggling with dysgraphia. The model was trained using a data set of 940 images of handwriting samples from students studying in grades one to seven. students were asked to write 20 words through dictation and another 20 words copied from the board. The proposed system aims to demonstrate immediate results, highlighting its potential for early detection and intervention. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper focuses on prediction of bit Error Rate (bER) in a time varying flat and slow fading channel of narrow band wireless network. Here the time varying fading channel is modeled as nonlinear and temporal system, Neuro-computing systems are the best system to predict and analyze the behaviors of such nonlinear and temporal system. In this context bER prediction of two different neural network is investigated namely Recurrent Radial basis Function network (RRbFN) and Echo state network (EsN) for k step prediction of bER. The predicted values are validated against simulation model and the results are promising.

Electronic health records (EHRs) are only handled by hospitals and not patients, rendering medical advice in several hospitals more difficult. Patients ought to rely on their own healthcare information and restore their own patient records control. The exponential advancement of blockchain technologies facilitates wellness for the General population, medical records and patient knowledge included. This technology provides treatment professionals and patients with detailed and unchanging details and access to EHRs free of charge. In this article, we introduce an attribute-based signature scheme with several authorities to ensure that the blockchain-encapsulated EHRs are legitimate, where a patient endorses an attribute message and does not share details other than the proof he has attested to them. by swapping the hidden pseudorandom feature seeds between the authorities, the protocol resists N-1 deceptive authorities to attack conspiracies. We also formally show that this multiple authority attribute-based signature approach(MAAbs) is protected in a random oracle paradigm by imperfection and absolute privacy in the presumptions of bilinear Diffie-Hellman. Using sHA-256 as Hashing algorithm to provide perfect privacy. © 2021 IEEE.
