Background: Due to their complexity and size, deploying ciphertexts for clouds is considered the most useful approach to accessing large data stores. Methods: However, access to a user's access legitimacy and improving a decrypted text on the cloud depending on an improved access policy (AP) specified by the data owner are the key challenges for making large data storage realistic and effective in clouds. The traditional ways either totally remove the problem of AP development or offer renewal to arbiter power, but in real-time, enhancing the AP is essential to maximising security and handling agility. Results: In this patent paper, a safe and verifiable access control program characterised by the NTRU cryptographic system for large storage of data in the clouds is proposed. Primarily, an improved NTRU decryption protocol to deal with the decryption failures of the prime NTRU is established, and in addition, the program is analysed for its security strength and computational performance. When a new AP is specified by the data owner, the cloud server allows the program to improve ciphertext and allows the owner to verify the upgrade to oppose the cloud's fraudulent behaviour. Conclusion: It enables (i) checking the user's legitimacy to access the data owner and qualified users, and (ii) allowing the user to verify the data provided by other users for the recovery of the right user. Strong analysis can prevent and block delinquency from various attacks, namely the collusion attack that could potentially target fraud users. © 2025 Bentham science Publishers.

Breast Carcinoma, generally known as breast cancer, primarily affects women, though men can develop it as well. Because of the existence of breast tissue and exposure to female hormones, notably oestrogen, women are at a higher risk It's critical to diagnose breast tumors early. Several techniques based on machine learning (ML were used in this study to classify breast cancer using a dataset that was made available to the public. F-score, recall, precision, preciseness, and other performance metrics were used to evaluate these ML algorithms. Previous research and experimental findings indicate that Random Forest achieved the highest accuracy, with a remarkable accuracy rate of 99.12%. © 2024 IEEE.

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected millions of people globally, with respiratory organs being strongly affected in individuals with comorbidities. medical imaging-based diagnosis and prognosis have become increasingly popular in clinical settings for detecting COVID-19 lung infections. Among various medical imaging modalities, ultrasound stands out as a low-cost, mobile, and radiation-safe imaging technology. In this comprehensive review, we focus on AI-driven studies utilizing lung ultrasound (LUS) for COVID-19 detection and analysis. We provide a detailed overview of both publicly available and private LUS datasets and categorize the AI studies according to the dataset they used. Additionally, we systematically analyzed and tabulated the studies across various dimensions, including data preprocessing methods, AI models, cross-validation techniques, and evaluation metrics. In total, we reviewed 60 articles, 41 of which utilized public datasets, while the remaining employed private data. Our findings suggest that ultrasound-based AI studies for COVID-19 detection have great potential for clinical use, especially for children and pregnant women. Our review also provides a useful summary for future researchers and clinicians who may be interested in the field. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Alzheimer's Disease (AD) often affects the elder persons and is the prevalent kind of Dementia. AD has a huge expense, especially when it comes to the treatment. AD is a main reason the older generations die whereas when Alzheimer Disease is detected early there will be minimal deaths and accurate diagnosing likely occurs in most cases. Using anonymized Oasis longitudinal MRI data, the study trains several machine learning algorithms to identify AD patients. Analyzing the test result includes utilizing different learning strategies or algorithms e.g., Ensemble Random Forest (RF), Hierarchical Decision Tree (DT), Logistic Regression (LR), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Deep Neural Network binary classifier (DNN), soft voting classifier (SVC), transfer learning approaches (TLA), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and boosting AdaBoost in reference of their Accuracy, Error Rate, AUC (area under the curve), Time Taken and Recall for each method. The obtained results concluded that the proposed Random Forest classifier achieves higher accuracy (92.84%), Error Rate (7.16%), AUC (95%) (Area Under Curve) and Recall (89%). The Random Forest classifier also achieves higher Time Taken that is 483.654 sec. © 2024 IEEE.

Gliomas are aggressive brain tumors known for their heterogeneity,unclear borders,and diverse locations on Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)*** factors present significant challenges for MRI-based segmentation,a crucial step for effective treatment planning and monitoring of glioma *** study proposes a novel deep learning framework,ResNet Multi-Head Attention U-Net(ResMHA-Net),to address these challenges and enhance glioma segmentation ***-Net leverages the strengths of both residual blocks from the ResNet architecture and multi-head attention *** powerful combination empowers the network to prioritize informative regions within the 3D MRI data and capture long-range *** doing so,ResMHANet effectively segments intricate glioma sub-regions and reduces the impact of uncertain tumor *** rigorously trained and validated ResMHA-Net on the BraTS 2018,2019,2020 and 2021 ***,ResMHA-Net achieved superior segmentation accuracy on the BraTS 2021 dataset compared to the previous years,demonstrating its remarkable adaptability and robustness across diverse ***,we collected the predicted masks obtained from three datasets to enhance survival prediction,effectively augmenting the dataset *** features were then extracted from these predicted masks and,along with clinical data,were used to train a novel ensemble learning-based machine learning model for survival *** model employs a voting mechanism aggregating predictions from multiple models,leading to significant improvements over existing *** ensemble approach capitalizes on the strengths of various models,resulting in more accurate and reliable predictions for patient ***,we achieved an impressive accuracy of 73%for overall survival(OS)prediction.

The challenge of class imbalance in datasets is a prevalent issue in machine learning, often resulting in biased and inaccurate predictions. This study investigates the effectiveness of different data balancing techniques in enhancing classifier accuracy when applied to an imbalanced Indonesian National Scientific Manuscript dataset. Specifically, we examine how various classifiers respond to three widely used data balancing methods: Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE), Random Under-sampling, and Random Over-sampling. We assess the performance of six classifiers-Support Vector Machine (SVM), Logistic Regression (LR), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGB), Naïve Bayes (NB), and Gradient Boosting (GB)-when these techniques are applied. The analysis reveals diverse outcomes, with some classifiers showing substantial accuracy gains, while others experience moderate or even adverse effects. The findings underscore the importance of selecting an appropriate balancing method based on the dataset's characteristics and the specific classification algorithm employed in the knowledge classification process. © 2024 IEEE.

Fairness in image restoration tasks is the desire to treat different sub-groups of images equally well. Existing definitions of fairness in image restoration are highly restrictive. They consider a reconstruction to be a correct outcome for a group (e.g., women) only if it falls within the group's set of ground truth images (e.g., natural images of women);otherwise, it is considered entirely incorrect. Consequently, such definitions are prone to controversy, as errors in image restoration can manifest in various ways. In this work we offer an alternative approach towards fairness in image restoration, by considering the Group Perceptual Index (GPI), which we define as the statistical distance between the distribution of the group's ground truth images and the distribution of their reconstructions. We assess the fairness of an algorithm by comparing the GPI of different groups, and say that it achieves perfect Perceptual Fairness (PF) if the GPIs of all groups are identical. We motivate and theoretically study our new notion of fairness, draw its connection to previous ones, and demonstrate its utility on state-of-the-art face image restoration algorithms. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. Supply Chain Management (SCM) worldwide makes major advancements through the Internet of Things (IoT) by enabling real-time monitoring and prediction analytics and automatic decision capabilities in worldwide deliver chains. Through IoT technology integration with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and blockchain and cloud computing the supply chain solves major operational problems including monitoring difficulties and waste reduction and regulatory compliance requirements and operation leadership deficits. The implementation of IoT for supply chain management encounters major adoption barriers from high installation costs combined with security risks and operability complications as well as limited scalability capacity that affects especially small to medium enterprises (SMEs) and developing markets. The evaluation paper examines the shifting impact of IoT in supply chain management which enhances performance metrics and brings greater clarity and strengthens supply chain resilience. A scientist studied existing papers and case studies to reveal several essential advantages which include better inventory management, predictive analysis systems and more effective supply-chain collaborations. The analysis emphasizes effective solutions for security privacy and moral and environmental issues to guarantee sustainable expanded IoT adoption. This paper delivers practical knowledge alongside best practices to help organizations adopt IoT systems which create adaptable efficient deliver chains with sustainability at their core thus achieving long-term market benefits in today's complex global marketplace. © 2025 IEEE.
